The staff are so welcoming and friendly and really make you feel as though you are family. We loved the choices of coffee and specialty drinks. They are very able to make just about any drink that you could possibly want and care if you love the drink. This is a great place to go for any type of coffee drinker. They also had great mini muffins and little finger desserts. I would highly recommend this coffee shop. It also had a comfortable sitting area that was nice and cozy on a chilly, rainy day.

Perfect stop in for coffee and pastries on our long drive to the airport. We tried the jamaican coffee roast, death wish coffee, and apple turnover. Cute outdoor seating, clean inside the shop, and friendly people. The only downside was the directions on Google maps were not very specific so we passed it. It is located next to the McDonalds in a shopping plaza on Eastman Avenue. Happy to support a local business like this one!

Friendly staff. The prices are great and many options to choose from. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The outdoor seating was comfortable and lovely. The Latte that I ordered was delicious. Highly recommend Grounds Coffee.

This place is awesome! They treat you as if your a life long customer on your first trip in! I have an amazing shop close to my home and I dont feel bad cheating when I stop here. Great selections with all the add one. I will be back many times again :)

I used to come here years ago with my mom and loved the coffee. Fast forward to now and I went back for the first time in a long time. After living in England for three years (with amazing coffee in London!) and having a change of ownership, this coffee didn’t live up to my expectations. You can’t taste the expresso over the syrupy sweet flavouring that didn’t taste like pumpkin pie. Woman at window had no energy and bad attitude. When asked about if syrups are gluten free I was told no but when reading the ingredients no gluten containing ingredients included. Also told the coffee shop recommends two shots in a 16oz cup but there’s an up charge. I am used to good coffee shops serving their coffee the way it would be served, a balance of expresso and water/milk, and flavouring. Not making a overly sweet cup and telling you to pay more to make it the proper way. So sad.
