Loved working with Bret for my new Lexus. Definitely recommend him and this dealer. Bret was very helpful and considerate of making me comfortable making such a big purchase. We didn’t get that pressure to jump and make a deal. He made sure to find what I was looking for and after talking to him for just about half an hour it felt as if we had known him for years. The customer service was great! Definitely will go back one day and also would recommend.

Andrew (Drew) went above and beyond of his sales duties to accommodate our request.The car was a surprise gift to me by my boys and he agreed to put a huge Bow on the car, drive and deliver personally and give me the biggest and most expensive surprise of my life.The technology service or a tutorial by Ms. Denise to go over all the features of the car was very helpful. The dealership was great to work with when purchasing my car. My only issue is I recently took my car in for service and the loaner car they gave me was dirty and when I got my car back the inside driver bottom door frame was dirty. That’s not the first time I’ve gotten my car back and had to clean spots last time there was Dorito chips in my back seat. We also own a Toyota and I’ve never had any of these issues when we have had to take our car in to that dealership. Hoping for a better service experience next time I come in.

Took my 2021 RX350 F Sport in for its first service. Our service advisor, Sierra, was great. The car was returned to us looking beautiful, just like brand new.The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the noise coming up from the steering column that I asked to be looked into. I was told they couldnt duplicate the sound yet it was there when I drove it home. We had guests with us the next night and the comment on the car was, whats that noise?I expect more from a $60K vehicle.

This is my second Lexus purchased from this location, and I have all factory services done there. My service mgr, Philip; 1) is always there, early, through lunch and late whatever is needed to finish getting my car back, 2) He always informs all service options, And 3) lets me know if a loaner is available and has it waiting. My car is always ready and been washed by the time he indicated. Hes one of the big considerations in buying another Lexus at this location.

Update - I received a call from one of the sales managers, Karl, who was very understanding and concerned about the level of service I received. He was very helpful and able to rectify the situation. I hope going forward I receive the level of service that I expect from a dealership like this.Well, my review would have been a 5 as my sales and finance reps were amazing, but Ive been trying to reach someone at the dealership to help me find out why I have not yet received my plates as my temp plate has been expired for over a week. No one will call me back. Very upset with the level of service post sale. I hope to be able to resolve this issue with them and possibly change my rating.

Mr McIntosh shatters the old adage of a “used car salesman” in that he is kind, easy going, and “non pressure.” He is knowledgeable and helpful. No wonder he’s been with Lexus for 18 years.

I had my daughter with me and he was extremely helpful, kind and thoughtful the whole time. Called Superstition Springs Lexus and explained that I had a bad battery in my 2015 RX350 and told them I already removed the battery. The service advisor said its no problem and asked if I had another vehicle to bring the battery to the service department. So I arrive at the service department and the service guy tells me they need the car to warranty the battery (84 month battery with 40 months currently on it), even though they looked it up in system and showed they installed the battery in 2018. They just wanted to ping me a little extra for a service call. Manager Mike McGee was not available that day (08/28/21). Used to be a loyal customer, that partnership has been destroyed today. Ended up going to Costco and buying a battery with more cranking amps and with a 3 year free replacement for $100.

Over three years with our RX350 and zero complaints. We purchased here when we lived in Downtown Phoenix, drove all the way here for service and when we moved to the East Valley continued our relationship with SS Lexus. Brent the General Manager is personable and customer orientated. Mike McGee the Service Director and advisors Phil Zito and Randy Wright are all solid guys. Pricing is fair and the turn around quick. What more could you ask for?

WOW. Been calling for 2 days and lines constantly busy. Can get an answering service but they just send them an email and they seem to ignore that.I’ve been holding off on a review but it’s been 2 years and things are no better. My first dealing were with a “Master” salesperson that was unbelievable. When he couldn’t give me a better price, we started to leave. He said wait a minute. You’ve been here using an hour of my time. I don’t make anything unless you buy. Can’t imagine that working with anyone. Sales mgr ended up calling and getting the price we needed. Not crazy about the car for $50,000Bought the hybrid. Great mileage but too much road noise They said it sounds normal to them.Messages for “maintenance needed” pop up and can only be cancelled by dealershipMade a service appt and was told it was still complimentary only to drive 40 minutes and find it was not. $390 for oil change, tire rotation and balance.Biggest complaint is with all the safety features.1 seat belt signal beeps very loud and fast after about 10 seconds. Annoying if I’m just going a couple of blocks.2 emits a terrible grinding sound when going slow and in reverse. I know. It’s a warning to pedestrians.3 warning messages pop up and cannot be cancelled except by dealer4 5 hours into a 3 day trip a message pops up a,sling me if I “want to take a break “. It would not go away for the entire trip. NO ONE at the dealership or Lexus corporate could tell me how to get it off.I just found out their phone lines are down. Surely they could put a message stating that so we don’t think we’re being ignored.The one person that is always professional and helpful is Denise. MAKE HER G. M. she would improve things there in a hurry.

Took my car here in great condition with no problems for a simple inspection and the service advisor or someone else working on my car checked my in cabin air filter improperly without using the proper protocols and broke my servo motor or something like that so now it makes a clicking or grinding noise every time I switch it to fresh air or recirculate air and it wasn’t like this before. So I spoke with someone who I believe was the manager and he acted like it wasn’t a big deal. He took my car in to see why it was doing this and he said that a cigarette lighter was in the in cabin air filter housing blocking the flap that opens and closes for outside/inside air. This cigarette lighter was in my glove box before I took it in so the service person must’ve knocked it in their and just left it that way. He comes back after looking and told me that he got clicking to stop and the flap to open and close but it still makes a grinding noise. I told him I wanted them to fix it since it wasn’t like this before and he just said that with my car having over 100,000 miles it wasn’t worth fixing. I told him again that it wasn’t like this before I brought it in and one of your guys broke it and he tells me that the flap opens and closes now it just makes that noise now. okayyyyy?! the flap opened and closed before and it didn’t make any noises before you guys touched it so it needs to be fixed. He kept saying the same thing again and closed my car door on me so I left. I called later and asked to speak to the manager and they hung up on me. This dealership damaged my car and refused to fix their employees mistake. I feel like I was played with and that he didn’t care about my problem or his service guys mistake. If your car isn’t under warranty then don’t take it here because they’ll break something, blame it on you and make you pay for the expenses to fix it.

Took my GS 350 in to be serviced. Service department is awesome! Plenty of seating to relax while you wait. The associate that helped me was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Service wait times are not too long. They wash and vacuum your vehicle after the service is complete. The dealership and bathrooms were clean. Everything youd expect from a Lexus dealership. Excellent job Superstition Springs Lexus!!

Ali is a pleasure to work with. No pressure sales approach. She genuinely just wants to help you find a car you love. Quick to respond and was able to work out a great price on a new vehicle for me. I went in looking for a used one and somehow she made this work. She took her time walking me through every feature of the car down to what every single button does. My recent purchase of a Lexus was made so easy and enjoyable. I am a young travel nurse working in the area. I had no idea what I wanted or what I even liked when I walked into the Superstition Spring Lexus dealership. I was immediately greeted by Bob and he took the time to sit with me and figure out my budget and explain features on different cars. He showed me the new cars as well as the use cars he had. I recently have been to different dealerships and I am usually not taken very seriously for being a young woman. Bob did not hesitate one bit to take me serious. He knew that i was just looking and he was not pushy at all. I ended up sleeping on it and going back the next day to purchase a brand new Lexus. Bob introduced me to Ali; his daughter and she was able to finish the sale on me. She was super kind, friendly and honest. She taught me the different things my car did and how to connect to the app. Karl the manager kept checking in on me and making sure that I was enjoying my time there. They were very kind and went above and beyond. My boyfriend was going to leave while i was doing paperwork to get an oil change in his truck and Karl was able to ask the Service department if they could do it there so he would be able to stay with me. They even washed his truck. It was so very kind of them. I unfortunately had to go to work and could not finish my process but they allowed me to take the car for the night to get to work. The next day when I came back to finish the paperwork Brent who is another manager checked in with me and offered me a pair of the cutest sunglasses. Again they did not have to do that but it was the nicest thing that somebody has done for me recently. I am a travel nurse so I am away from my family but this experience made me feel like I was a part of their family. I did not feel taken advantage of or misunderstood or even pushed to buy something that I did not want. Van and I finished my paperwork and he showed me the warranties and all the extra goodies I could get and he was not pushy either. Everyone was very professional and kind. This was the easiest purchase of my life and I am so happy with my decision. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

I came to Lexus in SS as I had one of the best experiences I ever had taking my Lexus ISF to a Lexus dealership in Minnesota.I was disappointed in the service I received at SS Lexus. My salesman was great but when it came to what I assume was the used car sales manager, it went downhill.Not only was I offered essentially junk value for an Acura MDX with 130k miles but he pushed known issues with my vehicle in a condescending manner and became visibly upset when I pushed back. In the end, they magically found thousands more to offer me. I agreed as I had been drained by this point and wanted the vehicle I came to see. Hindsight, I regret purchasing here but this was a stereotypical dealership experience at what I was hoping was a high end, high class dealership.Based on my experience, if you want a no pressure experience with respect, dont come here.

Superstition Springs Lexus is a great dealer. Had my tires replaced last September, got a flat on the 202 today, took it there and tire is being replaced under road hazard warranty they provide! Super friendly, gave me a loaner for the weekend (they had to order new tire), and will wash the car before I get back on Monday. Buy new or certified used from them, and know great service follows.

They were nice and had the vehicle I wanted, but I was there for 6 hours to trade in a vehicle and buy another. Also they didnt send my payout check for my trade in vehicle for 13 days, resulting in a loan payment deducted from my bank account 2 weeks after I traded my vehicle in. Now I have to deal with VW Credit sending me a check back in the middle of my move.There is no excuse for them to take 13 days to send out a payoff check resulting in people making loan payments for vehicles they dont own anymore, it just makes hassles for us, they are being lazy and slow. Go somewhere else for your vehicle if you can.

Used 2018 Lexus LS500 F-SportI wanted to thank Shay Gonzales and staff (Manager) for making my second vehicle purchase (purchased the LC500 in 2019) seemless and very professional, but fun at the same time. I am a snowbird and live in Seattle the majority of the year. When I mentioned potentially trading in my 2015 LS460 I use in WA, Shay immediately presented me with a beautiful/loaded used 2018 LS500 with low miles. I could not resist the amazing deal, and they arranged transport of my used Lexus from WA to AZ. The dealership also kept my new purchase until I could fly into Phoenix, picked me up at the airport, and drive it home.I cant say enough about the quality in craftsmanship Lexus (Toyota) put into their vehicles!! The Service Department is mismanaged and the advisors are not knowledgeable. You can read the other poor service reviews. You do not have to believe this review, just look at their shop. Then go to Chandler Lexus and look at their shop to see what you should expect from a Lexus dealer. If you value your Lexus, it is worth the drive to Chandler.

Went here about 3 days ago to check out a vehicle. I did not like the one I originally went to look at and the initial experience was great. Our sales guy was super nice and no pressure at all. He sat down and went through everything on his lot that was within my price range I wanted. That lead to 3 cars I wanted to look at. We glanced at the first one, which was nice, then proceeded to look for another one that was no where to be found, finally we get to the 3rd one. I loved it and wanted to test drive it. So off we went! Had a great test drive and wanted to work out a deal on the vehicle. We proceeded to go inside and start the paperwork! My credit isnt perfect, but definitely well beyond what a dealership would want for purchasing a car. Matter of fact I was already pre approved with Capital One for $55,000 (which I told them)!!!! So when the application is being filled out I proceeded to let the salesman know that I am currently working on some credit repair so I can purchase a house here in the next year and half or so and to only run my credit once and get an idea of what we can do with financing you offer. He said ok not a problem, well they ran it 4 times and even came out with the interest rate and monthly payment for the vehicle I was going to buy. So about an hour after that, me just sitting there alone bored out of my mind, the sales rep comes over and says sorry banks are closed now so we can not finish the deal tonight, but we will get it wrapped up first thing in the morning for you. Reluctantly I left. The next morning I reached out to see how the deal was coming together and make sure everything was good so I could pick up the vehicle after work and sign the docs etc. Well, 3 hours after, a call with a voice-mail, email, and text message, I finally get a return call! Just to be told that the vehicle was sold that morning to someone online in another state!!!! 3 days later the car is still on their website as in stock and available to purchase. Also, that day I called and left a voice mail for the General Manager to contact me about my concerns and my credit being ran so many times. Still to this day have not heard back. Ive tried reaching out about 5 times since this has happened an no response back. Shadiest service department I have ever dealt with, especially considering I have been in the automotive service business for over 15 years.My father bought his 2013 RX350 five years ago from this dealership and honestly he got a very reasonable sale price of his new to him SUV, it was a certified used Lexus, had just over 26,000 miles and was a very clean well maintained vehicle.Now lets start talking about maintenance, at first My father would bring his car to Superstition Springs Lexus for general maintenance, oil changes, tire rotations, engine air filters etc. Everything seemed normal until the miles started racking up on his car (just for everyones reference the car now has about 73,500 miles on it)Last week my father had an appointment for a basic oil change which should have cost $79.95, so, $520 later he drove away from the service department because they said he needed his 75,000 mile service, this charge seemed a bit odd to me because the previous time he was there they performed a 70,000 mile service and that cost $805!Today, my parents were out running some errands, the check engine light came on along with a notification stating that the traction control was inoperable. After pulling over on the side of the road and trying to call the service department, with no answer, they drove to the stealership not knowing what was going on with the car and needed to have it looked at.Once there, they were told it would be at least an hour to have the car scanned to figure out what is going on. They were frustrated with this considering all the money they have paid for service over the last five years ($1,500 worth of maintenance within the last 10,000 miles just for example)Then they called me, explained the situation, immediately I started calling the stealership and started asking questions.After leaving a rather brash voicemail for the service director Mike McGee and then calling the general service line and talking to one of the advisors I got a call back from Mr. McGee, he went on trying to explain to me why they charge what they do for all these service intervals and then when I started questioning him as to why it should cost hundreds of dollars every 5,000 miles to maintain one of the most reliable vehicle brands produced today his answer was well we are Lexus and we know whats right for the vehicleI feel that this was a last ditch effort by management to try a scare tactic sales method with me (again Ive been in the automotive service business for some time). Overall Im really disappointed with how they have handled the situation. Very unprofessional and needless to say I will suggest that my father has his vehicle serviced anywhere except for Superstition Springs Lexus.Lastly, going through the service invoices, they are very broad and do not explain what exactly was done to the vehicle, the invoices do not disclose service operations, or service labor times. Being in the industry myself I can see that Superstition Springs Lexus is taking advantage of people.I also am wondering what they are thinking with the charge at the bottom of the invoice, it literally states customer pay shop charge for repair order $35.00, this looks to me like the stealership is charging the customer to do the paperwork. Want to talk about overcharges??

Definitely not a fan of the sales team. I bought a used car a while back and they were dead set on tacking on a bunch of expensive options that were not needed. Luckily, I was able to cancel most of them later. The service team was always pretty helpful so that’s nice.

Avoid this dealership! When you go to any service they produce a laundry list of BS additional services you need on your vehicle. No other Lexus dealership i have been to in 5 different states have ever done this. Their service and parts department do nothing to help you find the right part or provide a helpful service.Go to the Scottsdale Lexus dealership. It is a longer drive but they are top notch. I would give zero if it would let me. Called in and ordered a part for my car. They ordered it said it would show in two days they would call me. Two days later I called to find out, all I was told is it is still on the way. This was a month ago, still havent received a call to tell me they cant get it or what.

We just bought a 2016 4Runner from here. We worked with Michael McClure in the sales department and throughout the last few weeks of searching for the right 4Runner, he was easily the best salesman we dealt with. Its pretty apparent to most people right away I know a thing or 2 about cars when Im crawling underneath immediately and diving into the engine bay. He did not react negatively to it, in fact he seemed to embrace it. I get the impression with most salesman that they dread somebody like me walking onto their lot because Im incredibly through. Michael did not seem impatient or inconvenienced by a guy just trying to look a car over. Every customer is different, and I appreciated not being pushed by a salesman just giving me a scripted pitch. He was a model salesman. I inspected to my content, and then asked him questions, and he answered. Hes also the only salesman I saw in the last few weeks taking notes. You can also have a conversation with him and I didnt feel he just told me what I wanted to hear. I believe he was intelligent enough to know id see right through it. Hes a genuine, honest guy, and that greatly helped the entire experience because we were there multiple times until we took delivery. And to top it off, when we showed up to pick it up, he had it positioned in a creative way, and placed one of those huge, red bows on top of it. I was extremely excited because as we pulled up, my fiance lit up with excitement at that. Bought it 2 days before Christmas so it is a Christmas present for us. We were looking for a pretty specific 4Runner, and it just happened to have landed at this Lexus dealer. We couldnt be happier with the overall experience here, and would highly recommend Michael for the mechanically inclined crowd, because he wont try and oversell the whole experience. Thank you to Michael for the entire experience from start to finish, and we couldnt be happier with this purchase.

He looked at many cars all over Denver, Boulder and the surrounding areas. This car at Superstition Lexus was the best of the many we had seen and test drove. As in the past not good. We quit taking our car to Superstition Lexus because George was so rude to me Several time. Came back for a recall. To make appointment was put on hold staff didnt come back to phone or call back. Had to call again. We came for a 1:00 apt. My husband was told to wait inside. He waited 25 min finally came back outside only to see George sitting at his desk alone. 1:00 appointment started at 1:30. This has happened to me in the past. Very disappointed again.
