Love this place! Very clean inside with a great selection of everything. I love all of their treats and baked goods. They also have a great selection of meat and food to be purchased and eaten at home.

Not the biggest grocery store but theyve got the essentials and its a cute little local store. Lots of produce and Italian specialty stuff. Like it better than the big brand name grocery stores for sure. Recently moved near here and this is definitely going to be my new place for groceries

Bought 25.00 lamb chops couldnt wait to cook them . They tasted very gamey and tough meat .never again ! I wont buy meat there. The store was very expensive for everything but the produce .

Wonderful ‘black & white’ cookies (delivered & baked by an outside bakery) and delicious brownies. In season they have great sales on many fruits (especially apples). Unfortunately overpriced for just about everything else.

Nice store. E.ployees are friendly and accommodate your needs. The guy behind the meat counter is great. Their meatballs are fantastic, they didnt have any on the shelf so hed made me on the spot. Dont get that in some places. Rest of store is really nice. They have some specialty items cant get in most places. Recommend coming here

I really like this grocery store. The people who work here are friendly and very helpful. The quality of the produce is great and they have a huge assortment of cheeses and delicacies. I love that I can stop in here for prepared meals too because I really have very little time to cook. Everything is fresh and delicious.

This review is for the Mineola store.Best fruit around. Best prices for cold cuts too. While Ive been disappointed with their prepared foods at the deli counter, the margarita pizza for $3.99 (located on a table in front of the bakery counter) is a steal. The bride loves the soups also located at the bakery counter. Weve been happy with the fresh fish. They also have the largest selection of wild cought Ive noticed. The staff is helpful.

I was a Fairway shopper, now I shop at Northshore Farms for what Im looking for. There deli section is excellent, havent tried the butcher yet but I dont think they do organic meats, a bummer. They do have a great seafood section, and there bread bakery is second to none and I truly mean NONE.

Figured we would try something different ....It only looked good ........it wasnt !!!!!And whats with the garlic?

I was shopping here on December 23rd.The store was very busy. One very long check out line. The line moved smoothly as there was someone directing shopping cart traffic. The store was VERY clean and employees were VERY HELPFUL!

The place has already cooked food. Lots of selection of cheese, fruits, seafoods, meats. Items are reasonably priced. My favorite is their prosciutto bread.fresh & hot! Lots of people. Sometime lines to the register.

Has the tastiest bread around. Love the large assortment of cheese 🧀. Do miss the samples of cheese and soup 🍲. Usually super clean, but on my last visit alot of vegetables dropped on the floor! Quick run to get Scott toilet paper,20 rolls for $19.99. If your entertaining, this is the place to shop.

North Shore Farms has a fantastic bread bakery with very strong fresh fish and butcher departments that will handle personal requests. The deli department has a small selection of nice prepared foods at fair prices. Overall, a very nice small supermarket.There are a couple of reasons I can’t give five stars: - the aisles are far too narrow and customers often need to back out of an aisle when another customer enters from the other side, - they aren’t as careful with expiration dates as they should be, (I often noticed an expired date after I arrived home...ugh!)Still, North Shore Farms is my go-to quick stop supermarket. It is more expensive than the local chain markets (King Kullen, Stew Leonard’s, Fairway, and Stop and Shop) but the convenience and fresh bread are worth the trip. Still, if you have time to shop, take a drive to one of the others. My main local supermarket is King Kullen since it has good prices, a large selection and it is a UNION store... personally, I like to support the few local supermarkets that still support unions.So, stop by North Shore Farms and enjoy the fresh bread, and be sure to check out the excellent meat and fish departments.

A great grocery store! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I visited for the 1st time, but was pleasantly surprised by the amount of produce they have. The prices are very fair as well. I go here for grass fed meats at a great price as well as many of my produce needs. They accept all forms of payment including Apple Pay which I appreciate. If you live in the area I highly recommend checking it out.The only con would be the sometimes lack of parking available.

I am a shopper of convenience and live right across the street.The produce section is well kept and extensive.The deli counter and seafood counter are staffed with friendly, courteous people.(I have not visited the butcher)Overall the store is neat, organized and well maintained.The aisles are narrow and it is difficult to navigate the store during busy times.Try it.

One of my co-workers recommended this place for lunch. Theres a deli inside, its kind of like a grocery store as well. There are pre-made sandwiches and salads in the refrigerator near the deli. I picked up one of each and they were fresh and tasted good. This was a quick and convenience stop for lunch.

Great deli, fabulous bread, and helpful staff. The produce section has a wide variety of things at very good prices. Just check dates on pantry items and dairy before you buy. Some things move faster than others!

Very good fish guy, always has a few different wild caught options. The meat is quality as well. They have a tremendous selection of condiments, vinegars, oils, etc. including organic options. As far as produce, I think some of the prices fluctuate too much. (Ex: Ive seen avocados 88 cents or $3) The same with asparagus, lettuce and some of the fruit. Aisles are narrow so maybe not the best shopping experience. If you cherry pick the sales flyer, you can do well in this store.

Fresh produce always

Ive shopped all the North shore farms markets and this location has to be hands down the worst laid out, biggest pain in the butt to maneuver in. Every shopper, and it was busy, was miserable & complaining. Oh and by the way MANAGERS 0f THIS MINEOLA NSF youre so cheap!! Its a busy Saturday, you have so much opportunity to sell your cheeses and you only had out 3 cheeses to taste (which were gone) and 12 tiny olives? We love coming in, shopping and trying different cheeses then taking at least one home. Not the case in this location. Disappointing!!!The BEST thing about this location is the many HELPFUL staff members!! Your staff in produce are on top of their game. Attentive, not lazy. And helped us tremendously even going the extra mile to find us to say he looked for fresh rosemary downstairs and hadnt any. Such a nice man. The same in dairy. Helpful and happily so. The fish market smelled so strong. We smelled it up the produce aisle. The bakery was stocked and busy and smelled delicious. Why is your hot soup bar so tucked away? You have a large footprint of a store. Whoever laid it out should be ashamed. Even the smaller NSF markets are better laid out. Needless to say, we wont be shopping at this location again. But please send kudos to your workers...

North Shore Farms has some unique items that are generally quit pleasing. I dont mind paying a hire price for them. However, the common items are considerably higher priced than at other grocery stores.

I was in desperate need for soup this week and stopped by North Shore Farms for the first time. I Bee- lined it for the back of the store, where the Deli and Soup Station is located. They had about 4 to 5 types of soups. I chose Lentil and I also got a Turkey Corn Chowder. The Lentil was hot and very tasty.

Ive been to this location and so far theyve all been fair in their pricing, great selection, pleasant employees, excellent quality.

Always fresh everything supermarket. The bread is baked in house and is delicious. Fresh prepared food always. Not a place to do food shopping because it can be expensive. They have good sales weekly on cold cuts and meats which are very fresh.

First time I visited store. Prices were right for a number of items. When I returned home I discovered that what I got in fish department wasnt what I had ordered. I spoke to manager over the phone and he corrected problem to my satisfaction when I returned to store on the following day. Jose was eager to please: a fine gentleman!!

Wonderful fish meat and produce. Their deli is excellent and the prepared food is as good as any restaurant. They bake their own breads and they are fantastic, esp. Cranberry walnut and all varieties of Italian bread
