Very friendly & quick service! We loved the drinks we got and will be back for more while we are in the area :) They also gave our pups some treats while our drinks were being made!

Good coffee but unbelievably slow

They make the best Chai, hands down, plus they always have a cookie for my dogs who are barking because they think thats why we go there. Service with a smile.

I am a hot chocolate snob. I will find the best and stick to it. In all of missoula this place serves one of the best cups of cocoa Ive ever had and Ill keep coming back for years to come over the great service I receive there.

Great coffee and in the past baristas have been friendly and remember you and your favorite drinks. The cards are convenient but now there are certain baristas at this location who do not put your stamp on the digital card. You dont find out until later and thats disappointing. Its the second time within a week this has happened. The friendliness has gone downhill at this location but I still enjoy florence coffee. Its the best espresso in town for travels to work but Ill be going to other locations now.

So this location needs some help or at least the employee that is working does. We stopped in at this location and bought two drinks. She did not even attempt to come to the window she was too busy counting money from tips or something. She just spoke to us like we were on the other side of the glass like a prison visit. I had a old punch card that I have had in my truck from October 2018. I don’t drive my personal vehicle very often but that’s what I had in my truck, so I thought we would treat ourselves to something free.The drink card had one free drink on it. I gave it to the barista, she then told me how they would not honor it because it was an OLD punch card. She then told me that she would knock .50 cents off of the $9.50 + or - bill, I said thank you anyways. After I paid, I put $2.00 dollars in the tip jar. Not even a thank you from her! Don’t know if this employee has ever heard of service recovery for a loyal customer? To top the not so excellent service, the one drink was made way wrong!! I could see how the employee could get this wrong because she did not come to the window to listen in on what we ordered.Math for thought10 drinks @ $4.75 = $47.50Plus at least $1.00 pre visit for tipTotal $57.50 spent for $.50 sent savings .. must not be doing so well in business :)

I find it funny that they keep deleting most of the bad reviews. I think this place definitely needs some improvement. Their coffee is either WAY too bitter.. or WAY too sweet. Consistency would be nice. Save your money and go somewhere else.

They burn the coffee every time I stop by. They used to be a lot better. Now since its burnt, its really bitter, sharp taste to it. Some baristas are nice, but one lady with a tattoo up the outer side of the right arm always has attitude. I thought it was her having a bad day, but after 5 different times, I think shes just not cut out for customer service. (Ive been in customer service, trained people for years before and know you should at least smile, greet, and send them off nicely). I probably wont go to Florence coffee for a few months and see if they fix the burnt coffee issue. Too bad because they are within 3 minutes of where I live and now will drive an extra 10 minutes to get downtown to buy coffee at a different place (really, any other place in town doesnt burn the coffee).Another review states that they delete the reviews and the management replied that they cant do that. Actually, businesses can get a review removed. I have seen it on the business side. AND THIS PLACE REMOVED MY PREVIOUS REVIEW. This place has been around for years and I highly dout that its only had under 20 reviews in its whole time. If they remove this review I will report it to Google. I will never go here again after realizing that my review and others are being removed.

Several locations throughout the valley, large selection of sugar free flavors, fantastic coffee taste, friendly peeps, fair prices compared to other coffee places and in my opinion, better than Starbucks.
