C&P is the best for computer issues of all kinds. The staff is well versed in their expertise and highly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable, honestly refreshing and highly recommended by me.

I went in to them in a total panic. They assured me that everything would be fine. They removed the password that was blocking my access and ran a scan to make sure the hard drive was still in good working condition. The next day I had a recovery issue and within no time at all it was fixed. The professionalism, quality of work, and knowledge will have me return without a question. Highly recommended.

C&P had what I needed to finish the job and were able to explain to me the difference between a crossover cable and a straight through patch cord and why I needed one over the other. Thanks to these guys our accounting department will be able to control the heat in their party of the building.

The Apple store sent me to C & P when my Mac crashed. The guys in the front were really helpful. Zach was able to get my computer completely up and running and thankfully saved everything from the back up drive which was such a relief. Zack has been super helpful. Our family has had multiple dealings with this company. They have always been there to help us in way possible. They have fixed a computer that Apple said wasn’t repairable. They have upgraded our computers by replacing with a solid state part and increasing the memory. I spilled liquid in an Apple MacBook Pro and they replaced the. Keyboard at a fraction of the cost that Apple wanted. Our family also has PCs and they have provided excellent support there as well. They give advice when they know they can’t or shouldn’t fix the problem, and they have extracted a very important paper that was due for my graduate degree. I can’t say enough good things about them, except that every time we go into the store, someone helps me or my family right then and there. Occasionally, we have to leave our computers overnight or for a few days to hunt down parts.

Didnt realize they existed until a former co-worker (IT-type) from The South Bend Tribune recommended them. Laptop stopped working. They werent able to fix it (well, couldve replaced the motherboard for more than the computer is worth these days) but were very helpful and they charged me less than I had been quoted. Might just go back in a couple months when Im ready to replace that laptop.

Took my computer in to have a bigger ssd installed. It was done the next day. I got home and a program wouldnt load, so after calling them they suggested that we do a remote hookup which we did. After assessing the problem everything works just great and they were so patient about doing it. Fast, knowledgeable, and courteous, what more could you ask for... very pleased with them.

I went there to have my olds Tashiba repaired and the gentleman that helped me told me that it was beyond repair. This guy went over and beyond to transfer all Data to another computer an helped with flashdrive and was patient enough to explain how to use new things that were added to the new computer as well. These guys are incredible. Id been having problems with my iPhone 5s, getting it to back up and update. Zach and George were magnificent, Zach got the back up and the update done in under 30 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They do not stand behind the products they sell. Two months ago I had it in for service and they said I needed a new power cord. Sold me the one THEY said I needed come to find out today by THEIR TECHNICIAN that it was the wrong one. Would not give me credit for the wrong one they sold me!!

I recently took my computer in for a repair and was dis-satisfied with the service I received.However, after i emailed them they responded via phone call as soon as they opened. Due to the friendly and efficient supervisor who handled my complaint, I have been 100% satisfied since. If you know whats wrong with your computer it can be cheaper to fix it yourself, but thats why repair places exist. If you are having any doubts about a particular part, make note of it with them and their staff will take good care of you. Thanks c +p.

Took a working laptop needing a repair of a screen and top cover. Got a call a few days later saying they couldnt find a top cover and couldnt fix it. Went to pick up the laptop to a $45 labor charge and got home to find the screen no longer functioned. Nice people but I just paid to basically have my computer further damaged! **EDITED**I received a phone call to try and resolve the issue. They made an effort to help and offered to do what they were able to. In the end they credited back a portion of my money. I appreciate the response and affirmed that they will truly try and please the customer. They are a reputable company!

I take all my business laptops there when they start slowing down after a year or so of use. They are always very quick and reasonably priced.Ive also taken cracked screens into them and get them fixed and returned in less than 24 hours which is very helpful when you use them all day to run a business.

C&P and John in particular is FANTASTIC!! After I accidentally downloaded Windows 10, I was experiencing multiple issues. I could write a LONG description of all that happened, but suffice to say that I took my all-in-one desktop into the store and John spent almost 5 hours working his magic. I still had a couple of issues after I brought it home. Just as I was getting ready the next morning to call John, he called me to check that all was fine. I said no, he worked remotely, discovered a cable was missing and then came to my home and corrected the issue and did NOT charge me for the trip nor for the cable cord. Again...they are FANTASTIC and I highly recommend them!!

Went to C&P for a major upgrade to all my components because PC Direct stopped servicing computers. I arrived at C&P store about 4pm. The sign said they closed at 6pm so Im thinking they will take my tower and tell me they will call me in a couple weeks when its finished just like PC Direct always did. The on duty manager could tell I really wanted this done sooner than later so he had other employees assist him and they knocked it out in less than two hours while I waited. The manager even worked past closing to do this for me. This was a full component upgrade except for the power supply and the tower itself! The following week I brought in my wifes tower and had them do the exact same thing. They had it ready at the opening of business the following day. The employees do not talk down to you or condescendingly just because you might not know much about the details of your computer. I appreciated that respect. I should have been going here all along.

Website said the part I needed was in stock, this is the only retail place in the area so I headed over - turns out the website was wrong. They were able to order it from the local tech data warehouse for same day pickup, however - so not perfect but friendly and helpful, and willing to work with you.

They do carry or can order most of what you need, just a little pricey.

Went in to find a SATA power to 8-pin connector. We didnt find the exact thing, but pieced something together that worked. We didnt see the sexy red head, but the gray-haired cougar was just as good!!
