Headquarter Appliances is definitely my go to appliance store! I’ve already gotten a washer, fridge, stove, and microwave from there! Originally I was looking into the big corporate store like Lowe’s and Home Depot but I’m so happy I stopped in Headquarter Appliances instead! Not only were their prices unbeatable but their customer service is unmatched. The owner, Alba, goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your order. And they offer good warranties depending on what appliance you buy. We were working with the sales associate, Fausto, and he was very accommodating and worked with our budget to find us something we loved.If you are in the market for some good quality appliances, please stop by Headquarter Appliances first before you go anywhere else! You will NOT regret it.

I had a great experience with the folks here at HEADQUARTER APPLIANCES. This is service on a personal level. I went there and made a purchase by error.. item was refunded without question or hesitance... and to my pleasant surprise they called me a few days after to let me know they have the item I need and one is saved for me...I returned and now Im enjoying the appliance as is the family. I will certainly revisit... this establishment is very highly recommend to all who wants the best in terms of quality appliances, services and ridiculously low prices..

OMG!!!!! My wife and I had a great experience. After our refrigerator broke down on us we found our selfs in need and on a budget. Thankfully the staff was super helpful and very knowledgeable. The price was great specially considering we had a budget in mind, make sure you check them out and ask for Alba she is so awesome!!!

They are cheats. Buy a dishwasher that only had a small scratch on the handle but it turned out that it did not work and they only had another one like it but full of bumps and holes. Be careful very dishonest
