I dropped by Ball Body Shop without an appointment to ask for some advice on what to do about a broken clip that failed to keep my front bumper in place. What I got was much better than advice--my bumper was fixed on the spot with some professional problem solving and improvisation by the staff member who took a look for me. He needed to create a solution that would work around the crack in the original clip system. I was so grateful for the swift assessment, solution, and fix. It was completely unexpected! My visit was finished in 15-20 minutes and when I asked how much I owed he said No charge. This was a rare and welcome customer experience. I would have gladly paid for this expert care, but my great customer service experience now guarantees that I will send folks their way. I regret that I did not get the name of the gentleman who helped me out--he truly cared about solving my problem. Huge thanks!

Rebecca and betsy were both very helpful and did a fantastic job at answering any questions we had. They got us in a loaner quickly and The body work came out great. We got our car back earlier than the insurance company thought we would. Highly recommend this place

From the estimate to picking up my vehicle (even earlier than the estimate), the staff were very professional and friendly. I was a little worried since I wasnt going through insurance, but both repairs were done to my satisfaction and I couldnt believe they guarantee the work as long as I own the vehicle. I even got a free loaner vehicle where most other body shops in town have you arrange a loaner through a rental car company. You cant beat that! The estimate/final total was a little more than the other 2 estimates I got, but in the end; the customer service and free loaner made choosing them worth it. I would highly recommend!

Got a free loaner car while having work done, you have to put a credit card on file to get it but they dont charge you for it at all, unless you dont fill up the tank before returning it or make it so dirty they have to detail it. The finished body work on my car was really nice when done. They even buffed out a spot that was nearby but not included in the damage being fixed to make the overall completed area look better. The staff are friendly and made the whole process easy to understand for someone like me whos never had body work done on a car before.

Walked into Ball Body shop for extensive accident repairs and was warmly greeted by Telisha Hoye. She made me feel like she truly cared. Then Rebecca Voights gave me an estimate for the repairs. I left the car there and was given a 2020 Toyota loaner by her. From that point on, Rebecca was in constant contact with me with updates. It was so nice not to have to wonder about the progress. Rebecca was amazingly kind. My Camry now looks better then it did before and Im so happy I trusted Ball to do the work. I recommend Ball to anyone unsure of where to go. Great Work!

This place was a life saver! I worked with Cole Holder, what a kind & professional man! He took several phone calls from me & worked hard to figure out what I needed & how to help me! He was honest with me about the part that fell off my car saying it really wasnt necessary to replace, but I decided to just replace it for my piece of mind. That in itself showed me Cole was an honest person with integrity! I would definitely reccomend this place to everyone & will go back without hesitation with any car issues I may have in the future!

We went in to get an estimate on a dent in our passenger door. The dent wasn’t too bad but the replacement door would have cost thousands. The team recommended to buff the paint off the door and it’s almost as good as new for a quick 15 minute fix. Thank you!

I request to the general public, please dont visit this bodyshop since they charged me very huge amount for replacing 2 doors, painting and some miscellaneous work on my Toyota RAV4. They reduced $450 for the 2 door mouldings which was purchased by me online and the amount they finally charged $4,887.30 that I paid in Cash. That means their actual cost of doing this work was above $5,300. This cheating case has to be brought to the court of law immediately. And the work is still incomplete.

This is the second time I’ve had work done at Ball. Everything was excellent from the estimate process, scheduling, the staff,excellent free loaner vehicle, the communication during the repair and of course the final job. All for a very fair price.I highly recommend them!

This was the most seamless work Ive ever had done on my car! The front desk staff are professional and courteous, and the estimators are great as well.They hooked me up with an excellent, clean loaner car that was in great shape.In addition, I asked about another repair I was considering having done on my car. The staff was honest and told me it probably wasnt worth the money. I thought this spoke volumes about their ethics as company.I hope to never need to have body work done on my car again but if I do I would only go here.

I write this review with extreme experience of satisfaction with the recent service on my van. After a major damage, the guys at Toyota ball and body, went above and beyond, and rendered service out of this world. They took care of my vehicle as if their own. Besides the main damage they took care of many minor defects. If they found a loose bolt, they fixed that too. I am so happy. Thank you Toyota ball and body shop.

I went in anxious about the estimate for some body work...I left feeling relieved, first that the fixes wouldnt take much, but second, that the staff treated me with respect and total fairness. Simply the best body repair in the area. Excellent craftsmanship. They may not be the cheapest, but they do the work correctly the first time. I have had several Lexus and Mercedes Benz cars repaired here from minor damage to substantial damage. They provide the level of attention to detail that you would want when youre getting your car back to original condition. I even had an estimator show me a quick way to repair bumper damage without reporting to insurance carrier. They made no money on the deal, but save me thousands of dollars out of pocket. My insurance carrier, Acuity, works directly with Ball so I dont even bother getting mutiple estimates. They communicate directly between each other to make it easy for me. Ball Body even gave me a free loaner when Acuity dropped the ball arranging my rental with Enterprise. It was a simple error by Acuity, but Ball came through again. Truly, a first class operation.

We had a few issues but fortunately Rebecca and James were able to resolve them quite well. My second time to BB (unfortunately) but if I ever need this again Ill be heading back there.

I had a frustrating experience getting my newly bought headlight assemblies installed. At Toyota of LaCrosse they put one in but didn’t align it correctly. They took 2 appointments because they didn’t have a part on hand. This was a 45 minute drive from where I was staying so was a big deal. It also increased the cost of labor by about $100. They couldn’t do the second because one of my replacement lights was broken. Smart Toyota of Madison put in my second headlight. They did not notice that the other headlight was misaligned. I noticed it before driving away from the dealership. They were closing though, so referred me to the oil change department, who they said could do it quickly. The oil change department said they never do those at all, so referred me to the body shop across town. This is the good part. Ball Body Shop took my car in immediately and fixed the alignment issue. They did not charge me either! Great service and it was much appreciated.

This was the first time I had ever been to get my car fixed at a body shop. The staff were so warm and welcoming. They helped me very quickly and knew exactly how to fix my car. I was in and out in under 30 minutes!! I cannot recommend this place enough.

Ball Body Shop is exceptional, to say the least. I found them online after reading dozens of reviews that read exactly as mine will. My vehicle was damaged by another driver, but I knew the right repair facility could make all the difference. After the work was done and as I drove home, I tried to think of one thing they could have done better, or been sharper at, but I could not think of one. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted professionally and I felt at home, if you will. Diana was very kind and cordial when we spoke on the phone, and she handled everything efficiently and with a smile - a real credit to the team up front who all seem to keep customer service their number one priority. I worked mainly with Cim who helped with my estimate, listened to my concerns and established a solution to the needs at hand with care. His attention to detail really stood out. He called me back quickly, he worked directly with the other insurance company, and he followed-up with me throughout the process. The team behind the scenes did a great job as well - the workmanship on the repair is superb and it was completed ahead of schedule. I will start off by saying that I am very satisfied with the work they did on my car. Trying to schedule the repair was a nightmare and they actually hung up on me. Once I finally got my repair scheduled everything went fine until it came time to pay. At first they didnt charge me enough. I pointed this out to them and they charged the remainder. This ended up being a bit more than I expected, but they said the insurance company had set me another check. It turns out they had gotten the check instead and now I am left trying to convince them that they owe me the additional money.Even though they do excellent body work Im not sure it is worth the customer service nightmare.

Came in with an unhinged rear bumper. Was helped by super friendly/knowledgeable team member - Vern. The work to the bumper was minor and only took 10 minutes to fix. Was surprised when Vern let me know the fix was on the house and there was no charge!!

My bashed-in Camry looks like new. Great professional service and excellent body work. Loved my Rav 4 loner too.

I had a repair claim with Progressive and Ball Body Shop is one of their approved repair shops. Dropped my car there 12/23 and was told that it would likely take until 1/6 to complete repairs. However, they called me on 12/31 letting me know my car was ready. Car looks better than ever (cracked bumper and slightly bent crumple bar in front but no damage to any functional parts of car). My car seems to be running just as smooth as before. With Progressive, Enterprise, and Ball Body Shop working together, my repair experience was as good as I could hope for.

Expensive but unequivocally the best. Been going there 30+ years.

Incompetence and lack of communication reign at this service location. After not having contact, and expecting my car back the Thursday before a holiday weekend, when I called them, I was told they had not started or finished any repairs...what!? Had to extend my rental through the weekend, then when I called on Monday, after requesting that they call me, I was told it would be ANOTHER day. Moral of the story, its hard to have confidence or respect for a company when it is necessary to babysit the employees to ensure they are doing their jobs correctly and expediently.

I have nothing but great things to say about Ball Body Shop. They are easy to work with, great communication and kept me up-to-date for when my car was ready to be picked up, did an amazing job with the repair, and they even cleaned my car (inside and out)! The complimentary loaner car was nice and pretty new, too.

My vehicle was hit in two separate collisions about a month apart and wasnt in great shape. I also had a number of metal-deep scratches and rock chips that had accumulated on the body. Their estimator, Cim, kept me well-informed of the progress on my car and answered all my questions. When I asked for an estimate for fixing the scratches and chips, he even managed to get those taken care of at no cost to me.The overall quality of the body work and paint is fantastic, and there is no trace of the previous damage. Had a good experience there with and estimate after a car accident.

If I could rate this company at 0 stars I definitely would . I took my truck to them 3 weeks ago originally picked it up last Friday all the decals were messed up bubbles in that were so bad I could literally get my finger underneath it. Everything else was messed up so bad none of the body pieces lined up. And when I picked up my truck the first time they blamed all of the poor workmanship on myself due to the fact that I was rushing them. I am now taking my vehicle to a different Body Shop to have them find out what else is messed up and to fix everything else that they couldnt.

I just picked up my prius c, done well, on date they said it would be done. I have confidence in them.

I came here for an estimate on my car at 5:20 when they close at 6 but I was told they were having a company party so there was no one available to help me even though they were open... Not great service.

I will never return.. Had issues with the work here. Been in 3 times to fix what they missed on repairs that still are not done and now have to go else where to have my car fixed because they couldnt figure it out even after being told what the problem was
