Johm the owner / operator wss eccellent. He worked on my problem until it git resolved. I couldnt have done it without him.Please note that John/ Total Wireless was excellent.Safelink / Tracfone is a nightmateNever seen any worse service than Safelink / Tracfone!!!

Had issue with THREE customer sevice people yesterday in all the supervisor REFUSED FIFTEEN TIMES to do her job as requested by customer so obviously she did not know how to refill my service WHICH BY THE WAY I DID IT MYSELF. She put me in touch finally with a corporate man and he did same. He also told me he could use my card to do whatever he chose because he was working from home. My words was this will come back to haunt him. He refused to give me corporate number. My words was HEY GOOGLE. LITTLE DOES HE KNOW.It is a battle every time I contact these people. They need RETRAINING. And learn respect. He also told me I had dementia. So... Here is this BAD BAD REVIEW.THEY CREATED IT FROM NOT WANTING TO DO THEIR JOB. I also like I said hey Google and have sent emails to v.p. of customer care plus I will be handwriting the CEO.Consumers are done with people not wanting to do their jobs I certainly am!!!!

Horrible service ...they never know how to fix things when I have a problem..I dont know much about programming but if a phone company who provides internet dont know much about computers programming ..then there is a problem .they should not be in business of providing internet service now....Everytime I have internet problems ..they cannot simply check or trouble shoot it..then just stay as phone service only people...if you canttake it dont dish it .simple mobile, TracFone and bunch of others connected..sister companies government controlled..
