Another great experience on some needed routine service. Elliot the service advisor was the best. He explained all that was done and gave us the assurance that our vehicle will be ready for a cross country trip.

The friendliness and professionalism of the service staff was awesome. My Murano was done long before expected wait time and easy to locate. Its a great place to buy a car. I been dealing with Rosen Nissan for 27 years and the owner is fair.

We take our car in for all the regularly scheduled maintenance and the process is now smoother than ever. Reps are informative and not pushy.

I really appreciated that they were able to squeeze me in since I didnt have an appointment. Unfortunately, the website didnt say anything about needing an appointment on Saturday for an oil change. I have been a long time customer and wasnt aware of this change. Quinn in service did his best to squeeze me in which was much appreciated.

This service we get at this location is top notch. The gentleman that helped me was an African American maybe in his late 20s early 30s long braids I wish I knew his name he was absolutely amazing very courteous very knowledgeable

Quinn was very nice and respectful he is great! I went in for an oil change and of course needed something else. Per his recommendation I went ahead and got my driver belt fixed. This is where I had a problem, I paid for my services and was handed my keys.... I went out to my car and turned it on it made an AWFUL noise. That would have been hard to miss when driving my car...yet they handed me the keys like everything was okay. I immediately went back and they fixed it making my oil change a 3 hour ordeal. They should have never handed me back the keys when they knew my car was not working correctly and the belt wasnt installed correctly. I am still nervous driving my car now. Im not sure who in the service department did that but Quinn got it corrected and apologized profusely. If it wasnt for him Id say my experience was much worse than it was he was the only redeeming part of my visit.

Quin was excellent. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. This is my second visit to the service department and I am thrilled. I will never go any other place for an oil change and tire rotation. I am hooked! Thanks again Quin!

Service was performed in the time I was given. Service advisor kept me informed of progress and of the work required based on the inspection and mileage.

On March 9, 2021, I thought I was being asked a question about my vehicle, but I was told it was done and had the car wash. I could not believe how fast it was. I went to the restroom, had a cup of coffee and watched about fifteen minutes of my movie. This was all done without an appointment. Thanks Colin R

My Nissan Customer Service Representative was professional and perfect.The only discomfort was the shutter driver who drove me back in the shutter ride. He picked me up first, didnt offer for me to sit in the front but offer the lady he picked up last to sit in front and she was his same race so it felt like he favor her more. There was room in the back. On the first ride that took me home the shutter driver had me and the other passenger both sit in the back.

Ive bought parts/transmissions from them several times and Ive called for info about a transmission/code and theyve helped me as well. Highly recommend. 👍

The service technician I dealt with was fantastic and efficient.The only complaint I have is no Saturday service - this needs to come back ASAP. I had to take a day off work to have the service completed, and I’m sure I’m not the only customer who feels this way.

We all hate taking our vehicles to the dealership especially if u got burned on a previous experience. I like going to the doctor, no good comes from a visit but todays visit kept my blood pressure stable. If u dont know the procedure let me inform u. All dealerships are hungry for business. They offer a free perk so they can go over your vehicle to find work to do.The service writer, Quindell Hicks was seriously very cool, patient and quick NOT pushy one bit. Because of him, I now will return for services, not the other dealership in Konosha.

The only part that was disappointing was the gentleman didnt attend to us. We started walking out and the woman which i forgot her name . Ask us what she could help us with. Which she was great, but the guy who ignored us was very disappointed.
