This is a A class Establishment, all the employee there was super nice and positive, all my phones and computer needs were meet and i was highly satisfied with all the services i received this business is about integrity all the way they have earned them self a life time customer.

This place not recommended by me.I took my phone there and there was nothing wrong with it apart from a cracked screen.When I got it back my fingerprint doesnt work, Speaker doesnt work and the phone stop reading my memory cards. I have been back and forth there for over 10 times. I finally got to speak with the boss according to them which was a bit Feisty, he was very rushed and wouldnt allow me to speak.However I paid $90 + tax = $96.30 in which I was told $60 + tax when I went a few days prior to getting the screen changed. Now the boss said all he can do is deduct the amount I paid to change the screen from getting a new phone. Remember nothing was wrong with my phone, everything was working perfectly, just a cracked screen.. And had no intention of buying a new phone now. Now what is he doing to assist me, nothing its all my money at the end of the day! Which makes no sense!!

On Tuesday, September 21st I experience the worst service in my life. As I enter (All 4 Phone Store) located in Pembroke Pines to pick up my sons PlayStation 4 remote control in which was seating at the store for the last two weeks and no follow up was provided whatsoever by the store employees and/or manager; I simply ask the front desk agent to look at my account because since the store technician couldnt figure out the problem with the remote control I need to retrieve the money that was paid in advance. The technician stand up from his chair inside the repair room and rudely started to scream at me because a simple miscommunication on both of our ends. To add more to the scenario the technician threating me to contact the police because a simple miscommunication. Just wanted to leave this here because I will never go back to All 4 Phone Store in Pembroke Pines. Worst service experience ever!!!!!!

They dropped the ball big time !!!! This was a good place to get your phone repaired now they improperly repair your phone and try to charge you twice for the same work they did incorrectly. I have the same damaged phone after multiple repairs I finally took it somewhere else and it works fine!!! This place is not safe they have been robbed at gunpoint!!!! They pay people for good reviews so don’t be fooled by these scam artist!!!!

Horrible experience with this place. Took my phone there and when I got back they had given me the wrong phone and gave someone else my phone and to make matters worst my phone had tons of photos and a great deal of them got erased or wiped. This place will never get my business again

I had a horrible experience at this place of business. The customer service was terrible to begin with. They were supposed to be changing my glass on my watch, never ordered the part, never called me. I had to come back to the store to see if the job was complete, only to find the guy tell me that I told him not to order the part and fix my watch. I asked that he just give me my watch back. He tried to put a piece of scotch tape on the glass to hold it down and return it to me that way. I didn’t take it so then he put adhesive around it to put it back on like he should have done in the first place. They damaged the glass more than it was and they also ruined the display. I will never use this place of business for anything!!

In all honesty I am not the type to put my energy into reviews BUT I dont want another person to fall victim like me. I fix my iPhone from here and its kept breaking even with a otter box protection, in fact I have never drop it since it first crack. I had to go back 3 times the 3rd time I put my phone on the charger and it goes black I take it to the store they check it out and my SCREEN WAS DAMAGED EVEN MORE AFTER THEY GAVE IT BACK TRYING TO STEAL MORE MONEY FROM ME DISPICABLE! Im quite surprised there are so many good reviews

This place is doing some fishy stuff. They don’t charge taxes on cash transactions, yet if you pay with a credit or debit card they charge you a 7% bank fee without telling you or notifying customers by putting up a sign, yet they claim it’s taxes. The receipt states bank fee. Finally after complaining they said Bank of America charges them when customers use debit or credit, so instead they charge the customers the fee. After complaining they gave me the fee funds back. Customer service here.

This store is great. Komail is very knowledgeable about computer repair. I have been coming to this store for two years and have received great service on computer issues. I bought a lap top computer for a great price. I recommend you give them a try before calling the number you get from your computer when you supposedly have a virus or spam problem.
