This store has the rudest staff I’ve ever met in my life!!!Been to 711 stores in various countries. All of them left me a great impression. But this one? Totally ruining the brand!(Really wish google map could allow a zero star option. I don’t even wanna give a single star to this store)

Here is the only 7 eleven where the Microwage use is closed, in all others the microwage is open for public and the ice dispenser as well.The woman how works is VERY Rude, and unpolite ! She shouldnt treated the people disrespectfuly. No good customer service at all !Dont came here !

Some of the employees are extremely rude. I do love this store usually but this particular location need a little more employee training on customer service. I love that 7/111~ now deliveres though

The worst 711 I’ve ever been to. I visit 711 on a daily and this is by far very unprofessional location. Workers here are very disrespectful and lying to customers about certain items to force them buy other items..An additional comment;I’m here for my second time today .Clerk said I hope you don’t come back here again . It is 11:00 pm and it’s Friday 7-24-2020 . I come to this location more than twice daily and instead saying thank you for my business, clerk wants me to say thank for his bad attitude and got mad for calling him out.

Given the other reviews being a little outdated I decided to give it a shot.Full line up of grilled food, good variety in the bakery and the lady who works in the morning was succinct yet very polite. I even saw her talking to a customers pre-school aged child in a bit of a maternal way.Other than that, great parking lot which you can enter from the ally behind (if youre approaching from the south east)

The worst 7 eleven of the bay area. The staff are unprepared and rude. This morning 08/25/2019 had two crazy employees shouting at a customer in the lobby. I went looking for another place to buy.

I went to have my breakfast and had two crazy employees shouting and filming a customer at the door. I went to look at the note of this rubbish place and realized the poor quality. Ill never buy her my food again. I would like the manager to hire better employees.

Horrible customer service was standing in line for about 15 minutes for a soda then when I actually got to the cashier she was rude definitely never return to the store again

Very bad customer service I got here at 2:05 am the employee is cleaning the store I asked him are you open he said we are close!!! This is ridiculous!!! Google map 24/7 .

I go to 7 eleven daily, but this branch is so stupi, they will not allow you to use the microwave to warm up a soup from Safeway. This branch has a not on their microwave, only food from inside is allowed to be heated. I guess they have a lot of hobos and trouble makers. I have never been misjudged this bad. To hell with the. I will stay away from 7 eleven...plenty of other places, like Shell gas stations that offer better service and products. Id never eat their generic trash food they call pizza or hot dogs...

Worst 7-11 experience ever! I come here often and their grill is always almost empty. Never get what i wanted and when asked for what I want the staff says that oh they have to put it on the grill and will take 15-20 mins before it will be ready. I mean if you have the product why don’t you put it on the grill when you sell out??? Who would wait 20mins at 7-11 for food??? It happened 5 times in a row and when they do have it you can’t get a box for it...just amazing!!!! There are always 2-3 people there and no one seems to take responsibility. Wish there was another 7-11 nearby. Love the deals but useless that you can’t get what you want. I wish I could give it negative stars to this location .

Worse of the worse of all 7 Eleven, a manager gay Manager go all over my girl friend and when she tells stopped their sexual Avance tell her that is better to she leaves the store and dont come back because she ( the Manager) have the right to refuse services to anyone for any reasons, very unfair, me I get shore in my change and promotion of advertising not honer, I leave before been kicking out, after seen the situation with my girl friend, owner of this place seen dont care o is blackmail in some way, this place deserve a class suit, or been out the bossiness, after contact 7-eleven franchise I get a reply that store is own and not part of franchise.

Everyone seems to know the cashier, almost like its a family member... where the store lacks its picked up in atmosphere.

It says 24hour however twice I came here at night, the lights are on, the guy is inside but the doors are closed.

Dealing with customers very bad, they always mad, will never say hi to you no smile .
