Absolutely the best! Carmen is amazing and did such a great job!! It was my first time ever getting a brazilian wax and I was so nervous but Carmen really didn’t judge and was chill about it all. The desk lady (Bryce I’m assuming) was so sweet and explained much of what was going to happen. Talking to both of them made me feel better about the whole experience. I already love this place!

Molly waxed me and she was awesome! I had been waxed by someone else there before and didnt have as great an experience. Overall the front staff is friendly and facility nice and clean. Most importantly, as with all EW facilities, they DONT double dip! I always feel safe knowing that they follow clean and healthy standards.

Camille is my waxer and she’s been working with my neck and eyebrows for a few sessions now and I have to say, I’m in love. I don’t think I’ll even wax at another place again. I always leave feeling much more confident than when I came in. It’s really a joy to come here once every four weeks to unwind and become a more beautiful person.

I got a Brazilian Wax by Shawanda and it was like we’ve known each other for years. My mother swears by her and now I see why.Firstly she is so kind and funny and makes you feel comfortable. Secondly she was patient with me but also very quick and did a great job. Lastly she explained EVERY step from from the pre cleanse to the serum post wax. She is my favorite now. Also the front desk receptionist was professional and welcoming.

My second time and it was not very good, the girl who waxed me did not have much experience and hurt me while waxing. If you come to this place, make sure that the person who will attend you is with more experience.

Well, I had a good experience it was my first time waxing and the lady was very nice. But when I got back to my house I saw some hairs on my leg and I paid 75$ for full leg waxing!

Today, I went to European Wax Center for my first ever Brazilian wax. I read reviews before I placed an appointment, and I decided to book with Kelly. I was not let down, and Kelly was phenomenal! On my last visit to EWC Metairie, I did not have a good experience at all. Ive been coming to this location for some time and had never had a bad experience. I used a new tech and had a reaction to something. Lots of fine bumps and two hair bumps that lasted for far to long than I care to admit...yuck. I was a little upset and decided not to return..but I still had passes to use. I decided to go today and made a reservation with Kelly. Can you say amazing! Well I did have an appointment today, but due to the circumstances of the world today you guys were closed .I was put in vulnerable position . I went to another establishment and wasn’t satisfied. There was hair still left over from a Brazilian wax. I couldn’t believe how I let this other, wax me and not my old faithful .
