This is the spot to go to for anybody work etc to your vehicle recently my 2020 Honda Accord was stolen and crashed and I was recommended to this place by mutual friends and I am glad I made the choice to work with them big thanks to Jessica at the front desk she called me very frequently to keep me up to date with my vehicle always was very attentive and concerned for me as if the vehicle was hers lol and was very professional with every answer to my questions felt like I knew her for years and also want to thank Tony he did all the work on my vehicle he did more than a sensational job to the point it really looked like I just drove it of the lot could not even tell the difference or would ever know my car had any damage and he walked me threw every thing he did to the vehicle in a very detailed manner and super professional and to put the icing in the cake my car was a mess when they found it so I’m thinking man I’m going to have to detail my car another expense and nope when I picked up my vehicle it was detailed for me and ready to hit the road thank you guys for that I highly recommend this place to anyone with out a doubt

Review by Margie R & Bob MThe only good thing about having an auto accident is Traynor Collision Center in Milford! These guys just say “you can trust us” then show you all the reasons why. We worked with Tony C who was thoroughly detailed in his inspection and explanations. He was very polished, professional and had a great way of mitigating the trauma that comes with any accident. You just have to work with this guy!We knew exactly what to expected and what our options were before any work was done on our Murano. The front desk staff was exceptional in calling us with status updates along the way and had answers to all of our questions. Everyone that we met was courteous, friendly and made us feel that they were happy to have us there. The waiting area was spacious, super clean with comfortable seating and great coffee.As for the quality of their work…it was absolutely spot on perfect. They exceeded our expectations…and the car was detailed to boot. Tony C went through each repair point in detail and offered specific suggestions on how to care for the finish going forward. The job took a few days longer than estimated but for good reason, No one wanted to rush the paint curing time. We were kept abreast and were part of the decision process.Traynor is the only collision center that we would ever consider. No one handed these guys their outstanding reputation….they earned it, one car at a time!

Tony was great . I hit something on the Hwy and it completely tore off my bumper and undercarriage. The team gave me weekly updates on my vehicles progress . I got my car back looking brand new. The paint was flawless and I’m so happy with the repairs and how fast they were able to give estimates and scheduled my repairs . I definitely recommend. Thank you

I was very pleased with the service. The staff was very friendly and professional and eager to help. My car was returned to me looking fresh from the dealer. My car was with them about three weeks and I was called with updates regularly and I really appreciated that.

Great company and I have told many friends and family about the great service I have received. I have had several vehicles through their shop over the years and they are amazing from the time you walk in to the time you receive your vehicle back.

I recently had an accident and took my car here for repair in these challenging times. I worked with Ben. The service I received was excellent . He handled my claim very quickly which I so appreciated since it was totaled. This allowed my claim to be handled quickly by my insurance company. I highly recommend this shop.

They where good at one point years ago, took over a month to do the repairs the repairs where sub par, had to get the insurance company involved, when I told them the wind shield was leaking that they replaced, the bumper still is not correct, missing fender emblem, they said the alignment was done I took it to Hawley ln Town Fair tire ( fantastic) had it done correctly. I wouldnt recommend this place even to my ex wife.

Having had a very good experience in getting a quote several months back, for a vehicle we no longer own, I decided to visit again with new 2019 Tesla Model S. Met with Ben whom I found to be extremely knowledgable and friendly. He offered to take car in right away and finished the work ahead of schedule. A few weeks ago, a person ran a stop sign and smashed up my bumper real good. Her insurance companys attempts to contact her failed, so they took 100% fault for the accident and recommended Traynor Collision Center for my repairs. Seeing as I live in town and reading the great reviews that I viewed online, I made my appointment to drop the car off on Monday morning. 4 days later, my bumper looks AWESOME and looks like nothing ever happened to it. They did an amazing job making everything look new again! The additional cleaning of the car they provided was a nice surprise! The car now looks newer than when we bought it last year! The staff is super professional, friendly and just all around very pleasant to deal with. I am happy with how everything turned out and wish i could rate this place 10 stars. Highly recommended!!!

Absolute perfection. I got into a little fender bender and needed some work done. True to the estimated cost and time line for repair. I cannot comment enough on the amazing work that they did. Put a non O.E.M Bumper on my vehicle when I specifically ask them not too, never called to tell me they where putting a cheaper after market bumper that I did not want on my truck.

If you bring your car here, get your magnifying glass out and prepare to send your car right back to the booth. Check every area they painted for overspray on any plastics they may have neglected to remove. This place is a half a notch above Maaco, and trust me, you dont want a maaco job.This is more of an INSIDER review from a former Employee. If youre reading this to see if they do good work or are a good fit for employment, Buckle up, because this review will TELL ALL. Where to start. There are MANY imperfections in the paint after the cars come out of the booth. Runs, WAY too many nibs, the only lick of truth i ever heard so far from Traynor came from the painter. Im not the best, but i get the job done. Truly not the best. When the detailer has to de-nib the ENTIRE DOOR, it makes his job EXTREMELY difficult. You can not cut corners when it comes to de-nibbing dirt specs in new paint. You cant HALF sand a nib and buff it, thats not how this works, and THATS EXACTLY what they expect from you.The expectations they place on you are EXTREMELY impossible. Ben will promise his employee one thing, and then undermine your ability to do your job when you bring up the suggestion he made earlier on. Ben will also tell you not to focus so much on the interior. When he says its fine, Chris will come up to you and ask you to Give that car another quick vacuuming Im sorry? No. When the client somes in for BODY work, thats where we focus our attention. the EXTERIOR. We as detailers are NOT here to chizzle your dried jelly beans out of the tracks of your seats unless youre paying $250.00 For a detail. As for the work they expect, they are never happy. Passive aggressive explains the bosses PERFECTLY. Work is work, and to make a dollar, you gotta grind. But when youre expecting your detailer to De-nib and buff 6 cars in an 8 hour shift with only a half hour break, youre being unrealistic. There is a 90 day probationary period which is utter garbage. This is America, when are we going to start taking our own citizens seriously? Over all, I am HIGHLY disappointed with the treatment received, Ben will say all is well, and three days later, he will condescendingly stand next to you, arms folded asking Soooo........How many cars did you do so far?. There is NO pleasing the bosses, they are unrealistic and expect way too much for the type of shop they are. A PRODUCTION shop. They are about QUANTITY. NOT Quality. You WILL have defects in your paint, You WILL be missing certain parts, and this all coming from a VERY disappointed employee who wouldnt lie. I personally am very tired of the chicanery in the auto body industry. A few nice words spoken by softhearted Ben, and the employees just LOVE being treated special while their car got nothing short of a back yard finish. If you feel like chancing it, go for it. Bring your car there, but i assure you, they will cut corners where corners should never be. They DO not care about the working man, the revolving door spins so much, they may need to replace the bearings every other day.... Consumer beware.

Metlife Auto referred us to this garage as a preferred vendor after an accident with our family car. Communication and service from Traynor during the repair process was excellent and our car was returned in like new conditions. Very happy with service we received.

As long as I’ve been in the customer service business these people are doing it right. It is very rare that any business exceeds my expectations and my bumper repair was not only speedy but they cleaned my car inside and out! Hopefully I won’t need another repair too soon but if I do i know where I’ll go.

Went there 3 weeks ago for an estimate. Stopped back a week later to pick it up. Not yet ready, but they would email it to me by days end. I am still waiting. I will notify my insurance carrier. I guess they don’t need the business.

Fast service and great results

After an ongoing delayed repair process, when I went to pay for my vehicle my card was charged $500 twice by the receptionist who was very rude and bitter about the situation. I received no apology for my inconvenience and felt the whole interaction was unprofessional.
