We just bought our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from here! They went above and beyond with their service. We knew exactly what car we wanted before coming and they had all of the paperwork ready to go when we got there. It took 2 hours from the time we walked in til the time we left, which was a world record for us and our history with buying vehicles. Everyone was very nice and helpful and had our best interest in mind. They didn’t try to push us into anything we didn’t want and I really appreciated that! I would definitely come back here to buy another car.

I’m concerned about their lack of adherence to mask wearing protocols during COVID here. 75% of the employees were walking around indoors with no masks, mingling with each other in the open showroom floor. Some didn’t even put their mask on to talk to us when we came by for a scheduled test drive, despite signs on the doors mandating mask wearing. I felt very uncomfortable. They were definitely expecting us for a test drive, but we had to wait longer in the facility (I chose to wait outdoors) because they didn’t have the expected test vehicle up front and set in the correct mode for consumer driving. The sales person was ready to let me try and drive the car in a mode where none of the electronic dash or speed indicators would light up, and I had to ask him to please put the car in the correct mode because that was unsafe. He also didn’t ask to see my drivers license before I got behind the wheel. I had to ask him to please wear his mask correctly, as it was hanging below his nose as we were about to get in the vehicle. He had inaccurate information about the new vehicle model we desired, and also wasn’t completely up front about all the rebates I qualified for on that vehicle. He says he’s been working there for 20+ years, but I would expect more from someone with so much experience. Even if they had offered me a really good deal up front, I wouldn’t be doing business with them after that because I didn’t get the impression they value the health and safety of their customers.To this dealership’s credit, the employees seemed nice enough. But nice doesn’t keep a pandemic from spreading.

I purchase a 2020 mega cab dually in February November truck collapse in Cheyenne Wyoming the said fuel injector pump went out an it’s on recall they have to replace fuel system, I get truck back in January I take it to Millington dealer where it was purchased they said I have an injection seal leak, they didn’t replace seals in Wyoming dealership an they would fix I got it back same day still leaking I had it towed back to Millington they kept it for week said it was ready 3 weeks later the truck caught a fire in Texas an Ram in Millington saying it’s not there fault an turn they back to me

What a shock. We were interested in a vehicle they advertised. We called and got some details and visited there lot. When they went to get the keys it was realized that it had been “ loaned” out and not there. After showing us a couple of vehicles that wasn’t what we came to see we decided to leave. We were told that they would contact the guy who had it and bring it back for us to see. We called the next day and was told it was on the lot only to drive there and it wasn’t. Now that was about the most sloppy business practice I’ve ever seen from a car dealership. They don’t communicated with one another and isn’t common with other Homer Skelton lots.

Horrible experience. If you want to be treated like trash then this is the place for you. The salesman was VERY RUDE from the beginning. They act like they have no interest in selling a car. I did my research of the vehicle and the rebates and incentives they have going for that particular make and model. This dealership was very unfriendly and would not honor the incentives that the manufacturer had. I’m glad they are not the only dealership in town and needless to say I will take my business elsewhere!! Very disappointed.

I thought my car was a goner, but Tim pretty much assured me that my car was in good shape. He said that it probably was just something minor and he was right! The service department is awful, and it isn’t even their fault!!! They can’t get parts in a timely manner. They don’t keep you updated on what is going on with your vehicle, even when they have it for over a week! They don’t give you a free rental, even when they are repairing the same thing for the fourth time in three years. They still try to charge you for service hours for repairing the aforementioned problem for the fourth time!! Most of these issues are dealership and Jeep guidelines that the employees are abiding by.

First, I like the car, but the way it was sold to me was NOT of up-standing customer service. Marissa, my sales person really didnt give her OUTSTANDING service. Its been 30 days and I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY TAGS & PLATE! I was sold a car where I had to ask for it to be cleaned, I was given a single defective key fob where the key was missing and barely worked and I was told I had to purchase a new fob. I asked about the tire sensor and she texted The tire is fine. Its just missing the sensor in the tire Like Really! And there was NO FOLLOW UP AFTER PURCHASE. I felt mistreated from beginning to end!

Horrible! Horrible customer service!! They’ll see you a car for $13,000 with a terrible transmission that needs to be completely replaced. We discovered the issue a couple of weeks after the purchase was made. We took the vehicle back so they could check it out, and of course, they say they didn’t find an issue. A week or so later, my check engine light comes on. ((Mind you, I still have drive out tags on the vehicle)) So I take my car to a family member who has a car scanner. He scanned my car and P0840 was the code that came up. Which meant I had to replace a pressure sensor. The transmission is a 4 Cylinder, so just changing the part cannot happen. We have to get a new transmission. Which is now going to cost us an estimated $3,000.00. When we went back to tell them the code that was shown, they treated me like I did not know what I was talking about, and basically said they cannot do anything for me. Which, in my opinion, is dirty car salesman work!! They wouldn’t want someone to treat them this way, and I am not happy! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE CROOKED PEOPLE, AT ALL!!! Take your money to someone who is actually trying to make sure you have a good ride, not someone who just wants to meet their quota!

Years ago I absolutely gave up on Auto Dealers because I cant stand the hours long process of fighting to get a fair price, so I started working with another Used Auto Chain where the price is fixed and fair. After recently searching for a specific vehicle, I found what I wanted at this dealership and decided to give them a chance to annoy me ... boy was I wrong. Not only was the vehicle very competitively priced, but our Sales Rep (John Houston) was ZERO pressure, incredibly professional and honest in every respect. He and the entire Staff were amazing. After searching and comparing elsewhere, I came back to these fine folks and purchased the vehicle. I am extremely pleased with the entire experience.

I took my Jeep by to get checked out,the same morning the service guy called and stated it needed a new rear end.So I told him to go a head and fix it.That was on Monday on Wednesday I went by because I had not got any updates.My I service guy was not there,another service guy checked for me he stated the part had just arrived that day.The next day on Thursday I went by and my service guy started he had been off sick and just returned to work.He said part had just gotten there on Wednesday.I requested a ride and he got me a loaner.He called me on Tuesday the next week said my Jeep was ready so I picked it up seems to be great.It would be nice to get updates when your car is in the shop that long and offer a loaner at that time.

We took our vehicle in for service twice, once had repairs done the same problem occurred 6 months later and the manager would not help. On another occasion took vehicle in for a fuel pump and the service tech broke the starter and I had to pay for it. After talking with GM about it he was going to help us out and get tires for the vehicle, told service to get tires and put on the next day so I could get the vehicle, one hour before closing it wasn’t done. WHO IS RUNNING THIS COMPANY. It doesn’t look like the GM has a handle on it.

I drive 45 minutes just to get my car serviced here. Joe S. is the best car service representative I have ever experienced. I know I am in good hands with Joe and that my car will be taken care of. He is honest and actually cares. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to service my car. He also makes sure I have a courtesy car so I can get back to work while my car is being serviced. He makes suggestions on what I need and recommendations for when I need to bring my car back in. He personally checks on the cars he has serviced and calls to discuss any issues or concerns before doing additional work. He communicates great while my car is being serviced so i am never questioning when it will be ready. He also uses the text messaging feature which makes Communication easier during a workday. Thanks Joe. Homer Skelton and I are lucky to have a car service rep that takes care of his customers! UPDATE: 2021 Joe S. is no longer there. Not sure how great the service is. Im so delighted and happy that Elise is back. She was a great service advisor now she is a great service manager. I would recommend this location to anybody. I took the time out to call and address a problem I had with the general manager JP. He immediately told me he would get with Elise and get me taken care of. The next day with no waiting period Elise called me at 730 sharp addressing my problem letting me know she would take care of me. This month I took my truck in for an oil change and they offered me 4 oil changes for the price of 2. What a deal! And yes I bought it,😊. Last December I called a few weeks before xmass wanting running boards for a gift, I was clueless to the exact model of truck. Mike in parts asked for the vin and from there he hooked me up with some sweet chrome running boards and he was able to get them installed before Xmas! All of that in less than 10 days! FORD ESCAPE: I have bought 2 vehicles from here and from the same sales - person. The first car I had for 8yrs before trading it in. I have always had good service when I get it serviced. Ive had new version (of the same one) just over a year now. The service is the same as it has always has been. I love my car, it is one of my go to choices whenever Im just browsing. The only difference is just a lot more electrical engineering under the hood.

Came for a oil change and 2 hours later it was done. Dont think it should have taken this long. I understand they do check all other fluid levels. Maybe 1 hour for this. If this is their express service, dont want to see the regular service. Coffee was good and all employees I talked to in 2 hours was really nice. I will still return for more oil changes only to keep my warranty good.

Brian Hughes was the sales person who took care of me back in May. He made the process absolutely painless and went out of his way to make sure I left there with what I came for or better. It was like hanging with family. We even took a pretty awesome picture, but you’ll have to find that on their Instagram. I would recommend him to anyone to looking to purchase new or used vehicles.Homer Skelton CDJ Service department has seen my truck twice in four months. Once for an inquiry about side steps, and the other for my first free oil change I received when I purchased the truck. The parts department was quick to find the steps I was looking for and they even had them in stock. I was out of there with brand new steps within the hour. Nate has been the first face I’ve seen when I pull into service. He’s friendly and I don’t mind handing him my keys.

I like this dealer because it’s the fastest at getting serviced in the Memphis area, they have the most available appointments, and the staff are polite. However, THREE times I’ve taken my car there and left with tires issues. The first time one tire was low, had to refill it. The second time there was a nail in my tire when I got my car back after an oil change. They swore it didn’t happen there. I went for a tire rotation yesterday and by the time I got home one of my front tires had dropped 15 psi. There is no leak because they maintain pressure after I refill them. No use in telling them though because they’ll say it didn’t happen there.

Revised - First non warranty service was a disappointment, charged 1 hr for diagnosis when they were provide the exact problem (5 minute job with a OBDC reader and had it done for free at AutoZone). Charged over 1 hour labor for a 15 minute replacement of a $29.00 part. Unlike other dealerships, car was not washed, fluids not topped off and air pressure not checked/adjusted (yes I left these item intentionally do see what they would or would not do). In addition they were to complete a recall repair which was done..oh we dont have the parts for it. Why didnt you inform me of that when I dropped the car. Dont know if the other local options are better but I promise you I wont return to Home Skelton.Original - Professional staff with quick service, if they would only wash the vehicle after serving.

Great service and friendly staff. I went in for sone recalls and tire work. When my service rep Tim was busy another rep helped me out. It was good team environment from what i can see. Only negative i have was estimated time was off by over an hour. Aside from that I will continue to bring my truck there.

I will never patronize this dealership again. My husband and I arrived at the dealership 10 minutes to 7:00 p.m. on a Wednesday, to inquire about a Rubicon Wrangler, as we parked we literally watched one of the salesman run across the showroom floor. He turned the lights off then sprint towards the door and locked it and walked away. The dealership close at 8:00 p.m., per their website. He did not acknowledge us or even attempt to see if we needed anything. If I could give 0 star, I would! This was a great example of poor customer service. My husband and I will take our business to Jeep Collierville to purchase.

Truck broke down enroute to Kentucky pulling 33 trailer. Service technicians determined problem, ordered parts and repaired truck next day. Technicians allowed me to park trailer on their yard while truck was repaired and gave us a vehicle to use. Everyone was so very kind, courteous and showed professionalism in every thing they did.

I called this location for a simple question, the person who initially answered the call was very polite and friendly but upon being transfered to the service desk the man who answered was very rude and discourteous. he answered the question and promptly hung up the phone as i was speaking.
