Another Sallys beauty day... Im excited every time... this time Im getting supplies for special projects that will require a lot from my imagination. Destiny was the assistant today...who was helpful, and very honest about her own experiences.

Rude! I’ve gone in there multiple times and about 2/3’s of the time I feel like I’m walking on eggshells. The final straw was today when one of them took my online order and said it was was “frustrating and ridiculous” they said to each other after telling me to pick up some of the order. I never demanded them to do my order right away and grabbed the stuff they asked and they were passive aggressive anyway.I work with people everyday as a teacher and I get frustrated too but I do my job in a professional manner regardless. I suggest do online orders when they have $1.99 shipping, they have more selection and none of the stress of people that feel that I’m “ridiculous” for having an order...

Love all the patterns they have. However when I got my material and setting it up to start making my first blanket. I realize the material wasnt evenly cut nor straight. So that was disappointing, but after talking with the lady she was helpful at the length I needed. I made a blanket for my 4-legged Grandson. ❤

I was able to get all the fabric I needed to redo the inside of the car I’m building. The staff was friendly and helpful. The fabric options are endless and you can have all you questions answered! I will definitely go back next time I need supplies.

Joanns is always pretty busy. Every time Ive been in there have only been 2 ladies working, one cutter and one cashier. Its much easier to use the app to order, pay and pick it up the next day. The app takes the coupons. However, it is easier to just cruise the fabrics if you dont know exactly what you want but dont expect a short trip. Ive been in before when it took 40 minutes just to get the fabric cut due to long lines of ladies with baskets full of bolts.

Has great deals. I asked for help with getting a fabric from a top shelve and someone was told to assist me but they never came so I gave up after 10 mins of waiting

Joanns has an extensive collection of fabrics. However the store is cramped and not always the tidiest. I find it feels like it has too much stuff. The staff is helpful but always very busy doing multiple jobs at once.

Im not a person who sews, but needed material for a project. The ladies there were extremely helpful in ensuring I got what I needed and figuring out how many yards. Even had me download thier app for the coupons, and saved me $40!

Although it was very busy that Thanksgiving weekend, the staff was friendly & helpful. Our material was cut efficiently & they made sure all applicable discounts were given.

Due to the small size this location has limited stock and is somewhat crowded

False advertising. Big sign above vinyl that says 40% off all upholstery vinyl so I bought 10 yards of vinyl directly below the sign. The girl rings it up at regular price and says that the sale does not apply to the vinyl I bought right below the sign that said 40% off.They have a singer sewing machine on their shelf for $299, heavy duty. You can buy the same exact model on Amazon prime for $130 with free 2 day shipping. Rip offs everywhere at Jo-ann Fabrics.

If you’re looking for fabric this is your store. It has the most selection in town for fabric. The employees are always friendly and helpful when looking for specific items.

Good selection, rude staff. Seriously, if youre really into sewing and picky about your fabric, you can probably tough it out and get what you need. However, if you have social anxiety or get stressed checking out at stores, just go to Hobby Lobby or Walmart. Not all the staff are rude, some are friendly and helpful, but the majority of my interactions with the staff here have been unpleasant. I felt like just being in the store was this huge inconvenience for them. Also, dont buy tools here. The same brands are much cheaper at other stores.

I have been working on curtains and other items for my Glamper. The ladies at Joanns have been so helpful. EVERYTIME I go in with a question they are willing to help me and explain how it should be done. I couldnt have done these projects without them. I am so impressed with their patients and knowledge.

Crazy hit or miss on customer service.While not 100% within the employees’ control, products are listed on their site as “in stock,” but are not on shelves.When asking about these products, about 90% of the time I’m told “It’s probably still in the back,” and no further effort is made.I was once told, “Just come back in a few days, we’ll probably have it out,” for over two weeks before I finally got the chance to buy the product from their competitor in a different city. During this time, only one of the four employees I asked even bothered to check for the item, and she did an extremely thorough job, but was unable to find it.Carts full of merchandise that either needs put on displays or put away frequently line the aisles, and sometime remain there untouched for over a week.Will keep going here for items I can’t buy elsewhere, but loosely considering ordering from their site to avoid the can’t-be-bothered staff.

A small but friendly store. I went specifically looking for fabric, which there was a smaller selection than other jo-ann stores than Ive visited in the past. However, it was proportionate to the size of the store.

Maureen is the most unfriendly cashier I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Guess that small town, small mentality is predominate here. Wont be back
