I was totally impressed by this beauty shop assistance. My hair was colored with my favorite color now. I honestly love the service that they provided to me. I am a loyal customer now! They deserve great ratings. No hidden charges compared to other beauty shops as well. A well-mannered and skillful staff was awe-inspiring.

The saloon is a bit pricey for the location, and the services. However, I have to let you know that they have one of the best waxing technicians in town. If you need to get your eyebrows done or get a facial ask for Ileana; she is the absolute best, hands down. One last thing, the receptionist are very sweet and polite.

The best prices for best professional hair products in the market, they also have a hair salon inside. Location is very convenient and easy to go by metro mover, the Macys station is right on the corner. They open everyday and they also have a website where you can see the products available. Friendly and helpful staff, spanish /english.

Ive been going to Metro Beauty for years. Great customer service!!! The ladies are always very sweet and accommodating. You must see Ana for mani/ pedi/ wax, shes the Best!And Delsia always does an awesome job with my hair!

I have not visited the salon. The store had a nice selection of products all moderately priced. Staff was very friendly.

I had the worst experience in this place, I wouldnt suggest anyone to buy any hair products here. Customer service needs to be trained to be customer oriented.
