I went there about a year ago to buy their nicest, dog-eared cedar fence pickets. About 10% of them were/are damaged and the Cedar Products folks tried to tell me that I could not sort them to trade for undamaged ones. In speaking to some professional fence builders here in town, they told me that they never have to buy damaged pickets from these folks and were shocked that Cedar Products tried to make me buy them. I, in turn, was shocked to hear that the fence builders werent forced to buy them. I am a woman and building a small fence in my backyard. Id hate to think I was targeted because I am female. In the end, I held my ground and it was awkward, but I refused to not let them tell me to buy damaged products. It was an uncomfortable buying experience, to say the least. Nice products, poor customer service in my experience.

We got an Adirondack Glider chair from Cedar Products Unlimited as a wedding gift and it is amazing! The guys there really do a great job.

I have lived in Missoula all of my life and finally went into Cedar Products recently and was blown away by their cedar chairs, flower boxes and swings. In addition, their staff was very knowledgeable and were great to work with!

We bought a outdoor plantar from them and it was so well made with cedar and screws. Compared to a similar plantar at ACE Hardware, that was poorly constructed and made of fir and cost more. Definitely by your outdoor plantar from Cedar Products Unlimited.

We used to rent the hot tubs Cedar Products rents in the late 80s and early 90s! So much fun! Hope you still have them, cuz were looking to rent one summer 2015. ;-)
