Highly recommend! I’ve been here twice now for iPhone screen replacement and have been incredibly happy with the parts and service both times. I live in Houston Med Center and still drive to this shop because the customer service is unmatched, especially for this type of service. The owners and employees are knowledgeable and they take the time to explain everything to those who are less so (like myself.) They care about their customers and aren’t just looking for a quick sale in exchange for a cheap service: they offer quality parts and service, which leads to repeat customers. Don’t sleep on this gem - take your stuff here to be repaired or replaced. Their screen protectors are great, too.

I had stopped at another repair shop, and was told that it would be $175 to fix the back of my iPhone X Max. I then came to Cell Techs 2, and was told $100. Both prices were cheaper than getting an insurance replacement, but a $75 difference was just awesomeness. I ended up getting screen protectors for 2 phones and a case for the X Max, and it still did not come out to $175. They are very nice and helpful. They have my business.

Amazing. Incredibly fast service and extremely honest. I thought I had a Google Pixel 4A and he quoted me on it . But to find out the phone was actually a 3XL and he quoted me the actual price and let me know it was a 3XL and my quoted price would drop. Any other business would have never said that and taken my money. He also gave me a free screen protector! Protect this business at all costs. Came here last week to fix my wife’s charging port for a very reasonable fee and quick turnaround. I had an issue with my own this week, so I assumed it was the 10ft lightning cables we bought from Amazon.I bring my phone in and was told the ports were just dirty. So, after a very reasonable fee and cleaning, I’m on my way without needing to replace lightning cables. I’ll call that a win.

I have gotten a cell phone and iPad repaired here. Everyone is very professional and extremely helpful. For my cell phone, they fixed it on the spot, and my iPad was repaired in t hours. The prices are great and both of my devices are running great. I highly recommend them!

I got my iPhone 8’s cracked screen replaced. The tech is very fast and friendly, she repaired my phone and put on a screen protector for me in less than 20 minutes.

Came to fix my phone battery, and the employee there was very helpful. He made sure it was just the battery having issue and then fixed it in around 13 minutes, was very polite and explained what he was doing to solve the issue. Will go back if my phone ever acts up again.

First of all, the atmosphere in their store is very inviting...not intimidating like some tech stores tend to be. Both techs I spoke with were incredibly nice & knowledgeable. When I said I was hoping to get my broken screen repaired before the end of the day, one of the techs actually altered his schedule in order to accommodate mine. My fixed screen and phone are beautiful - it literally looks brand new and works like a charm! And to top it off, because I was a first-time customer they put a new screen protector on my phone for free! Price was very fair and comparable to other repair stores. My IPhone 10XR had a crack on the screen and I took it there for repair. Service was great and fast, would recommend.

I needed my phone for work the next day. My phone was left on top of the car, while putting the kids in the car. Phone fell off and was run over multiple times. I found Cell Techs 2 and Rashaad and Abraham came through for me. 30 mins and I was back in service. They are very professional and superb at their profession. If you need technical work, I’d advise you to give them a call and try. Trust me, you will be satisfied.
