Definitely need to get rid of the workers standing around up front. Need more cashiers. Got to do better in the hiring process.

Its a Walmart. It is absolutely beyond unnecessary creating a review for it, as this is quite possibly one of the largest shopping corporations in the world, but nonetheless here is my two cents:- the juice section was dangerously low- they had these really cheap paper towel rolls for like 50 cents a piece, which for a broke college student is nice- they had.... Food?Its Walmart guys lets be honest you arent going here expecting to be treated like the queen of England, grab your ground beef you need for taco night and depart in peace with sins unforgiven, amen.

My favorite Walmart if I had to have one. Only thing I dont like is late at night they only have 1 register open so the lines can get pretty long.

Here lately it seems like Walmart has cut back time on their employees. If anyone and everyone prefers to go late night, when they can at least. Doesnt care to wait in long lines. Why you ask? Bc theyve cut back the employees time so theyve only got 1 maybe 2 registers open and all the self serve lanes. They need to look at their sales and schedule the employees time accordingly. I think this would work well for both sides.

Pickup online order was alot better this time. Improving great job

Literally 4 out of 5 times I come to do grocery pickup there isnt anywhere to park because the pickup people dont enforce the parking spots. So people park and walk inside to shop and Im left to drive around the parking lot until a place opens up. The people doing the shopping are nice, but not having somewhere to park when I spent more money here than on my mortgage is a big deal to me.

They have a good variety of products and their shelves are always stocked. My 2nd favorite Walmart. They have good prices and great clearance.

Curbside pickup associates are very friendly and quick to bring out the order. I would give 5 stars but the amount of things substituted or just not in stock is very high. Still, very convenient (especially because typically I can pick up same day) and again, super friendly.

Good place to get what you need and fresh food. One stop that All. Good 👍 price

Walmart gets 4 stars. Nobody actually goes above and beyond with their customer service but everything is pretty much easy to find so I dont ask for help often. Ive worked in customer service most of my adult life and an employees work ethic is determined by their hourly wage. You get what you pay for.

What can I say? Our Walmart fills a need for all. Great Staff, good prices all those household needs met in one place.

The craft section is fairly well stocked right now and you can really score a good deal in the odd cuts if you take the time to look.

Fed up with the shopping carts...need new wheels on all them. You have to go through 5 carts till you find one that half way works.

Don’t order online … I placed a very expensive online order which included a video game system. Supposed to be ready 6 PM …..at 10:30 PM it still wasn’t ready they said come back tomorrow. The fact that they were busyAnd unable to fill the order would probably have been OK if someone could have called me and told me not to come … but they led me to believe I was going to get it…..as we waited and waited and waited and waited and waited.

Like the one in pursuit of an honest man, I will be forever in pursuit of a Walmart employee or manager that cares.

Was just at the automotive for a truck 275 60 20 tire. The associate was awesome very helpful and went out of his way to help me out. Very nice people. You are employing the right people. Thank you.

Greeter had no idea where things were. Automotive had no idea what their battery return policy was, nor had the battery that their website said was in stock. Its like a huge warehouse where you have to fend for yourself. Went to OReillys instead where I exchanged the old battery and bought a new one in 7 minutes. Timed it, and for only a few bucks more than Walmart. I will not return to Walmart unless forced at gunpoint.

I love coming here to buy groceries! The staff are friendly and the store is organized and clean.

Called several times operator and departments dont pick up the phone on multiple occasions. Some of the most incompetent employees and management Ive ever seen in my life.

They were super busy, but I got in and out quickly. I found everything that I came to get plus a few extras

Well, its Wally-World so nobody really expects great things from you anymore but instead we tolerate the place due to decent prices and convenience. The overwhelming lack of lazy employees is mind boggling but I wouldnt know what to think if people actually had a good work ethic.

If I could give zero Stars I would I had a cake order 4 to 5 days prior to when I was supposed to get it it was messed up the name was spelled wrong when I got there to pick it up a day early because they said it was done the name was spelled wrong after I specifically told the girl how to spell it I asked her to fix it she put a hole in the cake and put totally different icing of what the rest of the name was it was my sons third birthday cake for it to supposedly had just been baked the day prior it tasted old and it was hard very nonchalant attitude and I was told that they could redo the cake but I would have to pay for it again never again will I go back here to have anything done

I absolutely dread going to Walmart do to all the money I spend. But I always enjoy my experience and the clearance rack. I was able to go in and find a gift for my 2 nieces for their birthday under ten bucks. It was clean, clutter free, and easy to navigate.This Walmarts lay out is also easy to navigate as well.

Did the online pick-list pick-up. The employee who delivered to my car was very nice. The entire visit to get my order was less than 10 minutes. I really like that this location has the online pick-up area around the side of the building instead of being out in the main parking lot.

Self checks wont take cash, only two regesters open that will take cash and the stay backed up. Walmart has just gotten ridiculous!!

I am agoraphobic and I have panic attacks when I go in the store and its full of people therefore I used to go late at night so there wouldnt be so many people. Now its all I can do to force myself to go to Walmart. It seems as if the quality of this Walmart here in Milledgeville Georgia has dropped tremendously. I refuse to go to Walmart anymore until they open back up 24 hours. If they dont open back up 24 hours a day theres no reason for me to go. I cant deal with the crowds.

Found what I wanted and checked myself out as there is never enough cashiers.

Self check out only has one side that accepts cash & no signs telling you otherwise! Scanned all of our stuff then had to go to the other side of the store to do it all over again because there arent any signs or employees telling you that only certain registers are cards only! Employees were rude as well!!

The service is wonderful and the staff who provide the pick-up service are very friendly. Unfortunately, during the last purchase my cucumbers and some of the halos went bad 2 days after purchase.

In a rare moment, I had quick Customer Service on a non-recipt Return I had this morning. :-o Plus, they had all, but one item on my list (though, I only bought a few things today).Even had prompt service on the self-checkout, due to the purchase of a 4 pack of Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon.

Very crowded. Long lines. 30 registers with two to three in use. What a nightmare.

Well lets see 🙂🙈Hmmmm, how was my experience at the milledgeville ga. super walmart ? 🤔😒Well all I can say about my shopping visit last night,At super walmart 🙄 was 😲I didnt think Id ever get through the checkout line, wewith only one to two cashiers, as well as all of the self checkouts were constantly 🌕 full, with extremely large group of customers shopping on the 4th of july weekend to 😳.All I can say isWalmart 🙄 would you please stay open all night again? ☺️Its so much more enjoyableand peaceful when I do shop at night 😉

Found the items we were looking for. Check out was fine. I prefer self check out.

Extremely friendly employees (especially when I went to the curbside pickup). The only issue once I got inside was the lack of shopping carts.

I Slipped on some spaghetti sauce and sprang my ankle real bad. Im a master cosmetologist and I do hair for a living, so now Im out of work.

Quite busy for this time of the year as expected, however I was able to find an item in abundant supply at this local store. This was good for me because I had just ordered the same item but different variety online and it would have taken days for it to arrive. Thanks to efficient customer service, I was able to cancel that online order, and provide my niece with a much loved toy sooner than expected!

Slow check out because only 2 registers open and self check out is packed. No one to help if you need it. Out of regular stuff tissues, lysol spray, good hand sanitizer, etc.Dirty parking lot!

10:30 on a Friday night and no cashiers in sight! Everyone in the entire store had to check out their own items. Only one Walmart employee at the front of the store to assist 30+ people checking out. Everyone needed help and they had one woman up there dying by herself.

This Walmart has all my essentials needs. I use this pharmacy as well for many years now. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and the produce is fresh.

We were able to find what we needed. Plenty shoppers & decent parking spaces. I have never seen this before but they ran out of bags. They had to use trash bags.

This was unexpected. I tried to purchase an item but was told to go to customer service. The first thing came out of her mouth was this isnt our item I didnt say a world! Another associate said yes it is A third one said it cost $$$. I said, walk with me and we went an I showed her where I got it from and the amount. We switch item and she instructed someone to load it for me. THANKS

It was good. There werent any electric scooters available and the one thing my son wanted to give to his brother, the one left on the shelf was already opened and the markers missing their lids. But all the lanes were open.

This close to Christmas there should be more than three cashiers at registers. And appropriate amounts of staff to keep areas better organized. But its still the most cost effective way to get everything you need under one roof.

Well stocked store, clean

Apparently there are no management here. Phones are never answered, tire department just hangs up automatically if they see someone calling, this is by far the most unprofessional store I have ever experienced, which ever answers the phone for customer service will not let me speak to a manager at all I have to go to the store to file a complaint. This is ridiculous.

Always very crowded and not exactly what I would call clean. However, its the only store in the area to get a lot of the things they have there. I recommend pickup if you have to go at all.

The Walmart at Milledgeville Ga. has the sorriest customer service of any Walmart I have ever bee too.This is a Super Walmart with tons of people at any one time shopping. At night to save money only one register is open. The line is always long. 12 to fifteen people wait for 40 minutes to 45 or more tonight to get checked out. A call was made to the manager who say yes we will open more registers. 40 minutes later no open registers. Some people had two buggies of items and could not use the self checkout. Only half of the self checkout registers were on.If Walmart management monitors their stores please help us in Milledgeville. Multiple associates were in the store and walking around looking at the line- nobody offered to help the one cashier. Pitiful and disgraceful performance.

Hartwell has a nice Walmart. Where I live is not much to it. Sad

No two Walmarts are alike. The best Walmart in the area is the Madison Walmart. Eatonton Walmart is second best. The worst Walmart in our area is the Milledgeville Walmart.

It might not always be stocked and Im not surprised but you can always come back when they have something in stock I get everything I need from electronics to home equipment and light, etc and it is stock half the time but sometimes there slap out of everything but thats ok I can always come back or go to the one in eatonton and theres no problem with doing that its just takes longer to get what I need but thats fine I get what I need and get out anyways thats all I have to say about the Walmart anywhere eatonton and milledgeville but I aint complain about it j honestly dont care
