Fancy, fast, and one of the top Starbucks locations that Ive been to overall. Staff was nice and did great work. Recommended!

Worst location ever. Either has longest wait or they never have what you want, i was literally told they dont have blonde roast and they wont brew any during the middle of the day.. The customer service is horrible and this comes from an avid Starbucks drinker. I will never go to Starbucks again. Plain and simple especially this location they shouldnt even have opened

Usually like this Starbucks as its nearby. Kid working drive thru kept getting my order incorrect. Finally got it right after the 6th time. Totally clueless. Had no idea what a straw was. I realize places are desperate for help, but cmon Starbucks, you can get better.

I was waiting for 45 min. They had forget my order. I had ordered a Large drink. It was full of ice and barely any liquid in the cup. I went back to complain. And all they did was give me a small size drink for the inconvenience. Never again.

There has been an absolute reversal in customer service compared to the old location. I stood in store for my mobile order pick up for almost 10 minutes with others coming in and out quicker. The employees made eye contact with me many times and continued to converse amongst themselves instead on helping me get my order. I almost left and just ate the money because this is beyond frustrating and inexcusable. The only way to get a somewhat decent experience is to go through the drive through but even that isn’t a guarantee. I have gone out of my way to go to other location due to the lack of service at this location. This needs to be addressed because something happened when they moved locations, and it’s not for the better

The customer experience has been awful ever since the new store opened. The drive thru is often not open, or not available for mobile orders, it takes forever to get through the line, and its difficult to get service if you go inside. Whoever is responsible for staffing and training at this store isnt doing a very good job. I used to go every morning, but now I avoid going here as much as possible

At the beginning I was happy because I thought it was going to be nice! But I miss the other place very much! It was so warm & cozy!The people here look friendly but like they don’t know what they are doing! You Don’t know who’s the manager is! The place looks dirty! I seat inside, people get up and leave & they don’t clean afterwards.

Nice people, however, the drive thru wait time is a minimum of 10-15 minutes so grabbing a coffee on the way to work is challenging. Waiting inside is no better, it’s the wild west is you are doing a mobile pick up. Once again, great people but the overall lack of efficiency needs to be addressed.

It could be covid related but this location is frequently closed or drive-thru is closed or no order ahead available. North Andover location on 114 is GREAT though! This location continues to be HORRIBLE. If this location has a manager they should be FIRED. Unless their job is to run the worst location, in that case theyre doing a FANTASTIC job.

The old place was very congenial and very warm. The new place is sterile and it turns me off. The furniture is uncomfortable. The setting is a poor attempt of modern look. There is absolutely nothing and the new place that entices me to go back.I just dont understand why the outside is so pretty and the old place was so good and this place is so bad

I mean, the drinks are always good great but wowsers the wait is always something you gotta prepare yourself with...WHY??? Why does it take SO long!?!?!

In my opinion they never should have created the new store. Here are my issues since they opened the new location:- Poor layout: the drive thru line blocks the parking lot so cars can’t get out.- Slow service: don’t go unless you’re willing to wait 20 minutes for a coffee (in the drive thru OR pickup)- Order ahead is not consistent: some days you can use the app to order ahead, some days you can’t.- Inconsistent preparation: you could order the same coffee on two different days and you will get two completely different drinks

The WORST customer service at the new location. It’s as if everybody hates their job. So rude. When i do call ahead, I walk in to the left where posted to. No body acknowledges your there and you end up waiting just as long as if I just walked in to order. Speaking of walk in.....Also whyyyy are they never opened for walk in or call anead and only drive thru.I go to target and use that location. So much nicer

Jocelyne,Greg,Reina,Shaena, and Carlos all have been a god sent. Every time I go in to the Starbucks they always know what I want and are always willing to help customers out. Special shout out to Greg and Jocelyne for being the heroes of Starbucks. They always seem passionate about their job! They deserve a raise and recognition! They’re keeping the Methuen store alive.

I had the worst experience in this “new and improved Starbucks” I was waiting for my coffee for over 20 mins when I finally spoke up and told the person who was calling out names that every who came in after me received their items she tried to tell me they were all mobile order. This was not true because they were waiting in line and ordered. After she tried lie to me I told her I wanted my money back and not even 15 seconds later my food was magically done ( bagel and a wrap). I’ve heard awful things about this Starbucks but now that I’ve experienced it for myself I rather go wait at the Starbucks in target. I know they take awhile but it usually because they have 1 person working. Not because employees forget to grab the food at the other end of the cash wrap.

Love Starbucks coffee even if it does coast a bit more then other places, I find the call ahead feature, and flavor of actual coffee to be worth the bit extra$. However since opening their new location, my drinks have yet to be ever be ready when they’re supposed to be (when placing order ahead on app). Today specifically, 20 min had gone by even tho they said 3-4 min prep time, and drink still wasn’t up. I asked an employee about it, said they didn’t have a ticket, so I showed her my phone. After preparing the next order she made my drink. It wasn’t as full as normal which is whatever. I get their new and still working out the kinks so I will give them another shot. Just so far kind of disappointed w drinks never being ready after placing call ahead order.

Just have a overstock of your seasonal products because it’s on high demand at the giving time.Why do you have to get there wait a 15-30 mins at the drive thru to find out they ran out really.Very disappointed fire the person stocking your local Starbucks for not keeping up with demand !!!!!

Staff is nice/friendly, but service is brutally slow. Malfunctions regarding order ahead and the drive through make this place a fiasco when its too busy. Get your coffee anywhere else.

Dont use the drive thru..about half hour...i think they wait to make your coffee till you get to the window at pickup..pretty bad

This new location is far worse for customer satisfaction. The wait times have escalated significantly and they are now constantly out of things.

I visit this Starbucks rarely, but Devan made me feel at home when I was there. He wrote me a kind note on my warming bag and totally made my entire 4th of July weekend! Thank you for being wonderful!

Coffee is great however, Not worth waiting in a huge line. Slow slow slow, even worse inside. How can a newly trained team take 25 mins to get two coffees made? I suggest u send ur staff to retrain in Lawrence

I’m not one to ever write bad reviews about a place, but I have come here a handful of times since moving back to Methuen due to COVID, and every single time it’s a total, utter disaster. I can understand a drive-thru back up every now and then. But every single time? I mobile ordered 2 coffees (plain, regular coffees. None of that iced white mocha with extra caramel drizzle nonsense) at 7:45am. It is now 8:33am and I do not have those coffees. If you have a couple hours in your day to kill waiting for a coffee, this is the place for you!!! Enjoy!!

What’s the point of having a new location with a drive through when they just close the drive through? This has been the 2nd time I’ve come to this location before work and the drive through was closed. The place was crowded inside & the staff was slow. I was late for work. OPEN THE DRIVE THROUGH!!!

I order well in advance on the Starbucks app and twice I have had to leave my order due to having to wait too long (with no refund). I order prior to leaving my house and I still wait at least 10 minutes after arriving. That’s a total of 25 minutes minimum for a single drink. Not sure what the store needs to do to be more prompt with the mobile orders. I wouldn’t be such a big deal if there was something on the app that would alert me when the wait time is longer than expected. It would save me a both time and money!

The staff is nice, however they seem stressed bc of the new location and the fact that there’s a drive thru now. They need training the new store is always dirty which is a health hazard right now with covid. Their seating is super uncomfortable also there’s not much to sit on.

The establishment is always clean and the employees always friendly, regardless of how busy it is. Restrooms are tidy and well stocked. Ive rarely had an issue with anything Ive ordered, and even when I have its been something small and easily fixed. Mobile orders are always completed within the time frame given on the app. Ive been to a lot of Starbucks locations and this is definitely one of my favorites!

Worst drive through. Never ever have more than a half an hour wait. More then enough people working over there and always the longest waiting time I would rather go in to target to get Starbucks obviously the loop wasn’t like this before when it was next to not movies. Now it’s awful

Love coming here before I go to the theatres. I know youre not suppose to but how can you resist a good espresso shot or a fruity drink to quench your thirst. I also came here a few nights ago to just catch up with some friends and sat outside. The summer breeze and comfy patio chairs really do something to you and adds comfort to the conversation.

Ive been all over the country and this is my least favorite. If Im not in a line to the door to get a coffee, Im the only person in line to get a coffee but they make eight to ten mobile orders ahead of me before Im served. Extremely friendly people but definitely mismanaged. Skip this one if youre expecting any sense of urgency.

The Methuen Starbucks has some of the best coffee and people

They still have some work to do after opening. Driving slow enough that my “heated” breakfast sandwich is cold each time.

The drive thru is a mess, people cutting in front of other cars while other people in line have been waiting much longer. Needs a better system

We come here all the time. Great friendly staff and good outside seating for people watching. Plenty of parking and nearby stores to walk through after getting your Starbucks fix. While not as big as some Starbucks its still our go to location and good wifi speeds for those who like to work out of coffee shops and plugs on the wall.

Sean is best part of my experience tonight. He created a drink especially for me from my description. The entire establishment was clean overall, inside, outside, and even the loo. This location has ample seating. I was fortunate enough to get one of the three cushioned ones inside

Not sure with what should I start, but I really hate the fact every time I asked for NO FOAM on my drinks, they still add it. Soy Milk? Whats that? I never get my Soy Milk when I want it, but whats funny is that I get charged full price. The cup is fill with FOAM and a watery taste. The team members are nice and they are always smiling. Wish they know how to read whats on the cup so they know how and what I want because this is not the first, fourth or fifth time that they make my drinks horrible. Thank You.

Coffee was good but waited forever, and even though they saw me standing there no one asked if I needed anything. I had to ask for my coffee. They got my order wrong as well.

I truly hate the new starbucks they ask your name but they cant understand you and you tell then like 4 times and you said this order in front of you is mine and they said you need to tell me your name can you read the name on the order cause me saying my name you dont understand i miss the small Starbucks

Staff is amazingly friendly for such a high volume store -- being next to the Cinema, with lines out the door -- I feel if you stand in line for 30 minutes, dont whine at the staff -- it is your choice!! Excellent Customer Service!!

This Starbucks is always packed. The past 3 times Ive been there Ive literally waited between 10-15 minutes AFTER ordering to get my drink or food. Maybe ordering online is a better option here, or check out the Starbucks inside the Target across the street.

Every time I visit there is a new surprise. Today, the drive thru is coned off. Ordering in store takes at least 30 minutes for my black iced coffee to be poured. This location is way too high volume for whatever clowns are running it.

Great service and my drink came out great. They always get my order right and the staff are always friendly and get it done in a timely manner.

Great location, staff did a great job. There was a mistake with my order but there was no discussion about whos fault it was just conversation about how to make it right.

Friendly baristas and most of the time the beverages are just what you order! If they do mess it up they are pretty quick to fix it and give you a fresh beverage. They also have ample indoor/ outdoor seating.

Their Iced Tea is the very Best! Love the exotic minty Flavor that you cant find anywhere else! A real Treat to the Tastebuds for me! Also their Lemon Poppyseed Cake is the greatest! Most of all, the Staff is wonderful!

Not very welcoming, the girl behind the register was obviously not too excited about her job. There was trash scattered on the floor and empty tables and the bathroom had no soap left in the dispenser. My coffee was ok, too much more whipped cream than normal, not enough latte.

They are great but due the location there is typically a longer wait. But the quality is always on par though.

Good service here with typical Starbucks menu and a great place to hang out and do some work/school work or read a book.

First off, Awesome Lite Frappuchinos, especially mocha and caramel. Also the passion tea lemonades are a favorite of mine. If you need a boost the brewed hot and iced coffee is good too. Foodwise, my favs are Turkey Havarti Sandwich, Iced Lemon Pound Cake, Reduced Fat Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake (which I havent seen in a while :( ) and the Pumpkin Loaf. The staff is normally very friendly too and often remembers your favorite drink. Outdoor seating was redone last year and now is like weather proof couches instead of metal chairs and tables. If you wait long enough inside you might be able to grab one of the few leather chairs.

I have to say it but completely different from what I want to know if you are ok with the straw man vs old woman who has been in the world and I am glad to see you are alright man 🤕

Its a typical decent Starbucks, reasonable staff. Often crowded (in a good way, its a good location) so seating can be hard to grab if you need it.

Nice location. Outdoor seating is excellent and fast service.
