Family owned business with great customer centric values. First, we came to look for a bedframe but decided to purchase it elsewhere. We came back to purchase boxsprings and the team could not have been nicer. It is wonderful to engage with a family owned business that values its community.

A great place to buy a new mattress! Was greeted by sales rep Terry and he was very courteous and listened to our mattress needs. He showed us a numerous models and we made our choice and purchase. And as an added plus, they offer delivery, set up and haul away the old mattress all for FREE! Awesome!!!!!

The husband and I had great service and it was quick and easy. We were in and out in a matter of 30 minutes with the bed loaded.

The salesman that waited on me was really nice and he gave me a good deal on the twin and queen beds that I purchased. At the time of sale and payment, I was told that my old mattresses and box springs would be hauled away and the new beds set up for me.That was not the service I received when the time came for delivery. Very unprofessional, these kids they sent looked like they could still be in high school. All they did was dump the new bedding into my living room.I had to drag the old bedding out of the house and onto the pile in my backyard for my husband to burn. Then I had to put the new beds together myself. This caused a lot of pain and exhaustion for me because I have fibromyalgia and a bad back. The product was great, service left a lot to be desired.

I would grant them zero, not 1 star because I went to Elkhart for specific mattress and checked with Mishawaka and told to go there tomorrow morning like 8 am so I went there on the next day. I was told that they were not aware of it and then told me to come back this Fri at 2pm because they will have 10 of them so I went back there a minute before 2 pm. They lied to me that they sold them. Whats more, I discovered that these specific mattresses are remade...trust their mattresses too?

My daughter needed a mattress for off campus housing and they made the shopping experience simple and affordable! The delivery was prompt and the set up was done professionally and with a smile! Our full mattress completes our guest bedroom nicely and sleeps our rental guests quite comfortably! We had quite friendly and knowledgeable deliverymen, who left us valuable warranty information. Well visit for a third time if we need any more mattresses - thats definitely the place to go!

He was more interested in finding us what we wanted than in trying to make a sale, which we really appreciated. We appreciated how genuine he was, as well as his honesty. Sales staff is friendly but delivery was a nightmare. Claimed my old bed frame had bed bugs (it certainly did not), then refused to take my old mattress and left my new mattress outside.

I stopped in after another store was too busy helping other people and wouldnt help me. Mattress Warehouse was closing in 30 minutes, but Terry took his time showing me different models after I told him what I thought I was looking for. Definitely low pressure, he provided a lot of information, answered all my goofy questions, and showed me a variety of selections in my price range. Not once did he try to hurry me up so he could lock the doors and go home. Ultimately, I bought a floor model which they wrapped up that day (I dont want anybody else on that bed!) and got an amazing bed, even nicer than I ever expected, for an excellent price. The regular price would have been out of my budget, but we helped each other out... Ill take that 2017 model off your hands for you, sure! Id recommend this store to anyone who wants the salesperson to actually LISTEN to what you want, and try to provide you with the best bed for you.

I trusted them to sell me a decent bed. I didnt get the most expensive or the cheapest I went middle of the road. Now a year later the mattress sinks in the middle. Im sooo disappointed.

They are locally owned. Only 4 stores in the michiana area..Not a box store..However I told them I lived in the Valparaiso area and they said they would deliver for $40..I think thats great!!

Jim Webster from Mattress Warehouse sent a man to inspect the defective mattress that we purchased from them .He waived the $25.00 inspection fee.Today 11/19/19 they came and took the defective mattress and replaced with a new one .Thanks Jim I am totally happy with your prompt reply and updates on the status of my original complaint .Rick Temple
