Cute store, awesome prices, some aisles could of of used some replenishing but who knows when their truck day is. Still a good store.

Ross is one of the best places to shop if your looking for name brand items at a very good discount. Been coming here for many years and recommend it to everyone I talk to. I travel a lot and they are everywhere I go it seems. Thank you Ross for being almost everywhere. Like I said come here if your looking for great deals on just about everything.

This poor review is the result of only 1 employee (who knows who she is). The rudest person I’ve encountered in a long time. My 74 year old mother simply looked at clothes that were placed near checkout (maybe items that people no longer wanted..?) while the staff member yelled at her, embarrassed her, and made her feel as though she should’ve known better, though no signs were posted to “keep hands of clothing.” She continued to be rude until we were fully checked out. It was very clear she was targeting my mother. Age? Race? It must have been one or both. I’ll make an assumption that she had a very bad day. Or that she is so deeply wounded herself that disrespecting others lifts her inner spirit some way. Either way, it’s sad. So I’ll leave it there.***Michigan City, Indiana - Ross Store

Good discount store. I did find a pair of shoes I liked but didnt find a winter jacket in my medium size but they did have it in a large which was too big. The place was clean just cant use the fitting room because of the pandemic.

Hello, It has been awhile. I went to Ross Dress for Less. I had such a great time shopping @ Ross, I found so many nice outfits and the price was just right. I was able to found everything I was looking for. The store was clean and neat and I shopped til I dropped.👗👠👖👕👜👠👒👝🛍👭

Im a regular Ross Shopper:) I particularly like this Ross store in Michigan City because the store always has great selections, they are open til 10 so that works for my late night shopping needs haha:) and the store is clean! The staff is so friendly and honest! I lost my wallet there a few days ago and they found it and returned it to me with cash still in it and checked to make sure it was me before giving it back! You dont hear of that anymore! What a community store:) Thank you Ross Michigan City you regularly impress me!

Needed more merchandise

Spoiler alert: Great place for good deals. However the best deals go to the female population since they carry more female clothing than mens. Please stock more XXL mens shirts. That is a very common size.

Always a great place to find stylish finds for way less than anywhere else. Employees are helpful as well. This location has somewhat less product than others.

Pickings were pretty sparce today. I was hoping to find a crisp blouse for Easter, but no luck. Their shoe dept reminds me of good will, just less merchandise.

I could spend hours here going through all the racks, and come out with great outfits for a great price!

Love the store so many different items weekly.. The staff are always helpful. The bathrooms are usually in need of a good cleaning.

Once again I dont know what theyre thinking at Ross they maybe think Michigan City cant afford to shop at their own store the Chicago people come here we all go in there looking for a great you got to go to Ross deal but the inventory is real low the shop is not taken care of very well it seems like the employees hate their jobs Im just saying I love the store but I wish they would do a better job bringing in and keeping the stock and the shelves and the aisles stocked with really great stuff that they advertise on TV everywhere else but not putting in Michigan City Michigan City people should protest we deserve better

Great prices on everything. Got a nice pair of shoes for work for only 38$. Cant beat the prices. One complaint would be that there was no organization the shoe sizes were mixed all up I had to just pick up what looked close and hope for the best.

Great Ross store. Big with lots of choices. A little messy in the evenings but I was pleased to find what I wanted very easily.

The store its self was great. My problem was the customer service. One of there workers went up to my childrem and told them hey u guys need to be quiet your disturbing our customer she also put her finger on her mouth and said shhh. let me remind u these kids are 3 and 2. As a grown women she should have came to me the parent not the kids.

Some of the staff are rude and unkept. My mom and I had checked out, still loading our bags up and the cashier whips out her phone and is standing there texting. At least wait until we walk away.

First time I have been in a Ross Dress for Less. Nice deals to be had. I did find the poles on the shopping carts frustrating. Luckily I was able to carry all if my bags out in one trip. It wasnt easy but I did it. I get that carts are expensive and a lot of time is wasted having employees track down the carts in the parking lot and bring the carts back in the store. Thats the only reason I didnt give 5 stars.

Lack of stock and cashier wasnt attentive and I had to ask to be rang up

It was okay. I was looking for a shirt.formy daughter and literally had to dig through all the racks because clothes were not irganized.

Store was half empty, unorganized, and dirty. The clothes I have purchased from here do not hold up in the washer. I will stick with T.J. Maxx.
