They would probably benefit from more assistance in the department but everybody is always super attentive, professional, and kind. Customer service is always great.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your glasses. My first prescription was wrong and it took 2 weeks to get them. Its now going on 3 months waiting on the correct pair to arrive at their office! Still waiting.

I have decided to no longer use this company. The staff is kind and helpful. The lab is the problem. I ordered 2 pair of glasses (reading and progressives) - It took a long time and they made 2 pair of progressives. Then I had to wait forever for the reading glasses. I had a replacement lens ordered for the progressives - it has been 3 months and after 2 tries they have still not done the work.

The Dr is great. The front desk staff are incompetent. Please ensure they actually place the order in for trial lenses immediately after your eye appointment. They will say they will do it, and then forget and never follow up. You have to call repeatedly to ask for an update on the error that they created in the first place. Also, they will only take a JC Penney credit card over the phone but no other credit card, causing you to have to go in and order in person, which I guess is a good thing. That way you can ensure they actually do their job properly when you are there. Ridiculously slow lab turn around time. That is not the front staff fault, but them not placing their orders in correctly is totally unacceptable.

This is the worst place to get glasses. The staff is incompetent. They keep you on hold like you have nothing to do. The doctor is not there every day. I dont see the point of JCPenny offering an optical department that is not available. Staff getting paid 8hrs and not producing any work.

I would not even give one star. First air broke after 13 months where arm attaches to glasses. Could not be fixed. Had insurance and had to pay $25 for the same glasses. Second pair lasted 13 months and broke in the same exact way. Very cheaply made. Never go there again.

Waiting even 2 weeks in 2016 with the speed of labs and Fed Ex is ridiculous. The service was good otherwise. When your glasses are gone and you depend on them and they dont even offer rush service, its time to go elsewhere.

Dr. Yang is great! Get your eye exam with him.
