Staff is extremely knowledgeable and if they do not answer the phone within two rings as they normally do, they will get back to you very fast, which is very important when a business runs into computer problems. The guys at VirtuWorks were wonderful, we moved from one suite to another within the same building and they took care of moving all the network, wifi and phone system. They did it all within one day hassle free.

To contact anyone for support is not the best. Had 2-3 outages last year and they blamed it on the carrier when it was clearly the host.
