Wow! Is all I can say. At the time of purchase I was told that I would be able to receive maintenance thru their service department at a discounted price from buying from them and afterwards was told “they never said that” and that they can’t see my car because of COVID. However, I talked to managers and was able to have them look at it… to NOT see the same problem that international autos and import minded saw and they told me they simply saw nothing wrong with my car!!! I had them keep it for 2 weeks to SEE the same problem because I was hoping to get some type of discount through them but they actually were charging like $50 short of what INTNL AUTOS were charging. They still saw nothing. I took my car and drove 2 blocks for the SAME PROBLEM to happen and could’ve been in an accident! All they said was they drove it and one of the guys that drove it no longer works there. Soooo unprofessional! Waste of my time and energy. And almost caused me and accident because they simple did not want to work on my car. I’ll never be bringing it back there

The initial visit was great. The post sale delivery is where they failed miserably. They sold us that the vehicle had the technology package, which it did not which then indicated we overpaid for the vehicle. We couldnt verify the technology package because the radio security locked. We were told that it would be unlocked before we got the vehicle (which it wasnt). They had to replace the brakes but after delivery, the brake failure light came on our drive home. The shocks were bad and had to be replaced. To their credit, they did take care of the repair issues, but they did not take care of the issue of deceiving us about having the technology package on the vehicle. Without it, I wouldnt have purchased it but now Im stuck because I trusted them.My advice would be to RUN from this place as it appears they dont do true inspection/repairs on their vehicle and will mislead you. Our salesperson was Dan and he seemed like a nice guy, but the end experience left a very bitter taste in our mouth. Very disappointing. I wish I never stepped foot on their lot, I hope you dont make the same mistake.

Juan very quickly helped me with the solo test drive (very nice in these trying times) and didnt try to sell me on the car when I said I didnt want it.That being said, the ad online wasnt very genuine. There was significant curb rash on the wheels, a busted speaker cone, non-functional AC, and several other issues that definitely should have been either delt with or indicated.Great place to go if you know your way around cars and what to look for. Otherwise, Id probably stay clear.

First, the car I agreed to purchase I still don’t have and it is going on two weeks almost.Second, the manager Andy Shellell lied to me during my conversation with him, and when I called him out for lying he just said “ummm I’m sorry”. The conversation was with regards to when I could pick up the vehicle I’m waiting on still.

Bought a Nissan No 2500 cargo van for a camper conversion. Had to address several mechanical issues during and after the purchase and was very happy with the way they handled everything. Appreciated our sales consultant Robert’s communication and help, and the management’s willingness to address the issues.

I bought a car here and a few months later a lot I’m of issues started coming out and I had to sell it because I had to pay a considerable amount of money to fix the issues with it so do yourself a favor and save that money and spend it on a good car dealership. This dealership is not good!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A CAR Horrible customer service. My truck has been in there more days then I’ve had it. The engine light came on the same night I got the truck. I took it in to get fixed and all they did was turn the light off. They sold me the truck with horrible tires and when I called and complained the lady hung up on me DO NOT COME HERE FOR A CAR I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE FOR A CAR!!!!! It is past the 30 days so I am stuck with it. The only person who helped me and always had a great attitude was Jaun. And he is not the mechanic nor does he answer the phone. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

The worst dealership ever. I recently got a vehicle through them with everything in my name title along with bill of sale. The car was a gift for me. Within one week of having the car i had to take it back due to stalling. I had a one month warranty with the dealership. They agreed to call me when the car was ready. I called hours later to find out they illegally returned the car to the person who purchased it for me even though my name is on everything! And now I’m carless and they refuse to give me back the car because the person traded in my car and put the new car in their name. And then the OWNER INFORMED ME THAT I CANT GET MY CAR BACK UNLESS I PAY 1000 DOLLARS.

Went to look at a vehicle and the vehicle looked GREAT online in the pictures they showed. Once I got there for my appointment and had a closer look at the vehicle, they had painted over rust spots that had started bubbling. The truck had awful rust all over it but unless you know what you are looking for, you would never see it. The salesman acted like he had no idea there was that much rust. The truck had dents all over it and the only amount of money I could get them to come down was $800 less. Typical sleezy used car lot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They are great at getting loans to purchase cars and will dedicate time for you to purchase a car or truck, that i wont deny. But after the deal is wet and done is like they dont know know you.bought a 2014 taurus been having issues with it ever since loe mile on the car but has issues and they will not help after you get them the check from the bank.. I buy at least three cars a year completely lost my business.

Dan was good to work with. He did great and was working with me until he found out we had $14,000 to spend on a vehicle. All of a sudden certain vehicles couldnt be marked down. On some they were unaware of the issues the vehicles had.He offered me a 30 days or 1,000 miles warranty on the car if I were to buy it. I was skeptical on spending over 12k on a car that would give me issues after the 30 days. I actually went elsewhere and bought exactly what I wanted.Be very careful and inspect these cars cautiously.

We had a great experience looking, test driving, and talking numbers with Rodrigo at 6260 S 27th Street, highly recommend him and that location. But the one time we had to come to the 2777 location to purchase the vehicle it was a chaotic mess and a horrible experience. We waited 30 minutes to be helped and then we waited another 45 minutes to get our paperwork, keys, and get out the door. The car was already there waiting for us, they knew were were coming with cash ready to be in and out but for some reason we were there for an hour and a half, most of the time spent waiting and clueless as to where anybody was or if anybody was actually finalizing the deal. Hate to post a bad review but I would never deal with this location in the future.

Like Yasmin said. This company purchases faulty vehicles from auction because they dont hold a high standard like dealers do. The got a Ford Explorer from auction because the dealer I was working with said this vehicle needed close to $4k in repairs. It didnt pass inspections and Reo is willing to put it on market and sell it to someone. I called them out on it and they hung up on me. Poor customer service.

Great place to work with, we had been looking for a particular Q5 for the past couple of months with an exact Exterior and interior color in mind. When one popped up on their lot we came by to take a look at it, the vehicle was respectively priced and service was great. Very happy with the car and the transaction. The vehicle was represented well, it had a few flaws like any used car as I would expect. Looking through the rest of the cars on the lot I wouldnt hesitate to come back again and take a look if they had something I was looking for.Dont let the negative reviews sway you, fully inspect the car before buying and know that you are buying a used car; that has more to do with how the previous owner maintained it than the dealer who is selling to you.

I decided to browse around and ended up leaving the lot with a nicer, newer car the same night. These people are genuine and really care about their clients. I am very happy with my vehicle. Dan, Victor, Salim and Ahmad are all fantastic guys, they work as hard as they can to get you the car you want. 5 stars all around.

This dealer gets their vehicles straight from the auction and then immediately puts them for sale without inspecting or repairing them. They don’t even perform oil changes or a basic tune ups on their cars before they put them on the lot. They fix the minor things that people notice on test drives. If you buy a car from here be prepared to spend at least $2500 within the first year of ownership to perform long overdue maintenance and to replace tires and possibly brakes.

I drove to buy a car from Louisiana. They were very accommodating and helpful. They held the car for me for 2 weeks till I could drive the 16 hours to go pick it up. I got an amazing deal, and they even put new tires, brakes, and rotors. Id give them a 10/5 if I could. Thank you guys so much, the car is amazing.

We were looking to upgrade our minivan and Alex got us exactly what we were looking for. We told Alex what we wanted and he only showed us what we wanted to see, not wasting our time with vans that didnt meet our criteria. Javier gave us a great price for our trade in and Dan made the financials seamless! There were a few minor body issues that Faro and the Service department took care of immediately which made us very happy. It was a great experience and we will tell every one we know about the great service and value we received from Alex, Javier, Dan, and Reo motors.

2 years ago i buy 2009 toyota camrey. They charge me $10,000. And then i have to shell my toyota camrey 2009 model they will offer me $1100. Doller ?? I request customer dont go theire please.

I had extensive conversations with both Juan and Alex over the phone about a Honda Odyssey they were selling. I asked repeatedly about the working condition of everything on the vehicle, and they continually assured me that everything works great!We agreed on a price, and I told them I was planning to come up to Milwaukee from Chicago with my wife and two small children. When we arrived, we took the van to an honest mechanic who told us what Alex and Juan already knew, that among many other issues the van had, neither of the sliding doors worked and would require $700 in repairs to fix. Without functional sliding doors, a family minivan is not functional as a family minivan!When I pointed it out to Alex and asked whether they could fix it or lower the price, he responded no to both, explaining that they had already chosen not to fix it and that it was built into the price. I then suggested that a material defect like that would be important to include in the online description or to mention on the phone when asked pointedly about any defects. His unapologetic response was, We didnt know about it. First of all, how could they not notice sliding doors that dont work (its not like theyre buried deep in the engine), and second, if they didnt know about it, how could they build it into the price?These guys intentionally misled me and let my family of four drive all that way in hopes that we would cave and buy the van anyway since we had traveled so far. We walked away.Typical sleazy used car salesmen.

Radio and air not working

I had did a review 7 months ago and it was a 5 star i bought a truck which is not the original we test drove. Turns out they sold it to one of the workers and gave us a lemon truck which has been in the shop oh about 8 times now thank god for the platinum & gold warranty from my bank. What ever you do when you test drive one of there vehicles take pictures and write the vin number down. Also another red flag if you notice all there cars have the same mileage on there vehicles too. So i do believe they change them and that is illegal. Just be smart and if you can take an inspector or a mechanic with you if you decide to buy a vehicle from these crooks.

Customer service is really horrible ... Bought a car and only came with 30 day warranty ... Really 30days? Its owned by an Arab meaning this place is cheap ! The financing went very smooth and within the same day I was able to drive off with my new car. I love everything about it and they truly made the other places look like crap. I went there to make my friends car payment I wait for about 10 minutes then I hear one of the guys in office I think they Arabs he told his sales man just take the down payment as much as you can anyway she will not be able to pay us so we will repo the vehicle next month. He remarked let her know we are really good reposecing cars! So be careful because they will give you any car even when they know you cant afford it because they dont care if people work or not as long as they bring a down payment!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. If i could give them no stars, I would. They LIED to me when I asked about the check engine light coming on when I test drove the car. Magically it is off when I come take a look at it again. I purchased the car, of course trusting what they said to me was in fact true. They knowingly sold me a car that would NOT PASS EMISSIONS. When I asked for a rental, they refused. When I asked that they reimburse me for repairs, they said I had to take it to some hack mechanic that was 30 miles away. I was DONE with them at this point and reported them to the BBB.

I went to Reo Motors hoping for a good buy, but I instead bought a nightmare. The sales men seemed really nice when I came in they helped me find a car I could afford and told me they would put new tires and breaks on it for me. I was really excited since this would be my first time buying a car. Everything seemed to be fine until 31 days later, one day after my warranty (how convenient right?) a valve broke and my car was leaking anti freeze bad. I dont know much about cars but my car was over heating, leaking, and eventually wouldnt turn on. I called Reo Motors not know it was a day after my warranty and asked if they could take a look at it. They said since it was not under warranty they would charge me full price for looking at it and fixing it. After having to deal with that the car seemed to be fine again and although I was upset that they charged I hoped it was a one time thing.Three weeks later my break light turned on, again I dont know much about cars so I was worried my breaks would fail. I had my cousin look at it this time and it turns out the break fluid hadnt been changed in god knows how long. Then a week later a part of my engine that has something to do with the radiator broke, my cousin fixed that and found that I had yet another leak, but he wasnt sure if it was coming from the water pump or somewhere else. I was very frustrated at this point because it had one been a couple of months and my car already seemed to be domed. About a month later my car was done with I had a leak in some valve that was allowing coolant to leak into my engine. I asked a local mechanic how much he thought it would cost to get it fixed and he said $1200 and that was just for what he could tell right away was wrong with it. Not including anything else that he might find. I dont have the money to fix it so now I have to take a bus and ride a bike just to get to work witch takes me and hour and a half when it use to take just 15 minutes to drive there. So ridiculous! When the mechanic asked where I got the car I told him Reo motors and he told me about how they sell nothing but lemons. Never go to Reo Motors! The stories Ive heard from other people since is enough to make you puke. This place obviously is just exploiting people.

Looking for a Speed wagon, an REO speedwagon because I can’t fight this feeling anymore.

Reo should be ashamed. Just got car in from their customer for service and this it what I see. A brand new tie rod, brand new anti sway bar which is bolted into a rotted out subframe. This vehicle should not be on the road much less sold for that purpose. I asked customer to locate their disclosure label from the purchase as if this was sold without disclosure it is a major liability. This was along with incorrect (too narrow) wheel bearings installed. A brand new wheel bearing with a quarter inch of play. Disgusting. Not to mention the new tie rod end and new lower control arm ball joint snapped from having the wrong wheel bearing. I would say avoid this dealer at all cost as they apparently sell unsafe vehicles to unsuspecting female customers.

I would give them lower if I could. I purchased a vehicle from there. They didnt have the title on hand. Told me it would be next day delivered. Had to hound them to get it. Also screwed up the paper work. Didnt list the vin#, miles on it, make. Had to have them redo it all. Title finally showed up 13 days later. Worst vehicle buying experience ever!

Great place to buy a car

I tried to buy a 2010 Ford escape limited from Reo motors and when it came time to go to the bank, the bank told me they could not do the loan because the title was bonded. When I returned to Reo, They said they would fix the bonded title. They had called me back and said it was fixed so we went back to the bank and instead of actually fixing it. They switched the loan type from an auto loan with a 4.5 interest at $208 a month for 4 years to a personal loan with 9.9 interest rate at $264 a month for 35 months. This is trickery and deceit. I ended up giving the car back and getting my down payment back. I now have to search for a new vehicle but I certainly wont be going back to Reo motors and I advice others to do the same.

Very Over priced Cars

One of the owners is extremely disrespectful. Turned my girlfriend away after explaining an electrical issue with our car. He refused her service and refused to even check the car. His excuse was Well the car looks fine to me. As he looks out the window at it! Never even checked it. He was rude and turned her away. I had to go down there as he hid behind office walls. One of his employees with half a brain came up with a solution. To that employee I say thank you. Find another place to work and let this man bury himself. 3 out of 3 negative reviews. Hmm

My parents bought a truck from them they told them they fixed everything and it was ready to go. We later found out the truck had 3 different kind of tires and other stuff wrong with the wheels and no radiator coolent and a lot more wrong with it. Not a good place to purchase cars.

Received a call that it will not be done until Monday or Tuesday (Saturday)7. Called and was transferred multiple times. Placed on hold multiple times. Sugested that there has to be a way for me to get a car for me to use (EX. Loner Car). Wanted to talk to the Manager. (Too angry at this point) Was told he is away from desk and will call you back.8. Received a call and was told that they can provide a loner car. Asked when I could pick it up. (ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I DONT HAVE A ___ING CAR TO PICK UP ANOTHER CAR!)9. Strongly suggested to speak to a manager and was placed on hold.10.Some time has passed and finally was able to speak to someone about this issue. Explained what has happened. Then was told to hold to speak with the owner.11. Owner is now shadowing the Manager as I once again explained what has happened.12. After doing so the Owner has responded that I should already had been offered a loner car and not only that should have been told that they will get my car fixed right away.13. Then I was offered to take my car as is and wait til the part comes in and they will fix it. (Why sell the car in the first place)14. I then refused and told I do not have a ride to pick up the car. I suggested to be picked up.15. The owner then said he will throw in an extra 30 day warranty.16. It has been a week and I still have not yet received a call about my car17. To SUM IT ALL: Why deal with such dealers and go through such horrible experiences?

Ive had my cars serviced at REO for years. They are honest and dependable. In fact, they save me a bunch of money when other mechanics wanted to charge me for things I didnt actually need. The staff at REO were honest and fixed my issues for a fraction of the cost. Thank you REO I will never go anywhere else!

My experience here was horrible.When I went to test drive the car it was at wrong locationCar broke down with timing belt 8 days after purchase . They towed it, with no explanation. No call for days . They even refused a rental car untilI called and flipped out demanding some follow up service for the 11000 I just spent. When i pick up my (fixed) car. The actual leather part of the seat was off the frame. Like someone had sex in my backseat. Also The radio and GPS were locked on CODE (anti theft system) which they did not help to fix at all. Had to call Acura and do it myself.As if this wasnt enough, The car I traded in was still owned by the bank. The check REO sent got lost in the mail. So 2 weeks later all of a sudded 240$$ come out of my account for my OLD CAR now owned by REO.-This last issue could of thrown a less fortunate person right in the poor house.DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!!!Side note:All the coffee condiments are stolen from a local McDonalds every morning. If your wondering what type of people your about to deal with.Please dont make the mistake i did by shopping here, Just dont do it .

The staff at REO are incredible! They were so willing to meet my needs including my limited budget, limited monthly payment capabilities, and down payment amount. Not only that, within the first 30 days there were a few things on the car that I noticed may have been funny. They fixed all of it and more. They honored their warrantee and went above and beyond with their customer service. Very informative and very willing to help. They treated me like family! Cant wait to purchase another vehicle for my soon to be wife in the future! Thanks REO! You guys are awesome!

I was very disappointed with there their warranty. I was sold a one year warranty for $1000. I was never told it was 1 year or 12000miles. I they would of I would not of spent my thousand dollars. I put 12000 miles in 3 months on the 5 month I had a breakdown. So I called to see my warranty coverage and the first thing they ask me is did I go over 12000 miles. Felt ripped of at that point. I could of repaired my vehicle and had some money left over with a thousand dollars.

Horrible experience I’ve had the vehicle for a week exactly and this will be the 2nd service already. They said they replaced the gas tank sensor! Bs the car is doing the same thing before i took it in smh it’s still shaking at idle stops!!!!!! I’m still in my 30 days. I’m going to file a complaint against them if i have too

Everyone seems nice truth is they dont care, very unprofessional, poor customer service, I put deposited twice in different ocassions to hold a vehicle, both times they sold that car within the next day after taking my deposit $. They need a better system . Ridiculous.

Went there on black Friday. Had my phone stolen by one of their sales people. Accidently left my phone in a vehicle. Returned within 45 minutes later., phone was gone. Manager checked the cameras, only person in the car after we left and before we got back was the sales person who showed us the car. We knew exactly where we left it and the phone was miraculously shut down right after we returned and asked the salesman questions about finding the phone. Well that was a $500 mistake.

This place sold me what I thought was a good car but I thought wrong I have took it back over six times in less than a 9month period. They make me wait weeks just for an appointment then days just to check my vehicle before even starting the work and still no resolution the vehicle engine light still turns on. Never buy a car and especially never buy their extended warranty their mechanics are crap. I totally regret having to deal with this dealership

Crooks is what this place has working here... They tell whatever you want to hear to make the sale... They are selling lemons and then charging clients an arm and a leg to fix existing problems... They told my husband and my self it would be interest free if paid off with in first year now they are telling us no we only have to the end if the month to pay it off without interest... These people in cluding the workers and OWNER ARE THIEVES!!! WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY ENEMY...

I read a lot of reviews about the place wish I did that before I went up there and put money down on one of their vehicles. What I noticed that remains consistent with the reviews is that some of the staff there do not listen that can make for bad business.
