It was an easy move into my unit, my unit is inside not air conditioned but at least swamp cooled which was really nice,they have large medal carts that hold a lot to assist you with getting your stuff and an elevator that makes it that much easier my unit has 3 doors so it was a breeze. Id recommend them to anyone that needs a temp storage.

I have rented from there people for 4 years and I can honestly say its a great place to store your extra items its clean and Mandy is very helpful and professional.

Having been a property manager for a storage facility myself, I have to say that these managers are awesome. They are always willing to help, the place is clean, my payments post correctly, gate always works, not a bunch of people hanging out...Im pleased.

This is the most awsome storage business I have ever had to use. They are in the office when you need them always. Answer their phones when I call also. Offer help when people loose their keys. Jenny is always polite! She made the transition from a larger unit to a smaller unit seamless. She help me determine how much space I would need with everything that I was storing. The building is always clean and always available at the time specified. Ive been with American for quite some time. This is my second time renting storage from American Self Storage. I wouldnt think of going any place else.

A clean, safe storage facility with excellent customer service. American Self Storage is a much better alternative to the often predatory mega storage chains. Ive used storage facilities for many years for business purposes; American Self Storage, and the Manager Jenny, is the best I have experienced by far.

I have had a unit here for 3 years. The owners and staff are always very friendly and helpful. The entire storage is clean and climate controlled which is the main reason I picked American Self Storage East in Mesa, AZ. I have never had a problem here and I always recommend it to any of my friends considering a storage unit.

Ive rented storage units before, lots of people have. I prefer simple solutions, this place is simple but secure. The manager, Jenny, is very friendly and accommodating and knows her stuff about their policies and procedures.

My 65 year old mother in law was trapped inside the facility because they closed at 9p. She injured herself climbing out of the gate because customer service didnt answer the phone to let her out - while having to leave her car there overnight. Customer attention is lacking and were very upset that this happened in the first place. Do not use this storage facility.
