At Kelly Auto they are honest, reliable, professional, and service-oriented, and their charges are very reasonable. If they have a downside it is only that many people have come to recognize them as a great place to have cars serviced, and their shop is consequently very busy! If I call ahead and set an appointment, though, they plan ahead and always get the work done for me in a reasonable amount of time. I have depended on Kelly Auto for quality care for my van and car for over a decade, and unreservedly recommend them to anyone looking for a good auto repair shop.

I blew my engine driving down a freeway. Dad sent me to Kellys. The price was fair, time taken was reasonable. What I was most surprised by is my new used engine is much better running. The team was great! I had an oil issue that other shops weren’t able to mend but Jeff and his team were able to diagnose and correct the problem and have be back on the road in about an hour.

I am new to Mesa and have been dreading trying to find a new automotive place to service my car. Kelly Automotive came highly recommend so I easily set up an appointment online. When I got there I was not expecting to have such an amazing experience! I was greeted right away and after a bit I was sent a report of the findings on my car. I dont know if this is common but Ive never been to an automotive place that does that. There were different categories that showed what was urgent and what wasnt. I talked with my husband about the report and decided what was best. I never felt pressured to get anything done which was a huge difference than the other places Ive been. I walked away happy and thankful for such an honest place of business. I would highly recommend Kelly Automotive to anyone!

The office/lobby is very clean and professional.I brought my 97 Honda Prelude SH in for the timing belt job.Steve, the service manager gave me a ballpark quote for what the job would cost. This is one of those jobs you need to tear it down before you know 100% what all is on the inside.He was super honest when he told me the things I dont need as well as a few of the things I do need. The job was done in a timely manner and communication was kept through the whole process.When I went to pick up my car, John, the technician, kindly explained the process and showed me all of my old worn parts. The car is running beautifully and they kept it clean. No greasy fingerprints or smudges anywhere.Top notch job from start to finish and I do recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest people to assist them with their needs. I will be taking my car back to get some more work done!

They were closed Saturday, but we left our car with a form. They called us upon opening Monday and assured us that they would take care of it. Two days later they returned with a full diagnostic of the system and when needed help. They charged our battery and got the car running and charged us nothing! Amazing service, an actual auto shop that you can trust and rely on.

Not the cheapest quote I received on my car repair, but the only one who was willing to offer to put my repair in writing and explained each fee, so that I felt confident with the price. Not like the place use to go to who gave me a quote and weeks later (when I got the money together) raised the price . I got my car fixed fast and even got a ride home which I feel they went the extra mile thanks guys I am pleased with the job they did and will now go no where else again.

After Jiffy Lube jacked up my car from changing the serpentine belt, I was at a loss. The belt kept screeching and Both Jiffy Lube and Pep Boys said it was the power steering pully. A family friend told me to come to Kellys Automotive for a fair price and a quality job. He immediately called and had me speak to Steve the manager who was wonderful in assisting me and making sure the correct diagnosis was made and problem fixed. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely return for any future repairs!!

Ive been using the services of this shop for about 7yrs. I have to tell you Ive never had better service anywhere. Chris and his team have saved me from outrageous Dealership quotes and unnecessary service. This morning I got to meet Ashley who helped solve the problem of tire service and what and how to deal with a wheel lock key. She was super nice and knowledgeable. I do a lot of my own work. But sometimes it seems there is not enough time in the week.So when I was looking for a shop to help with my lack of time. I went with a recommendation of a co worker to check this place out. He has had nothing but good things to say.I am always reluctant and cautious when it comes to shops. I ask about book time and labor rates along with mark up on parts.The transaction was very smooth. Steve kept me informed every step of the way. There labor rates are the best I have found and there very knowledge about actually fixing the problem. And as for the cost of parts, they are on point.No high pressure sales or add ons of things you don’t need. And if you have to Waite. They have an awesome waiting area w/ bottle water.So if you looking for an honest shop? I urge you to give Kelly’s a shot.

These guys have revived my 88 Firebird like a phoenix more times than I can remember, gone the extra mile several times, and are the auto shop I trust most in the greater Phoenix area. Ive known them for years and feel Ive gotten a fair price on repairs, sound integrity for recommendations, and considerably more respect than other shops. They do tend to be busy and have a generally high success rate, but it would only feel right giving 5 stars considering how much theyve done to keep my familys fleet on the road without breaking the bank. With rare exception, Kelly Automotive is where I go first for repairs or maintenance.

Its hard to find an honest mechanic these days. I was referred by a friend and glad I was. I brought my car in for a few standard repairs and asked them to fix some other items that were bothering me. They only charged me for the time it took to fix the items which wasnt much. They could have easily said it took longer than it did. They prices were fair for both the parts they needed as well as the labor. I highly recommend them anyone in need of a good mechanic.

My sons E-350 Diesel Van wouldnt start at the Circle K across the street from Kellys Automotive. Kelly, although he was closing up for the night, helped my son start the van. My son then left the van at Kellys shop to get the starter problem permanently repaired, and some additional dash vent issues repaired. After a day, my son was charged only a very small amount. Great and honest service!!

Amazing service! They truly care for each customer. Had to leave my car after hours due to the clutch going out. 24 hours later, and for less then quoted I had my car back. They have stayed late so I could get a battery, and never try to upsell you or recommend unneeded repairs.

I used to repair my vehicles myself, but I dont have the time or energy anymore. I take my vehicles to Kelly Automotive because they quickly diagnose the problem and dont do any repairs until I agree to them. They dont invent problems that arent there and they dont overcharge for parts or labor. Its great to have a repair shop that I trust.They recently repaired my A/C system and provided a warranty on the parts. Turns out one of the parts was defective and killed the A/C. The warranty covered everything. They did the repairs and it didnt cost me a penny!

I was very pleased with the service I received at Kelly Automotive. Steve was personable and professional in every way. It turned out that there were multiple issues with my truck. Steve took the time to show me what was happening under the hood and explained each problem in a way I could understand. He also explained which problems were priority fixes, which ones ought to be done by a professional and which ones I could probably handle myself. After that experience I knew that he was not just finding things to fix to make more money off of me. I wish I got the same quality of service from my doctor as I get from Steve and the guys at Kelly Automotive.

Ive been going with all my cars to Kellys for sixteen years, they are trust worthy and backup their work. Before I found Kellys I went to the dealer and they use to trouble shoot with my money theyd do a fix then say that wasnt the problem and try something else with me paying the tab... I trust Kelly Automotive with all my car needs.

Dont go here unless your looking to spend $1200 on a kit to replace every component in the system. They prefer that over them find the root of the problem. Their moto is youll need to buy the kit for that. Its a sales technique. They dont try solving the problem and diagnosing the issue. They just replace all of the above and get the most money for it. Not a place for a tight budget.

I have been coming here for years and this is the only mechanic I trust. If they make a mistake they will admit it and do what it takes to correct it and keep you satisfied.I like that they inspect my car for other issues each time I take it in and they are not pushy if I decline any extra repairs.
