I went to the store, 2 employees chatting, one for them asked me what I need, I said it was only ink for my printer and showed him the number, he pointed to go next to entrance and order for that girl. Ok. She finished with the customer she was assisting and started with another lady just stepped in the line. When I saw the guy was still chatting with his co-worked. I went back to him and told him why it’s only her behind that counter and she started helping someone else while I was standing there, so he moved his as* and got my inks. Opened a cashier and charged me. Now I wonder: why he didn’t do that at the first time ? POOR SERVICE!

Hi, hope the person that is reading this review is doing well. Well, I came from this location a few minutes ago, after a heavy rain hassle, even got my snickers all wet, with my baby on a stroller, just a very difficult time to get to the store. Once entering the store, I was meet with a unfriendly and unprofessional customer service environment. If you care about that, well, this is not the place to visit. The person at the door didn’t even greet me after I said hello, although I wasn’t necessarily looking for it. I was so excited about getting to my hardworking husband a chair so he can work comfortable from home and it just didn’t happen despite the amazing sale they are having up to this day. I asked a young lady for a particular chair and she was helpful to find out if it was in stock. After a few minutes she decided to get someone else to help. Well this gentleman was acting the part but never accomplished the very task he was supposed to, which is helping any costumer that needs assistance.After the young lady told me that there were 2 chairs left, the gentleman came back saying that the chair was sold out but that he could help me to place an order so I can have it shipped to me next day. Well, I sat with my baby watching this person walking around doing other things and completely “forgot” about me. After 15min I decided to leave, I think he saw me heading out the door and didn’t even bother to catch me or apologize or get someone else if he was busy making more money with another costumer or whatever he was thinking. Getting this chair today would it meant the world for me despite being out of my budget, we are talking about almost 300$ chair. My husband works so hard to provide to this family and I was very excited about arriving home with his new chair, due to COVID he is now working from home and a dining chair is not cut for such long hours of hard work. I feel very sad now… even wanting to cry… hope the headquarters can do something about the lacking of costumer service. If I could give 0🌟I would.

I have been coming to this location for several years. Mainly, because of their close proximity to my home. I have two children that every week need documents printed. From this day forward I will not be bringing my business no matter how many coupons they send me in the mail. This location used to have the option for printing services. You were able to bring your USB or forward what you need it printed to a special email that the printing department could access. Now, it is strictly self service. Not only is this a miss management of personnel, but it is also going to cost this location a ton of money in sales. I have no problem after today driving all the way to the Staples on coral way and 32nd. in the 21st-century it should be a lot easier to print some documents and when a policy changes and a customer is first learning of the change they should not be disrespected. The miss management of personnel comes in when you have individuals who do not know how to use the self-service system. Then you have workers from the location who need to scramble and rush to the printing department because the poor little girl behind the printing service counter cannot handle the large crowd of individuals. Ridiculous.

Absolutely horrendous customer service from Alejandro J. Did not even say one word throughout our entire transaction. No greeting. Never verbalize total amount. Did not even ask if I wanted a receipt. Did not speak a word. Never in my life have I experienced such terrible customer service.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Attached is evidence:REINA from the online customer live chat help was not only rude and unhelpful, but did not seem to care when I advised her that her employee would be losing a high paying customer due to her lack of care. Our business places large, monthly orders with Office Depot/Max in order to stock up on office supplies necessary. After our usual monthly order, we noticed we had inadvertently forgotten to order an important item. I went to purchase it and saw that the shipping and handling was far too much for one single item. I started a live chat with REINA who off the bat had no tact when speaking to a customer. I explained the situation and asked if there were any coupons or promotions available since we are loyal customers and she said no and did not offer any sort of solution. Simply stating what I already knew (and was trying to avoid) of filing my cart up with items we do not need in order to qualify for free shipping. Customers should be treated as such and your company should honor and value their customers, whether they make large or small order regularly. But it is a true shame that you have now lost our business because of your employee REINA. STAPLES on the other hand when I explained the horrible business tactics employed by Office Depot/Max acted as I would have hoped Office Depot/Max would have acted and allowed us to order the ONE item without having to pay ridiculous shipping fees. Its sad that another competitor has better business practices and was able to handle what should have been your issue, better than you ever could have. Take notes from Staples, you could really use the help. Imagine losing $2,000 worth of business and directly handling it a leading competitor... yikes.

Dawn the supervisor is terrible. She told me that I need to goto the store I purchased at to make a return. Turns out you don’t and she just made me run around and the other store was confused why this store couldn’t process a return of an item I purchased a couple of days ago. Will be contacting the corporate office as well. I don’t have time to waste in my day to have people make me run around town.

Went to go and buy some pens and notepads for a project. Im new to the area so I dont know where most things are. I asked an employee with a beard and puffy hair if he could point me to where I could find either the pens or notepads and I was greeted with poor customer service and a bad attitude. Im glad I decided to ask someone else before I left a young lady with glasses was able to help me easily and even walked me to the aisle. You guys need to work on your customer service.

Love this Office Depot location! I came here because the nearby Staples was permanently closed down, but Im glad I did. I was able to find a printer within 10-15 minutes with the assistance of a gentleman I happened to bump into that recommended a specific Canon printer for me. My only complaint is there werent any staff that were very knowledgeable about the printers currently available so I had to rely on Amazon and online reviews to find one that wasnt going to break down on me within 4-6 months. Anyway, it was a decent experience. Ill probably be back soon!

Poor service, poor management. I was trying to buy a memory drive 1TB ssb. After selecting one of 5 boxes on display at $129 each the cashier took 15 minutes to say there werent any more in stock... manager is called to offer a solution and comes back with a $369 drive... I reject and claim why they advertise for lower price. No clear answer so I left. I didnt have time or mood to get names but the manager was on duty 7pm January 14.

I visited this store last week and I selected e-reciept at checkout. I did not get the receipt email and a day later I got a survey where I gave a low score as a result and provided comments. I assumed the store did not read the survey, but the General Manager of the store not only read my feedback but he reached out to me personally to make sure the issue was resolved. I would have never expected this high level of service from Office Depot. Outstanding service is all I can say. Oh, and I will most definitely come back! Parking was easy, store had a good selection and I got what I was looking for.

Went to the Office Depot on coral way and 27th ave had a horrible experience so returned my $400 purchase and came here. So glad I did. Between Alejandro, Maria, and Ana I have had the most refreshing customer service experience. Not only did they help me find the items I needed made sure I had the best deal. Will be coming regularly for all my companies needs. Great job office max for having such great employees at this store.

A big Office Depot in a centrally located strip mall. The added bonus is that there is parking underneath, so a good option when shelter from sun and rain is sought. There are two elevators from the parking to the store -- a bit of an overkill -- but appreciated if you had a big shop. Plus there is a CVS 3 doors down. Otherwise, your typical Office Depot.

Great selection of items. Lots of parking spaces, friendly staff. There is always staff to help you. The best time to shop there is when they have specials, other than the specials the prices are kind of high, but they have everything you need for office and school in one place.

I never go out of my way to write bad reviews but this time I just had to.The Copy-Print team is the worst. I might just go to staples a few blocks down.I once stood infront of the employee who does printing waiting for service. After 10 minutes he looked up to me and said Need something.I waited 10 minutes in line to be asked this.Next time Ill jump over the counter and make a scene asking for SERVICE.

I just want to share this because I am a firm believer of great costumer service. I want to start with Danny and Fuo they both guide me through how to find my supplies for work and what was my best option on sending via email and via mail, all my documents and how much time I save bu doing all those three service the the store office depot on #57 nw and 7st Miami fl 33216. The store manager as well offer better deals and great customer service. This experience for me was great due to I did not have enough time to get all my shipping done in different directions. Very happy with my quick trip here. Upon walking in the store, I was greeted immediately by a sales associate who asked me of I needed help and walked me over to the ethernet cable I needed for a job I was doing. Prices are fair considering you can price match and youre in a pinch.

Im not a person to criticize any business, Im more inclined to write a positive review for good service. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this store and office depot customer service. A lack in communication between the store and corporate, has led to a little girl disappointed she didnt receive her computer. The store, to prove their position in the matter, negated to give me the laptop I paid for in advance online. I took the time to drive to the store only to be met with a nasty greeting and a why are you here type attitude! No laptop, no service, no explanation just a horrible experience with many questions unanswered. Advice.... Be clear and thorough with these folks prior to spending your money.

In terms of the actual building and layout the place is just like any other office depot, pretty big and clean nothing to say about that. My problem with this office depot for everything that you want to do there you need to make a line. I normally go there to print documents and the line is always from 10- 30 min for a piece of paper. You going to buy something ? Well more often than not you would have to wait 10 min. There needs to be an improvement so bad management is not wasting their clients time

I come here a lot and the staff is usually pleasant and pretty helpful, but not today! 9/25 @ 10:25am!The guy that was doing the printing today had the most sarcastic attitude. Couldnt care less about what I was asking or needed. He printed everything however he wanted, but I just payed and went to Staples because I saw that it was just going to be futile arguing with this individual. You guys use to have a great printing team! I dont know where yall found this guy at?Ill still come back here, but this guy needs to be retrained on customer service or he needs to go somewhere else...

The strip mall is a little tight so parking could be a hassle, luckily theres parking underneath the office depot. I noticed that the staff are like robots, almost emotionless. Theyre very helpful but not very friendly, except for the cashier. I had to the get some lamination done and was in-and-out within 10 minutes.

They never have what you’re looking for and why aren’t the isles numbered? I’m tired of people pointing and saying “that aisle over there” also I have to go to the cashier or the printing desk for help because there’s no one on the floor. “See technical services” they said, I go to see whoever is there but I can’t talk to ghosts. Wish I had that superpower...or not actually. I just won’t come here anymore.

I when today to print my 4 year old daughters birthday invitation. After a long line finally was my turn and the guys told me he has a project before me it will take between 15-20 min. I said ok I will wait. We wait seating there for 10min and then my daughter ask me to take her to the restroom when I came back I saw they were taking care of other customers so I asked Danny (one of the workers) for my invitations they were not ready then he started printing them... He asked me if I wanted him to cut them but did not tell me it was an extra charge, i went to pay and instead of paying for 12 Pages I was told I would need to pay for 24 pages! Because he cut them so now he explained the it will be doble the price for him to cut. I will definitely not be coming back here ever again, it is insulting how they treat their customers .

I could not have had a worse experience in this store . The last 12/5 I went there to buy a battery for my laptop and they told me there was not any battery in the store but it was possible to process my order and Ill have it in a few days if Id pay an overnight shipping over the price ($ 99.99 + 19.99) Today because I have not received it yet I decided to cancel the product and surprising the sale manager told me that it is not possible because it is me who have to contact the seller and cancelled, so what I have to pay to the store which is not responsible for the customer satisfaction?, so I have to call and cancel the order and after that I was really upset at the time and asked to the same sales manager if they give the money back who pay for the rest of my expenses like taxes and overnight shipping? And in a very impolite manner he says Do you have the receipt . bring it and we will give you the money. I had said before I did not bring it at the time, but I have it at home, but my point is: Do you suppose to treat like that a client who already was mistreated? I dont think this is the right policy in this really well known company.

Went in to buy a printer..came out po..Was 2 min.into my visit pullout a box from floor shelf read some of the features on the box..Began to put the box from the floor to on the shelf when a older man with glasses abruptly came up an said dont open the box..clearly I wasnt opening the box..then he said it is not on display and walked away...never asking me if I needed help...I walked around for a few more minutes looking at other printers and returned back to the original one. the same gentleman again walked up to me just standing there watching me I asked him for the price ..he went to the register told me the price, never asking to help me ..just there keeping eye on me ..I walked up front to another employee..told him about the man ..and I walked out buying absolutely 0.....not sorry....I wont be back

I waited in line 10-15 minutes to print 10 pages and I was the one right at the beginning of it. Danny and Susana have got to be some of the most incompetent staff I’ve come across. Half finishing what they’re doing, half helping someone, all while chatting with each other but clearly none capable of multitasking if that’s what they were trying to do. If one of the team members isn’t properly trained they should do so because it’s a bit ridiculous to wait that long for the most basic print to be taken care of. Unbelievable...

I got there as the store opened, and the first associate I spoke with was helpful and professional.The cashier on the other hand was distracted. She didnt understand the question a customer asked her the first couple times he asked, then after he walked away gave her a look of bewilderment. I asked her if I have my receipt from a transaction from the night before can I get the amount credited to my Rewards account. She looked lost and shrugged.Did she just not get enough training? Or does the stores culture frown down on employees asking questions?

Worst customer service. We went to print at the self serve machines and all three were not working. Asked for help with the machines and were told by an employee that only the print service employee could help us. When I told her that the print service employee had a line of more that 6 people, she interrupted me and said, Let me finish. We left without getting any of the things we needed. The times I have been there the print service employee is always swamped and the floor employees always refuse to help, so Im not sure why I was surprised that this time was no different. This time I do not plan on returning. Staples down the street has much better service and their print machines always work.

I liked all the back to school sales. The store is big, clean and organised. The only thibg that made me uncomfortable was that I went like at 7pm and by 8 they were fixing the store for close up at 9pm, So I left some things in the wrong place because I was in a hurry although I was not supposed to do that, one of the employees ask me if the stuff that I left was mine and I told him yes, but that unfortunately I had changed my mind and didnt have time to put everything back, he just gave a judging look and walked away. Another employee that came behind him told me that they have a basket at the register where I should leave stuff that i didnt want to purchase and that info was fine, but I didnt appreciated the attitude of both of them. They had a very rude tone. Anyway I know that I might have pissed them off too but they work in a store and they are not supposed to give attitude to customers.

Everything was good in my visit today till I couldnt find the last item I was looking for so I decided to ask to two employees that were in the front of the store talking to each other but when I asked them they gave me an annoyed look but well they pointed me where to find it and I went to look for what I needed so after 5 mins that I was looking through all the items (a weekly planner but obviously Im not gonna choose for one in 5 mins) so one of the guys that I asked came after me to fix the aisle I said it between quote marks because I have 10 years of experience in retail I know they werent fixing they were watching if I wanted to steal something let me just teach you a lesson Office Depot in Coral gables to avoid shoplifting you give AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE you just dont go and fix two planner that were out of place and asked me if they were mine you supposed to came and ask me if I found out what I was looking for, if I need more help but No!!! They dont have any idea whats customer service but ok some people get jobs and dont get training I guess but the best thing its when Im walking out of the store after I paid my items the second guy was outside and I could hear him said in the Walkie yes you cant trust nobody because you never know whos gonna steal... Yes, you know!!! You offer help and if they try to avoid you or fight with you its because they want to steal...!! But lesson learned never going there in my life!!! And corporate will know about this for sure!!
