Brought a 200$ massager there. First of all, everyone ignored me, then once i got the machine I was followed the whole time until I got to the register. So uncomfortable, i mean geez, the machine is only 200$. Then I left my phone rushing out because it was so uncomfortable there. Came back to get it and the girl at the checkout didn’t believe it was my phone, I told her I can unlock it with my Face ID and the “Find my iPhone” alert was going off, so obviously 1+1=2. Never going back there, the staff doesn’t welcome African Americans and they made it very clear. They should be worried about the staff members walking around with no mask on spreading Covid to customers, not a customer buying something.

I shop Bed Bath and Beyond in store and online. I like their kitchen and bathe items. I bought a really nice, white chopping board. Its made of some sort of heavy duty, rough surface plastic. Its antimicrobial. It has a water fall edge on one side that allows the board to cover the same shaped edge of my kitchen counter. I bought shower curtains, tea kettle, kitchen utensils, bed tray, throw pillows, just all sorts of household items. When Im at Bed Bath and Beyond, Im in the zone.

My boyfriend and I went to purchase a comforter, he walked around the entire store with no mask on because that is his choice to not wear a mask. When we got to the register to make the purchase, he was denied and the cashier proceeded to call the manager to say that he didn’t have a mask and she was refusing service meanwhile the manager was not even wearing her mask properly and it was below her nose. Also while walking around with our daughter, an employee pulled her mask down off of her face to interact and talk to our child. So I proceeded to check out and the cashier told me that customers are allowed to walk around the store with no mask but to make a purchase you have to have a mask or you will not be able to buy anything.

Store looks to be going out of business. I liked the sassy little cashier at the register, she made the trip worthwhile! 😎

This is a popular family bed, bath, and kitchen store. The store is neat and clean and everything we need is available there. Recently they changed their return policy which may affect the customers buying choices.

They have some really nice products there. And it felt like the store itself is just the right size. But do they really have to sell almost all their coffee packed in the Keurig K-pods?

Great service and lots of sales going on right now. The store looks a little barren almost like its gonna close but besides that, I hope to come back before it does!

One of my favorite places to shop for my home. Just wish they would come down on some of their prices. They do send out coupons which dont equal to very much

The store was well-stocked and organized. The cashier was helpful and kind. The only drawback to the experience was the long wait to check out caused by the few registers that were open. The store is busy enough that they could hire more people to check people out.

They have very nice things in this store, except a little over priced - I would think that with a 40 dollar over priced rug they would have better bathrooms with paper towels and hand soap. They dont smell which is good, but they honestly look like a gas station bathroom.

Bed, Bath, and Beyond prices but dying Brick&Mortar selection. The place looks like a KMart that is about to close...its an overstock warehouse basically.

I love bed bath & beyond they have everything you need. I just wish they had cheaper alternatives than the high priced kitchen and bath accessories. I was looking for a simple squeegee for my shower and they only had a chrome high-end one that cost me $20. Several days later, I found a similar item at Dollar Tree for $1.

Get on mailing list! Its great. They send you coupon every 3 months for 1 free item, plus a discount on a second item and usually a 10% or 20% discount coupon on entire order.

Virtually empty, of product and customers. It really is a shame....this store used to be thriving. In fact, the whole Mall was popular. Now its a shell?!!!

Its exactly as you remember it. The designs and textiles feel pretty dated, and geared at an older audience. The price is on the higher end. If youve got the money go to West Elm, or Pottery Barn. Youll be happier at Target too.

Low on products, I saw inventory tags so that may be why the pillows were depleted. Staff members are polite and helpful.

I went the day before Christmas Eve. Very packed but they had the lines moving fast regardless. I found what I needed and had a good customer service experience.

Called this store to make sure I’d be able to return a gift given without the gift receipt and was told yes. Sent my grandmother to do the return since I work long hours and they told her no. I called again and was told their policy changed due to management on August 31st yet their online policy still says that in store returns without receipts are accepted for 20% less than what it rings in for. Never ever shopping here again and also telling relatives to never get me anything from here because I’d legit never be able to exchange or return anything because everyone loses receipts or just doesn’t remember to get a gift receipt- not like they actually offer this out right to customers during check out. STAY AWAY FROM HERE FOR THE HOLIDAYS FOR SURE.

Absolutely awful!!! No stock. No employees around to ask for help. Merchandise all over with no prices. Only one register open. Looks like theyre shutting down.

Love me some BBB. And I dont mean The Better Business Bureau Lol! Unfortunately, the closed one on the westbank. BBB is acting like they are about to go out of business or down size stores... Their stores are not stocked or kept up as well as I am custom to seeing. Employees are not focus on customers, but looked like they have a million other things to get done, cashiers were sparse but the young cashier thay served me was a sweetheart and boy she new how to help me work my coupons. Employees wore masks, had 6ft markers on the floors. Hope the economy comes back; because my husband and I would hate loose our special gadget, one stop shop store.

I can definitely tell this store ins managed very differently from the store in mandeville. The store in mandeville is always stocked, shelves are full, there are more items to choose from, whereas the store in Metairie constantly has empty shelves. I have been in this store 5 times in the past two months looking for a comforter and there are none to choose from.I was again in there last night and one of the front store workers was going around yelling at people TELLING them where to go and what to do instead of explaining to them what to do and why. I mentioned to the cashier and she said she was always like that. I said well that’s a good way to lose customers.From now on I will have to make that drive to mandeville where they actually have fully stocked shelves, more to choose from and a very polite staff. This store is managed horribly.

Had some returns. Quick and easy. And I found my Twinings Christmas teas. That was a successful trip. The tea is only available at Christmas time and only BBM carries it .

The products are great their customer service is lacking at pickup had to call 3 times and push through on the app. They don’t want to come out and do the curbside pickup. I waited 15 mins.

I wish I could rate this as a negative 1 star because my experience was the worst! I placed an order Nov. 24th, 2020 and still have yet to receive it. It told me my order was delivered on Oct. 26th, 2020 a month before I even ordered the item! Nuts right? Customer service couldn’t even explain the error and have been saying I’ll be reimbursed but I haven’t been reimbursed yet. I contacted them on Dec. 5th, 2020 (my initial expected delivery date) and here we are Dec. 21st, 2020 still no refund nor item that I ordered. I’ll never patronize this establishment ever again!!!

The Christmas stuff is already out and they all smell great. This is a smaller location so be prepared to wait to enter due to social distancing

Horrible customer service. Prepaid for a product online and when I went to pick it up, the employee wouldnt give me my product and the manager was very rude. Manager demanded that I wear a mask for 3 seconds just to hand me the product that I had already paid for online. I was going to purchase more things today, but instead I decided to never shop here again.

Woman on the floor harassed me and fussed at me loudly in front of everyone about putting on a mask. Not in a question form to politely ask that I put a mask on but full blown attitude and being so rude. Never mind that I got overheated and had to take it off because I couldn’t breathe. I will not be returning ever!! Rudeness!!

Love shopping to he sale flyer...but sometimes in store no one knows where to find a specific item advertised. I was told to go 3 different places in the store to find it. Then was told they didnt have it in store, online only. On my way out, I spotted it out the corner of my eye...picked up to purchase and it had a stain on it...of course it was the only one🤔😑

Great store. Great customer service. Great products. Its attached to a nice mall if youre looking for more shopping or food or a theatre; but its also got a main entrance on the outside. So if you dont feel like dealing with the hassle of a a mall, you dont have to!10/10 would recommend.

This is a two story store. I was quite surprized at how much more than an averagr store it was stocked.

It was a good experience. A lot of unique items. Only thing I think needs improvement was many items were not individually priced. You had to look around for a sign. Overall great place to shop.

Well, first Ill touch on the pricing. They are not cheap but any means. I was looking for something specific, and was not able to find what I was looking for. Finding an employee that worked there was another issue. No luck there. So I pretty much just have up and aborted my mission and went somewhere else. Its like they seem to always have so much stuff stacked to the ceiling, except what Im looking for. There is not really a guide to the store. I didnt even realize there r was an upstairs! Too bad I couldnt find an employee until I went downstairs to see 5 of them just standing there talking amongst their selfs. So basically a waste if my time. I bc even checked to see if they had what I was looking for online, yet even tho it said it was in stock, I had no luck finding it... Unfortunate. Day 52... Im still wandering lost in the beyond section. Ive used scented candles as my source of light when night falls. If anyone comes looking for me, Ill be in the giant pillow fortress Ive constructed on the second floor. Beware the beyond section!!!

Always a great place to shop.

At one time I frequented this place a great deal more. It is still a great store but there are not a whole lot of people shopping here. The thing people are just having to cut costs wherever they can.

Just love this place. I wished ordering online was done a little better. You can only reserve your items. Then when you come to pick them up, they have to rescan everything again and then pay for it. Not very convenient. You should be able to purchase online and then just run in the store, sign the receipt, and run out. Someone needs to come up with a better progress. Other than that, the place is good.

Poor and discrimintive business practices against conservative business.

Unique items and sizes that you may not get anywhere else. Also, match an old blue stamped coffee and saucer. A lot of replacement items and different size microwave rotary plates. A very clean store. This is 2021 FALL: Store is Back strong. If you remember how it first opened Bed Bath & Beyond is back! Great Experience!

Love this store. My Daughter and I have a good time shopping there.We especially love the fact they take our coupons expired or not. Very good for business. We had your cashier laughing during our checking out. Nice to see happy pleasant personnel. Thank for being so great.

Best retail experience ever! This stores rocks. The staff is amazing. Most helpful, happy employees ever! Even the man that packed and put all the college merchandise in our rented Surburban. The store was well stocked. The college pack and hold amazing. I truly hope the management of this store does something special for their employees. So glad we arrived to pick up today as they are expecting more than 600 college students and families tomorrow! Thanks to all of these hardworking and extremely happy and helpfulEmployees!

Loved everything about it.

Stopped by for cook book shelves. A lot of the shelves were bare and it seemed at first blush that the store was in the beginning stage of closing. It was also very crowded in this current climate.

Seem like they offered less things to sale in the store.

I can always depend on this place to have my shower curtain liner with pockets.

The selection is pretty good and there werent that many things out of stock. Being two stories I feel like they have a better inventory than most Bed Bath and Beyond stores. The staff didnt speak to me or offer to help until I reached the register, but the cashier was super friendly and kind of saved the experience for me.

The first time Ive seen a 2-story store! Downstairs is all kitchen and decor, upstairs is all bed & bath. Very very busy labor day weekend when I went; at first we were all (10 people?) in line for one register but then the mgr called out on the intercom and in less than a minute 2 more employees were running registers. Impressed by the size of the place and quick employee response on such a busy weekend. Some aisles were a real mess but I think it could have been because of the back-to-school / labor day busyness

Tried to buy a 600 dollar vacuum at this store. The store was unable to use the coupon I had which ok fine. I showed them confirmation emails and my credit card stament with charges and they had no way to verify. The employees advice was to try again. so let me get this. you see the charge on my account. I give you an order number and you want me to try again extremely unhelpful in any sense or meaning of the word.

I love this store. I am like a kid in a candy store. I love gadgets & can hardly pull myself out of the kitchen wares section. They have great variety of all the things they sell. Reasonably priced.

This is always a fun experience just to walk around and window-shop here. I prefer the outlay of this store compared to other home store types. Its always exciting to roam the aisles, as they are full to the brim with new things. Best nail polish section (Essie). This store is like an entire mall unto itself. Most helpful: Free Gift wrap station.

Went here today around 1:30-215pm. What great service. Had people actually offer to help me & they did!! Great job! Found everything I needed & more.

This store is two floors! They have personal items on the second floor, such as hair dye, toiletries, etc. They had a lot of good deals going on. I even found a heating blanket that you can plug in the cigarette lighter, which I thought is have to order online. They have weighted blankets, slippers, etc. They even had an area that you could wrap your own gifts for Christmas, complete with boxes, paper, ribbons. I got 95% of my holiday shopping done, wrapped and under the tree thanks to this awesome store. (The only downfall I saw was the lack of employees. There was only one upstairs and I only saw three downstairs....during the holiday season!)All in all, Ill definitely be back.

I came from Houston for a family member wedding. I am originally from New Orleans this is my home. I walked in the wedding registry department. The cashier, she did not look up to acknowledge the customer standing in front of her. Continue writing and when she finished she looked up and spoke. Gave her the bride name and she wss usable to find it. We search for the invitation to see if the bride use the groom name but she jad used her name. Very rude cashier poor customer service and dont care attitude. I actually experience better customer service from the guys working the floor who I asked for help. It is always great to make the first impression a great one. People enjoy walking into a pleasant environment. If you to cute to put a smile and bring your best self at work stay home.

Cool place with a lot of interesting gadgets, BUT my grandma was trying to get someone to help her for about 15 minutes and couldnt find anyone. Such a big store for so few employees.
