This was the BEST experience I have ever had! Austin was AMAZING and was able to accommodate a very strict timeline. He was so quick to take on our project and did a FLAWLESS job installing the carpet. He was honest and upfront with the price and did it with in 4 days of contact, when everyone else were weeks out. Amazing!!!This is my 4th time working with Austin. My recent experience was to change out the carpet in my mother’s home.Austin drove down to American Fork, measured rooms, sent sample pictures, and fit us in his schedule.The carpet that we picked out was absolutely gorgeous. My mom followed Austin from room to room grinning from ear to ear. Now that’s impressive! He took us all in stride and never stopped working.Long story short... This company is the way to go. From price to expert installation you can’t find better!

He showed us samples that fit our description perfectly and we had our new carpet chosen in less than 30 minutes. The carpet and pad pricing was very competitive and the quality is great. I could not be more pleased with the job Austin at Installer Direct Flooring did on my carpet. He is an extremely professional person, efficient worker and has a fantastic carpet selection at amazing prices.Showed up to his show room, picked the kind of carpet I wanted and got him scheduled for install. He was on time on the install day and did 3 rooms and my hallway in less than 5 hours. Clean, crisp work, no upcharging for tucking seams into tile, or cutting holes for vents, its all part of the job he performs at the quoted price.You will be doing yourself a disservice if you look anywhere else for carpet!

We have had Austin come out and do flooring repairs and finishes for us and has done amazing work. After the third time the guys RC Willey sent out to do the work (home owner got some flooring on a sale) we had to have Austin come in and do all the repairs. He does great work and is on time and professional and reasonably priced.

Best prices in town. We went to about 5-6 places to get quotes on carpet. The other places were asking in the one thousand plus range for a low grade, low grain carpet.We stumbled upon Direct Flooring and my wallet and I are glad. Great prices for such great quality, high grain, durable carpet. Friendly and on time. He just finished up and did an incredible job! Ill definitely recommend him to friends and family.

We are obsessed with our new carpet! I was so excited to get rid of our blue carpet and receive our brand new carpet. Austin did a wonderful job installing, always came when he said he would and charged us only what we agreed on in the beginning. I hired Austin to do some carpet for a home we were flipping. He was very professional, had nice product for an inexpensive price and was very easy to work with. We had water come in our basement door that soaked some of the new carpet. We had to dry it out and he came back and reinstalled it for no charge. I will definitely use him again. Very satisfied.

Stood in their showroom for a solid 20 minutes with no help. There was someone in two different offices who both looked out through their window multiple times at me and did not come out of their office to help me. I even waved one time when they looked and still nothing. Another man walked past me(assuming warehouse worker) with headphones on and wouldnt even look at me. They lost my business of about 2 grand to Bickmore down the street who was amazing to work with.

We needed apartment grade carpet for our rental at a fair price. We first went to Home Advisor... someone came out proposed a very poor grade of carpet. We then went to Home Depot...paid $50 to have someone come out & measure, when we got the proposal it was $400 more than what we had anticipated. Finally we found Austin via KSL Classified. He gave us a fair proposal for an apartment grade carpet and stuck with his proposal without trying to up-sell us. He installed on the day he had told us he would come and did an excellent job. We had a great/honest experience with him and we highly recommend him.

We drove from Elko, NV to SLC, UT to look at samples & meet Austin.He first impressed me when he asked me to please look at carpet samples in person, since trying to tell colors & textures by picture can be difficult.There was no pressure, simple, clear answers to my questions. Obviously Austin knows his stuff!!He was willing to drive to NV to install our carpet himself!!He was booked about 14 days out... Elkos HD wait was 8wks+ Austins price was over 40% less too, even with a reasonable destination charge!!He came to our home, clean, no smoke smell, polite, friendly and very professional!!I love my new carpet and the installation job!!Its unusual to find a craftsman whos honest, willing to work hard and takes pride in the finished project like Austin.I feel lucky I found him and purchased my carpet through him!!I will definitely recommend him to others and use him in the future!!
