I bought our teen son multiple pairs of shoes at this store while we lived in Middle Georgia. The selection was always excellent, the staff friendly, they even offered a thirty-day layaway program. Definitely an excellent chain athletic shoe and sportwear store. Always a good experience here.

Great place to shop, friendly staff

This store has the poorest selection of shoes of any sporting store I have ever visited. They have a huge selection of apparel and sport brand leisurewear, however their selection of sports related shoes is lacking. I came in to get a pair of trail running shoes. Not a single pair by a single manufacturer. The only thing you will find here for track and field is a pair of shorts in your school color. If you want a pair of running shoes; cross, cleat, or trail, you’re going to need to go anywhere else. They do however have cleats for baseball and football. I guess this location only supports main stream sports. Pretty sad.

Rude employees. They don’t even follow their own return policies. I’d go barefoot before I shopped there again. I could handle the employees being rude to me but when they are rude to my mother-in-law, it makes me angry. Avoid this store at all costs. The woman working today had a chip on her shoulder. It made it appear that she is angry and ignorant. I suspect she was not raised properly. If she doesn’t change her attitude then I hope she loses her job.

This store has next to no selection for cleats. No one greets or even trys to help you.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I think they need to reevaluate the way they treat people. They were very disrespectful to my husband and his grandmother over a Christmas return. She seemed like she was trying to say she was better than them and was not following their own return policy. Hope this review can help the next person who thinks about going there because me and my family will not be going there anymore.

The manager was very rude. She insisted shoes were worn when they werent. She questioned us because of the date of purchase (3 weeks prior) when Hibbetts (supposedly) has a 60-day return policy. She asked why we waited so long to return the shoes. (They were a Christmas gift.) She finally said we could get store credit, but not a refund. We were okay with that, but Hibbetts policy is to allow for refunds with a receipt. The manager should know and follow the companys return policy. I will not return to this store, even if it means driving to another town.

Costumer service is mediocre at best.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. Staff members and management were incredibly rude and disrespectful. My family and I will never be shopping here again.

Not a big variety. Not many sizes or brands of kleets available. Not a great return policy either.

Horrible place. Manager was extremely rude when we were trying to return shoes. She said the were obviously worn when they werent. Go to their other store sports addition manager there was great says the shoes were still brand new and went above and beyond to help us.

Great staff!! Always quick to aid in what we are searching to find. Nice large selection of childrens shoes in leisure wear and athletic wear.

My son remembered he needed baseball stuff at the last minute. We were able to get everything he needed and then some.
