This store is crazy to shop at. Couponers take the whole store while the store manager dosent do nothing about it staff let them hoard it all I think they are doing some type of coupon fraud with the machine because they never pay anything out of pocket .I believe the store should have limits we all should have a right to get the deal not just their favorite customers i believe there is alot of favortism amongst the staff with the customers this lady even told me that they gave them specially for her. Im going to contact corporate about this situation

Went 6/28/21 at 8:30PM and it was CLOSED. I don’t know why it states here that they close at 10PM. They don’t.

Three prescriptions where RXd through urgent care, drove to the next town to get my prescriptions and only one was there. They failed to tell me that I had to pay for another. Driving back the next day to ask them to transfer my meds to My local pharmacy Apple pharmacy and again nothing was done about paying for the prescription. I send my husband again for the 3rd time while on hold for 38 minutes first time was 13:29 minutes then they hung up on me. My husband left and came back and Im still on the phone on hold he said they only had one customer in front of him.. so why wait for over 38 minutes on the phone?The Nigerian in charge said over and over again, whats the problem? Doesnt answer my questions Then states in an argumentative state they arent unprofessional... Yeah Right!! Not only are your employees that worked these 2 days and you, Sir are extremely unprofessional...lack customer service!! Why do u even work for a patient and customer profesion when you lack these traits and empathy. NEVER EVER AGAIN CVS.. its the CVS on frontage road!!

Waited in line for 20 minutes with 3 cars in front to pick up a prescription. Get to the front at 8 thinking oh well, she was lil slow today sure theyll understand, just gotta grab this real quick its all packed n ready to go already. No. The girl acts like Im not there. Shuts the gate and leaves. Questionable ethics there but whatever, theres always another CVS, the ones that dont shut the door at exactly 8 on the dot on people that need their medicine even if they got in line earlier.

So my doctor called in some medication ( I need to take ASAP ) this was on Wednesday pharmacy said they did not have it available but they will the following day. Pharmacy knew I’m a private pay ( I get my medicine there all the time as a private pay and believe me I pay a lot for my medication because I need it ) Friday comes no call . I tried calling no answer . Saturday comes I called spoke with a pharmacist and they tell me nothing was ordered . I explained the meds were called in and he remembered and said “ the reason we didn’t order them is because they are very expensive “ so no one bothers to call me and tell hey it’s this much ?! Hello people like I needed to start this medication as of yesterday ! Now I have to wait until Monday for them to come in . Mean while I’m behind on medication .

Evnthough the store is always bombarded by couponers I have never had a problem. On the pharmacy side if I need something and they dont have it they will let me know if not I can transfer it to one that does have it. its not a 24 hour pharmacy but I always find what I am looking for.

Very rude pharmacists, especially Javi and Kingsley. I will never fill my medicine with cvs ever again

My favorite CVS! The pharmacy is awesome! The pharmacists and techs are fast & friendly.

Favorite store to shop however this area is bombarded by couponers. Never anything in stock. Pharmacy closes at 8pm? Its bad enough this store closes at 10! What about our medicine? Driving to another town for 24hr pharmacy is ridiculous.

Its so horrible when weekly sales start everything is gone by noon i believe the manager dont care for limits when obviously weekly sales have a limit of how many you can buy, the machine is always out of paper when i go why i majority of the time i go to the one in mission by target. So if you coupon come before they open because people are probably making a line so they can get to the items really quick..Update: actually dont even bother couponing here people grab all the weekly sales, hide the items in the back in carts ready to pick up first thing sunday morning!! I saw it with my own eyes!! Just horrible greedy people!!

Would give 0 stars. Cashier Elisa cashier thinks she owns the store and acts like a child rolling eyes when addressing you. Mario a supervisor keeps saying he will get fired as an excuse. If you are such a bad employee that your job is on the line for anything; maybe you should seek another line of work. Neither wears a name tag! Elisa uses profanity when addressing customers. This is the worse CVS I have ever been to. The manager isnt available for interaction about store experiences over the phone.

No phone etiquette. Horribly insensitive pharmacy staff. If your attitude is as if someone is forcing you to be at work, find another line of work. Do something you love...but dont be crappy to people.

Manager here limits the items you can purchase...ugh.
