I discovered Mail House Plus when I moved to the neighborhood over ten years ago and am so thankful I did.  I wanted to find a place where I could have my mail safely delivered and packages signed.  As I learned of the services they offered, anywhere from passport photos to notary signing to making keys, I quickly became a regular customer of theirs for more than just the mail.  Over the years, I have been impressed by the continued evolution of services they offer.  They seem to stay current with technology and now offer services such as digital finger printing and even translation services for Spanish and Romanian.  The store owners and staff have made such a favorable and lasting impression that to this day, I still get my mail there even though I have moved out of the area.  Keep up the great work!

Great place for shipping! I was so unhappy with the UPS Store who quoted me a crazy price to package my music stand. Instead I took it to a local business owner and she made me a box for half the price UPS Store quoted??? I will us Mail House Plus because I love small business owner who are honest!Thank You!

I love this little mail house. Marina and the other staff have always been so pleasant and professional to work with. They always give great service even when they are busy. I can trust them with all my personal and business shipments and the one time I had an issue with an address they were very diligent in helping me get it shipped out correctly and quickly. Its a great place to use, especially if you want to support local business.

Ive bought a few items from here and have had great service each time Ive gone. The store is in a convenient location for getting things shipped out when Im at Safeway! Staff does a good job working with customers and trying to find them the best deal for shipping since they are comparing multiple carriers. Its a locally owned small business as well, so I feel like it is a better choice than some of the big companies where you get the runaround or different answers from several people youll never meet.

I come here often to ship packages for my small business. Easily 5 days a week when things are busy for me. Marina and the staff here are wonderful, and prompt. They have fought really hard for me before when a package was held in Canada for me to get every penny back. it feels great to support local business, plus its just way more convenient than the post office.

Terrible customer service!! Be prepared for her to ignore you until she feels like she is ready. Stood there for 8 minutes while she talked on the phone and never even said anything to me. I finally got her help and it only took her 30 seconds to help me. Went by again to get something notarized thinking this should be quick. Again she ignored me. Not even a hold Ill be with you or anything. Just pretended as if I was invisible. I stood there at the counter and waited 7 minutes to be acknowledged before finally walking out. By the way I had a crying baby so she knew I was there. Very unprofessional!!!! Dont go here!!!!!

This place is Wonderful!!! They have more than just getting mail, you can receive or send faxes, have keys made, receive Fed X and other packages, you can purchase books-jewelry-gifts, more then just a mail house.

I started coming in because its close to my house, but Marinas superior customer service keeps me coming back. Im amazed at how she remembers customer names, given how many she has coming in every day, but she does it.

The owner was very good at helping me not only do finding the right boxes...she cutt them down to to make the perfect size that I needed.. I will come back and will send people her way.. very helpfull!!

This is a terrific place to mail/fax/passport pictures and information. I recently went in to fax a several pages of a document and overheard a conversation between the owner and a obviously regular customer. She was so kind to him, knowing I was waiting to be served, and allowed him to share about the passing of his wife (who also was a customer by the sounds of the conversation). At the end of their conversation she welcomed him to return if he needed anything, and how fondly she remembered her.So not only is this place professional and well stocked with an assortment of skills they offer, but they are a great local business that care about their customers. I will continue to support this local business.PS to the woman who complained about the charges, shouldnt you have known that prior to mailing, why complain about it after the fact. The charges have always seemed very affordable and as a small business owner myself, I know people shop around prior to using my services. Just saying.

Very overpriced shipping and not helpful.I am a handcraft ornament business and have shipped al over the US since 1983. This shipper charged me $60 for a FedEx package that should have been $43 and only said that is our price.
