We move all around the world and the 1 issue is finding a local shop that is trustworthy. These guys are amazing and honest and best part customer service. When you find a good mechanic you stick with them as long as you can. Kevin is the best. Ive been taking my cars to him for 7+ years. I dont even live nearby anymore, I drive them up from South Chandler. But I know I will be dealing with honest people who do great work. They have never once tried to upsell me or talk me into a service I didnt need based on arbitrary mileage. They always do a great job at fair prices. I have recommended Kevin and Hatch to family and co-workers and they have all come back saying the same thing... they wouldnt go anywhere else.

Battery died. Got a jump that got me home to put groceries away. Asked neighbor where to get new battery installed. This is the place! Professional and courteous and capable people, clean and neat and orderly facilities. Even though they were busy, they fit my job in, had me on the road in less than an hour.

Growing up with a dad that built motors and worked on cars for a living, I knew it was important to find the right auto shop. This place is FANTASTIC. The service and prices are amazing. They are always honest and up front about your vehicle needs. I’m always comfortable sending my wife (who doesn’t know very much about cars) in to get our family vehicles serviced. Before I would worry that they might try to pull a fast one with my wife on products or services that aren’t needed. NOT AN ISSUE here. This is a great shop. Hands down the best! Ive been bringing my vehicles to Kevin over at Hatch Auto for about a year now and let me tell you, they are stellar. From their go-out-of-the-way service, to fitting you in for a last min appointment, to prices that cant be beat. Pretty sure they dont mark up their parts, or at least its very negligible because Im always pleased with their quotes. Maybe the other reviews here say it all, but Ill add mine. Kevin and Dennis are knowledgeable, honest, competitively priced and they seem to have a great team of mechanics. Over the past 9 years Ive taken every car I own there, recommended them to friends and family and never been disappointed. When there has been an issue, theyve worked hard to make it right.

Have an ongoing problem they are trying find and made appointment for Thursday.

Wow! Honest Auto Shops still exist! Kevin & his crew are Hatch Tire & Automotive were phenomenal! They were professional, excellent with communication, and performed my auto work at a fair price! They recommended work that could be performed in the future, but I felt no pressure (or scare tactics) in any way, shape, or form to have extra work done immediately! It was easy to get an appointment and an estimate. I was very pleased with the work that they performed and will definitely now use Hatch as my main tire & auto repair shop! I initially chose them due to all of the wonderful comments that I saw online, and now I can say that I highly recommend them also!

I highly recommend this company!They are honest, great customer service and have fair prices. The times I have been at Hatch, I have seen first hand how they treat people who are not mechanically inclined.If there is nothing wrong with your vehicle, they will tell you nothing is wrong. Unlike other companies who lie and upsale, especially to elderly people and people who are not mechanically inclined.It is very rare to find a company like Hatch in todays world. My only regret is, I did not find it sooner! Just make sure to schedule an appointment. I am not the only one that knows about this diamond in the rough. They can be busy at times, but that is a testament to how many people trust Hatch. If they are busy they work hard and actually give you a realistic eta when your car will be ready.

Hatch has always taken care of me, even with modified and lowered cars theyve worked with me on alignment, tire mounting, etc. I highly recommend their services. Comfortable waiting room, friendly staff, and the job done right, the first time.

Kevin and David up front are always honest, friendly, and helpful. They dont pressure you into repairs you dont need or cant afford. They are very good at answering questions and explaining things. They always perform quality work. The waiting area is clean and has nice leather couches. My family always brings all three of our vehicles here for tires, maintenance, and repairs.

Kevin and the rest of the staff are fantastic. Weve taken four different cars here over the past 6 years, and had excellent service and prices each time. Weve done tires, oil changes, and trouble-shooting various problems (such as...hmmm....the car is filling up with gas fumes...help!). Our parents and friends also take their cars here. Its the best mechanic experience ive ever had. Everything is very clear, timely, and no hassle or run around.

Ive taken at least 3 cars in there myself and the guys there are fantastic. Dennis and Nick are amazingly knowledgeable (along with the rest of the crew) and even when I have weird requests or just need to know whats going on they know exactly what they need to tell me and can even a lot of times even just help me out over the phone. Im so grateful of their awesome customer service and just the overall attitude they have about helping people out. Theyre quick at finding and fixing the problems, and always up front and honest about how much its going to cost. Ive been meaning to write this review for over a year. Kevin has been kind, honest, and affordable. I was impressed with how well he remembered us and our kids. They do excellent work. Being that we drive older vehicles, Kevin often helped us sift through the repairs that were of immediate need vs those that could be done at a later time. It was a relief knowing that we had a mechanic we could trust. We have since moved a few hours away but anytime we are in the valley and in need of service we still go to Hatch Tire & Auto. 5 stars!

I have used these guys for years. They have made a very loyal customer out of me due to their fair prices, honesty, integrity and quality of work. I never have to worry about them trying to sell me a product or service I dont need and, in fact, they have often talked me out of getting work done that I thought I needed but actually didnt, when they could have easily just taken my money and I would have never known the difference. Case in point: I recently took my fairly new car in to my dealer because I was hearing unusual noise from the brakes. The dealer told me my brake pads were already worn out (when I barely had 20K miles on the car) and that I needed to have them replaced soon. I called Hatch Tire to get a quote for the job and, as usual, they gave me a much better price than the dealer so I went to them to have the work done. However, when I got there, Kevin agreed with me that it was weird for my brake pads to have worn out so quickly. Even though I had already approved the work and left my car with him, he took it upon himself to research the issue and found a TSB report of premature brake wear affecting my model of car that was covered under warranty. He cheerfully gave me a copy of the report and suggested I go back to the dealer to get the repair done for free. Thanks, Kevin! You can just imagine that, as a woman, I have had some repair shops try to pull some real fast ones on me through the years, so it is more than refreshing to have a mechanic that I can totally depend on to look out for my best interests. That is real customer service and that is why I will always return to Hatch Tire.

Amazing work done by these guys. They got me in right away without an appointment and were super quick on fixing my car. I have a Crown Vic that had some oil leaking issues that i could not find for the last couple of years. Today it drained all 6 quarts in one sitting. Thankfully i work right next door, and they were able to run me over some oil so i could get my car to their garage. They figured out what was wrong in a couple hours and got it fixed in the same day. They are also very fair priced. i will recommend this shop to everyone I know.

Great experience with Kevin & his crew at Hatch Tire & Auto Repair!! I was having problems with my 07 CR-V not starting & he spent several hours on it two weeks ago & we hoped it was fixed . . . unfortunately it was not, as evidenced by it not starting several times over the past two weeks. Kevin fit it in today & kept trying to get it to replicate the problem . . . of course, it started on the first crank every time . . . eventually it didnt & they were able to verify the problem was with the starter & he was able to replace it & get me back on the road tonight. Fantastic experience with an old school mechanic who doesnt believe in just throwing money at problems!! Thanks again, Kevin! Ive found my new home for auto service!

I love Hatch Tire. First off the manager is friendly and polite. Second, their labor rates are reasonable if not even a little on the low side. Third, I have never had an issue with the quality of their work. Fourth, they dont BS you with fixes you dont need and they speak honestly to you about your car. Fifth, the one time I had an issue with them (they took a long time to change my oil), they gave me the oil change for free without me asking and the manager frankly stated, time is money around here, and the same applies to your time, Im sorry we took so long this afternoon. Now thats some awesome customer service you dont normally see from mechanics. When I have the time, Ill do some work on my car myself so I know a little about cars but if the job is too difficult or I dont have the time, I always take the cars to Hatch Tire cause I can trust them. Simply put, they run a great shop.

I can not say enough good things about Hatch Tire . Kevin has been a straight shooter, repairs are done and vehicle is returned as promised . When my harmonic balancer decided to explode and race me up power rd( it won by the way ), I had it towed to Hatch. Kevin called me the next day to give me the price, and I ok’d the work. Later that day, he called to tell me that it was done, and that the mechanic had a slip up with the pulley puller, and it went through the radiator . Kevin informed me that the mechanic bought the radiator, and it was switched out no charge. To me that speaks VOLUMES about the integrity of the shop. They could of easily said it was hit by the balancer when it let go, and I would of thought nothing more about it . You won’t find a more honest shop. The technicians here are top notch . Kevin is honest and fair . I’m a customer for life !

I came in about a month ago for a full synthetic oil change and to have my brakes looked at.To be honest, Im not a car guy so this stuff always gives me anxiety. This makes it doubly important for me to have a good impression the moment I walk in, which is the basis for this review.First, the moment I walked in the door I had someone assisting me pretty much immediately (albeit no line at the time). He was very helpful, friendly and made the experience easier. He gave me a reasonable turnaround time and within just a few minutes I was on my way.There was a slight mixup for the area code in my phone number which resulted in me calling the shop to know if my car was done but honestly a small mistake like that is not a good reason to detract a full star. The supervisor was VERY attentive to the issue and I felt assured it wouldnt happen again.To summarize, these are the reasons I like this location and why I would whole heartedly recommend it to you, mister/misses internet stranger reading this review:- Immediate customer contact at the door accompanied by friendly service- Easy to set up services no head aches or confusing qustions- Attentive management- FAIR PRICING ON THEIR SERVICESI cant stress that last one enough, as it tends to be a basic universal human experience to feel cheated by the mechanics sometimes.Full 5/5 stars, I will be going back in the future and I would be willing to drive an extended distance to reach this location.

We were told at another place that our car needed a new rack and pinion so we came here and asked for an alignment and inspection. Kevin, told us that the alignment was not off enough to warrant it. So he suggested a tire rotation and nothing more. If youre looking for an honest, friendly place this is it.

I take my cars here for regular maintenance and all repairs. Kevin, the owner, is friendly & honest, and his guys have always done a great job for me. Highly recommended after dealing with so many shady and downright crooked mechanics.

Great place, they were straight forward with everything and they were not trying to make me buy extra stuff like some places.

So first off ive been in the automotive field for 7 years professionally and the rest of my life unprofessionally. These guys blew my mind that shop is spotless. I showed up there today needing two rear tires on my wifes car. Not only did they find me a food deal but they had them mounted and balanced within a 2 hour period. While still conducting their scheduled work. For them too take my car without an appointment and replace my tires so i could carry on with my day really won me over i will go here for any and all my mechanic needs from now on.

Very poor service and very rude front desk operator. I called to ask questions about the cost of mounting and balancing tires, I was told the price of service and since I live real close I headed down, arriving five minutes later. I told them what I needed and that I had called and they guy told me that I had not Called and that they had not talked to anyone. Denying that I called, he got defensive and rude. I still had their number in my phone with the time called. I walked out and will never return because it was very poor customer service and they did not have the decency to be honest or take personal responsibility. If Hatch could not provide a service, they should have just said so. Fyi Hatch, cell phones, capture calls, date, time etc, makes it real hard to deny that someone has called your business and makes you look real stupid when you do. Honestly, it was a shock to have the staff get defensive and argumentative over something so small, bad day? Unstable? I will never know because I will never go back and would suggest you use caution if you decide to call or utilize this service provider.

Ive gone here three times now for different needs on our vehicles and got 5 Star treatment every time.

Ive been going here for a couple of years and Ive always been happy with the quality of service received there. The only complaint I have is that they are so busy it almost always takes two or three days to get to my vehicle.

I have just moved to Mesa and on the way here I had what I thought was a rear wheel bearings going bad. Took my car to Hatch,s and Kevin had his techs check it out. They found no problem.
