I needed a very special photo framed and I needed it done quickly. Javier made the experience so easy. He helped me select the perfect frame and got the work done quickly. The finished product is beautiful. I 100% recommend this place and will be back to use Javiers services again.

I have worked with a number of framers over the years. Javier is one of the best. He’s got an keen eye for and color and details detail that bring out the best in my paintings. I would highly recommend using Frame if Mind.

If I could give a negative star I would! This place is extremely hard to get a hold of, VERY unprofessional, rude and doesn’t care about the customers needs. The owner Javier is EXTREMELY RUDE and takes no consideration of the customers needs and very inconsiderate. I’ve been jumping through hoops with them. The information on their website is WRONG! Address is wrong, along with hours. There’s no email to contact them as well. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

I am very Happy with the service and quality of work at this place. I had bought 2 prints for my studio and the the old frame made them look cheap. At Frame of Mind Javier helped me select a wonderful frame that make my prints look amazing!!! Thank you so much what a difference a frame makes.

Been using Javier for almost 10 years now! he recently moved to Wynwood which I think is a blessing. parking is much easier. its a closer drive for me and I get to enjoy the area while Im there. always great quality work!

Wish I could give this place no stars. They are extremely rude to customers. Ive requested multiple items from this place and they never have my order ready in the time frame that THEY give me. Youd think after all the time they take to complete the order, it would be amazing work, but the frames are shoddy. Im a firm believer that there are days that we can be off our game, but Ive given this company multiple chances and they fail.....every time. If youre in need of any frame work, please go right next door to Tropicolor Big Ass Prints located at 1442 Alton Rd to get better customer service, better quality, and timely turnarounds on your orders.

Visited their store in Wynwood looking for a frame for 2 pieces of art. The owner took the time to walk me around and help me find a frame that fit my aesthetic but also matched my art pieces. thanks!!

Absolutely horrible service. I put in a request for an order and was given a time to pick it up, and upon arrival, I was told that its not ready because they had another order. Fine. I go back a second time and its still not ready, for the same reason. Honestly, I dont care about your other customers. If you cant take an order, then dont accept it. If youre going to give me a pickup time, then honor it. There needs to be some serious reprioritization in order to show that theres value in everyone who goes there. I look forward to going anywhere else but here, in the future.

Got a concert poster framed here, that was a limited edition lithograph and they matted and framed it for not only a good price, but great quality and wrapping. Very happy with them.

I love to bring my pictures and paintings here, not only is the owner very helpful, but the quality of the frames are found no where in Miami like they have them here. they have a unique selection of frames, very original and exciting.I went to another frame shop near by once, because i thought, maybe since it was a bit cheaper i could save some money but they did a horrible job.After that incident, I started coming back loyally to Frame of Mind, they always know what i want and do the job right ! i love this place!

VERY disappointing! I framed a painting as a birthday gift and brought it in a MONTH in advance. It ended up being ready the day before the birthday. I showed up as soon as they called me to pick it up and the shop was closed 30 minutes early. The next day I came right at opening and they didnt open until 45 minutes later .. I ended up missing my flight and the birthday. I also asked for bubble wrap to pack the painting and the long haired guy literally yelled me at to go to UPS. Horrendous customer service!

This place is a JOKE. The little man with long hair who I assume is the owner is the most foul disgusting service provider I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. He was so rude after HE messed up my order 3 times AND lost my invoice to boot. Their frames suck, they only have one type of style-wood. I told him to be creative, and he handed me after our third try at this, 4 wooden frames in yellow, red, and orange. He has no idea what he is doing and they are unorganized beyond belief. They lost my invoice and couldnt call me for 3 weeks after they screwed up the first two times doing my frames, when i finally got the frames back they were wrong AGAIN, I asked them to be stand up frames and he gave me wall hanging frames......AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE not that I think they have much business anyway.

I rang to get a quote. I gave my order painstakingly to a woman whom I had to repeat myself numerous times with who wasnt really paying attention. After taking all the details ( so I thought) she then put me, unannounced onto some rude old man...who asked what can I do for you? ....hence having to repeat myself and the entire process again. When I asked where the woman went and why i have to repeat myself he became immediately defensive and asked why am I angry with him? Call someone else. You dont calle me and CLICK I hung up before he could finish.DO NOT give these jerks your business.

The service here is awful, lack of respect and commitment and finishing jobs. I wasn’t making a big purchase so my business was not important very disappoint. Wasted my time and not professional.
