The owner went above and beyond! He replaced stuff that I didnt ask of him. Much appreciated & thank u! He seemed a little temperamental but it was also because he was concerned about peoples safety.

Great guy very fair on price

I placed a call to West Allis Auto Repair to have my 2012 Chrysler 300 checked out. The person that answered the phone stated that because my car wasnt making a noise, there wouldnt be any way to find a solution for the hard ride and poor handling Im experiencing. I was then advised to go back to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle from. I was told to have a repair person from the dealership ride with me to determine what the problem could be. No one at this shop can follow the advice of the person that answered the phone.I was referred to this shop by a co-worker. Im only giving one star because the system wouldnt allow this post, without at least one. Would I recommend this shop. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been coming here off and on since I owned my first car. My dad been coming there since their original shop. I recently just moved back and they are the only place I would bring my car. The owner is a guy who you can trust and cares. Never have I had an issue with their work. I guess if your looking for Starbucks and pampering as you wait, then a dealership should be more your style. Then again I would rather have a trustworthy shop at fair prices!

Ken does great work on our cars. I never feel like I am getting ripped off by my mechanic. Kens prices are fair and can get us in pretty quickly for oil changes and most repairs. Definitely an expert on car repair!

I got a flat tire while at a local hospital. The men were quick to fix it and gave me a great deal on a new tire. I’m thankful they got me in right away.

Ive been going to this repair shop for over ten years. They will give you a fair price and will only fix what needs to be fixed. This owner in my opinion is a person with integrity

CON MAN!!!Went to this place just to have my car check. No work, No machine hook ups. He took advantage of me and charged me just to look at my vehicle. Avoid at all cost!

I used to take my Toyota to the dealer but my dad has always used Ken. Recently, I stopped going to the dealer due to their money hungry ways. I followed my dads advice and called west allis auto repair. Def wish I did it sooner. Honest, fair, helpful, and efficient. I hope I dont need to come back but if I need more work this will be the only place I trust! Thank you guys!

This place is THEE place to get your car repairs done. Great bunch of guys who do great work. I typically do my own repairs do to bad experiences with shops that ether over charge, do crappy work, or say you need work that you dont (like I said, I know cars) but I needed a lift and dont have one. You can trust these guys to give you a fair price and do an expert job. These guys are pros. Dont take a chance by going somewhere else. P.S. For you people crying about how someone sounds on the phone, stupid way to pick a good mechanic. smh Glad I didnt listen to you.

Fantastic workers and reasonable rates for car repair

I went to store and tried to make him change my cars timing belt, He said leave your phone number I will call you back for details, but no returning to costumers. He has no courtesy.

Very rude over the phone, seemed like I was annoying him w my question. Made me feel dumb by the tone of his voice. Learn how to speak to customers. Its a Monday morning, I get it, we all hate Mondays, but dont be a dick about a question.
