Went in today for an emissions test. Kayla (at the front desk) was very friendly and helpful, and so was the gentleman sitting in the rear.. The waiting area was neat and clean. The wait (first come, first served) was reasonable. I will go back again.

Just had my emissions done on 2 cars here. The attendant was extremely courteous and quick. Personally, i thought he went well beyond what I normally experience in terms of service. Great job. Normally, I dont write reviews but decided that this deserved one.

Went there for an emissions test today just to find out that they are requiring an appointment due to COVID. Sign said that they are usually 29 days out minimum. Needless to say I went somewhere else right up the street and they took me right away.

I have been going to Auto Analyzers for several years now and have needed many repairs, particularly since my car is getting old (2006). I really love this place and feel like I can trust no one else but them! Darren is wonderful and is so great at coming out and explaining the repairs, and Amber is so friendly at the front desk. They are very reasonably priced (and actually have seemed to charge the least compared to all other stops that Ive been to), and the most striking aspects of this place are their honesty and customer service. Ive come here for second opinions, and while other shops have told me that certain repairs or changes needed to be done (many times costing several hundreds of dollars), Darren will take a look at the car and state that such changes were actually not necessary. Im really glad that I found this place, and I recommend it to everyone for their car needs!

Called ahead of time for service. They told me a time and were not available for service when I arrived.

Today I was turned down at 3 shops that wouldnt do my emission test because my driver door couldnt open. They refuse my services because they said they needed my driver door to be open to do the job. So I tried my luck with Auto Analysers and the guy that work there said that wouldnt be a problem, all he did was raise my driver window down and plug it in and he was done with my emission test in 5 minutes. I thank the Most High for leading me to these great people at this shop, I strongly recommend them.

Long time to get an appointment for emmisins test. But once there in and out in 10 minutes

Horrible customer service called to do emissions test, said to come in whenever, and they then refused to do the test because no one there knew how to drive stick and didnt feel comfortable leaving the car parked in gear because they didnt have anywhere flat to perform the test. Then after offering to put a wedge under the tire and explaining that leaving it in gear will keep it from moving I was given an attitude and told Im just not going to do it, heres a list of other facilities maybe one of them will do it!

I had a great experience here. My car is on 04, so a bit old, but every time I went to the dealership, they would never fix the problem, but find other problems to fix. Darrin & his staff were professional and was able to fix my car. Its been over 2 months and I do not have any issues with what they fixed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Stop here before going to the dealer.

The front desk woman was rude. Ive been coming here for quite some time and have never been so quickly dismissed before. Came in for an emissions test as I have many times in the past. Amber - the one I have usually seen is very pleasant. This one they have now needs to take a few lessons on customer service.

My experience with this group was limited to emissions test, but they didnt treat me like a nuisance customer as all others before have. Service was polite and swift.

Darren, and the team at Auto Analyzers have been amazing so far. Being a youngman on a tight budget, they were very helpful on touching base, before doing any work. Yes, they arent the cheapest, but, they are unbelievably thorough! Ive had to take my girl(aka...truck) in a couple times, and theyve been polite enough not to charge me for giving her a quick look over, to make sure it wasnt something they had previously worked on. So, 4stars for budget, 5stars for quality of service, and 5stars for customer service/interaction.

Refused service because it was raining outside today Dec 31st, 2018 1:30pm. Yes, you read that correctly.All was well all things considered but confused and attempted to question (not grill or 3rd degree) the young woman working the front desk.Then the antagonizing female employee enters the room whose denigrating comments did not help me feel any better when she says to me from across the room WHAT DO YOU EXPECT US TO GET ON OUR KNEES (to do the emission test) WHEN ITS RAINING?Then escalated by manager acting like punk with sissified persona who did ZERO to clarify why I was being refused service because it was raining, ordered me out of the garage or he would call the police that being the first thing out of his mouth.

Id give them 0 stars if I could. I went there last Fri I got there a little after 4 and the rude lady at the desk told me they stop doing them at 4. Thatd been fine if shed been pleasant. Today I rushed to get there and made it at 345 to see the same rude lady who told me in her nasty fashion that too bad theres someone in front of me, she had to do all of her billing and was not going to stay till 7 at night. There are other people that want to go home. She then decided she could have it done if I sit around 45 minutes to wait for her to finish her billing. I was dumbfounded, I just walked out the door . I looked up another place, found Komptech down the block, Jeff answered the phone he said they do it till 5 and takes 5 minutes. I got there and Mike took care of my car and was totally pleasant. I didnt feel like I was a burden to him, or Jeff, it was so refreshing. A lady at Komptech who was there for emissions too, said shed there as well and for the same rude lady on the phone. She told her if shes not there before 445 she can forget about being seen.

I could give 0 stars if i could.Never go to this place! The front desk is rude. They are just using their state license to rip the customers. We went there for our car diagnostics and they took $115 and just verbally telling the same problem that had already been described by the emission test report. We asked for the diagnosis report and part needed for the repair and details, they told nothing and lied about that they dont know more. They just literally wanted us to get the repair done from them instead of getting from somewhere. We asked for refund but they did not give us any and threat to call cops on us.WE RECOMEND ALL DONT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE TOTAL RIP OFF AND FRAUD.

AVOID going to AUTO ANALYZERSi went here because i could not pass emissions. Auto analyzers scanned my car and said it was my catalytic converter, they quoted me $900+. (keep in mind if you spend over $879 to try to fix the problem and still fail emissions, the state waves your emissions test)i went to velasquez muffler on 16th street and got the job done for $803, they told me they dont use the cheap universal catalytic converters. (this is good)i went back to emissions after i drove 150 miles on my car and it still failed for the same issue. i went back to Auto analyzers and they claim it must be a bad catalytic converter that the shop put on for me.i feel i was mislead by Auto analyzers, looking at the big picture now, if i would of paid Auto analyzers for their magic catalytic converter i would of passed for sure, because they were going to charge me more than the $879 waiver price if i still failed.this is terrible business practice by Auto analyzers and i would recommend NOT going there.edit: august 2020: it was never the cat converter, Auto analyzers mis-diagnosed my car costing me lots of $$, it was a bat thermostat.

Poor service. Went there for emission test. Lady was rude. When I said I have another vehicle that needs to be tested, the lady says where done for today. I said but your sign says testing between 8am & 5pm Monday thru Friday. It was 1230pm on 2/6/2018. New to the area & thats how they treat another business owner. Good to know. Will be taking my company vehicles somewhere else to. There loss. Rude people these days hey?

Service is not timely! On two separate times I left my van with them for work to be done. And each time it stayed the whole day with me calling all the way up to closing time. I work 1st shift & I actually had to take off the second time to cover the 2nd day that they had it. Theyre good at what they do but they act like the world evolves around them.

$600 later and still had the same problem. Scheduled for drop off and loaner vehicle. Got a loaner vehicle with partially working turn signals (good thing I did not run into a police officer or I would have got a ticket). Picked my car up after they claimed they fixed my AC. Drove it 5 mi back home and AC still did not work. Took it back and they said they would look at it in 10 min while I waited. One hour later someone told me it was working fine. Drove home and AC still did not work. Took it somewhere else and they fixed it in 30 minutes, while I waited. I had to pay another $100 for a leak check by the second mechanic since it is policy.

I am surprised at the negative reviews. I went there a few weeks ago for my my emissions test. There was no wait. They were friendly, fast and efficient and I was done in less than 10 minutes! I didnt realize they are also a full service auto repair shop. I went back last week because I had an indicator light on stating one of my light bulbs was out and I couldnt find it. I went there without an appointment yet Darren came out and had a look to help me find the burnt out bulb. Even with something that small and insignificant they were very friendly and helpful.

Front desk woman was incredibly rude to my mother when she came in for testing. The front desk woman loudly declared they were “closed” and that testing was “not their bread and butter.” She also said she had better things to do so might I suggest that one of those better things be finding some manners? Will not be returning.

Front desk lady was very rude. Would never return there and never recommend for emissions testing specifically. Just a waste of time. Smelly, dirty lobby. Rude employees and awful communicators. Find a more respectable place than this.

Horrible service, took my van there this past Monday morning and sat there literally for twenty minutes even though the garage was filled with cars being worked on. I suspected my car to need either an alignment or tie rod issues. But the owner told me to get it balance and rotated which I already done and since the other shop never seen anything I offered for his shop to do it. Which he declined and wanted to not do any work even though I was wanting the problem fixed. If I wanted to do nothing about the vibrations I am feeling with my steering wheel at highway speeds I wouldve stayed home. I left his office with paying for advice to have it balance /rotated or get two new tires which my current tires are only one and half years old. I think I paid 29.00 for nothing I would never recommend this mechanic to no one since clearly he does not know how to solve a problem plus since he was busy and I felt as if my car problem was being pushed aside.

Terrible service

Had work done in the past my mom told me they took the cover off my engine but i couldnt prove it and they denied it. My mom was trying to get a old school car repaired here and they told her to jus get ride of the car instead of fixing it. How do u tell someone not to fix they car? A classic car at that. I figured i would run in 1day for a quick emission test. 1st the lady told me every1 had 2get out the car and i had my kids with me (all your doing is hooking up machine) so we got out car. I was standing by counter with kids and then she said every1 needs 2sit down so the path way can be clear. There was no 1 there but me!! And im the customer in line! Sit down? What am i your kid? I took my business elsewhere.

Very bad costumer service

Excellent Electrical diagnosis and repair. I was having intermittent P0720 vehicle speed senor VSS error code. replaced the VSS 3 times in 6 months.They checked the sensor, wiring harness, connection. Using an Oscilloscope They found out the electrical alternator had a bad diode leaking AC currant drowning out the VSS sensor. They would have changed the ALT but I did myself and it solved my VSS problem Great job!!!

Since the Wisc DOT changed the emission testing procedures I was forced to go to OGormans to get my emissions tested (and eventual waiver done) and it has been simply a headache. First, they seem to have a lunch period that isnt posted anywhere on their website in which they simply dont accept emissions tests and tell you to come back. After getting repairs done at another shop and having a different test fail each time the other shop informed me I had spent enough money on repairs to get a waiver for this period. I had to set up an appointment with OGormans for the waiver, and when I showed up they treated me as a walk up, not acknowledging my appointment. They kept the car overnight and the next day through 2 oclock, despite them only needing to verify some paperwork and look in the car to verify the repairs the other shop had done. The person I talked to on the phone through Wisc DOT said this is a 1-2 hour process. The only conclusion I can make is that they are simply working with other customers who have repairs being done first, and because my waiver doesnt net them a good profit they have no problem stringing me along and ignoring appointments. If you dont have enough people on staff to fill my appointment then why let me make an appointment at all? If you in any way value your time I would find a different shop to get your work done at.
