Contacted Caspian Auto about a Suburban with a salvage title that was priced awesomely. Talked to Joe and explained my situation (negative equity in my trade in). Explained how loans/banks work with cars and salvage title. Using his information, decided to go a different direction because I knew I wouldnt be able to get the loan I needed. Joe was straight forward and honest, something you dont see in a car salesman often. Would recommend this dealer just because of that type of character.

We traveled 2 1/2 hours to come and look at a vehicle that they had advertised on Facebook Market Place for $33,200. When we got there and drove it and looked at it the told us the price $38,200. I told Joe, the salesman, the price advertised was $38,200 and he said it never was advertised at that but I had a screenshot of the advertisement and he just got rude with us and said that’s not the price so have a good day. Very in unprofessional and misleading. I wouldn’t never buy a vehicle from them!

In 2019 My 19 year old son was looking for a specific type of Honda Civic, but for the year and make he wanted, the price was WAY out of his budget. Then he found one at Caspian.When my son sent me the picture of the car and the price, I couldnt believe it. I felt it was too good to be true. But then I discovered it was a restored salvage vehicle.To make a long story short, Sam handled the transaction for us with excellence. He held the car for us for a few days, and worked quickly with the credit union to get the financing done. They handled everything AMAZINGLY. Caspian even fixed my sons old Honda so we could sell it.A month or so later, I took the car to my Honda Mechanic for an oil change and inspection, he told me we got a VERY sweet car, and that everything was in impeccable mechanical condition. He couldnt BELIEVE what we paid for it. This was amazing, my son got a car that normally would have been way outside of his budget and he LOVES it!A year later the Honda had one of the rocker panels just randomly break loose. We took it to a body shop for an estimate and they suggested we contact the dealership where we purchased it. When I called Sam to let him know, he told me they would be happy to help. He ordered the part, made the repair and it was so affordable, I cant even list the price here, but I tell you what...it was less than they estimated!My experience with Caspian has been nothing short of extraordinary. Worked with Joe Eshaghi in buying a used Ford Edge and had a great experience with he and Caspian Auto Group. I think a good portion of the vehicles are salvage title. Do not be afraid of salvage title. I have 5, now grown kids, and have bought several salvage title vehicles over the years. This is the first dealer I purchased a salvage title vehicle from. I did so because Joe made me a great deal on the vehicle--dont usually get that from a dealer. He went out of his way to make the deal work. He was frank, honest and no nonsense. Some may take that poorly, but I like the direct approach. Saves a lot of time. Thanks Joe. (Jan 4, 2020 purchase).

Joe here is probably the single handed worst person to deal with for vehicles. He is extremely unprofessional and will show you over priced. These vehicles here are equally as garbage as joes service. Literally please listen and do not waste your time.

Completely unprofessional. We’ve been searching for a specific type of car, and saw online that they had one that we wanted. However, there was a discrepancy between the price on their website, on Cargurus and at the actual dealership. Three different prices. Should’ve been the first red flag. When we called to ask about the pricing, we were rushed off the phone with a simple “yes it’s here just call when you get here”. The receptionist/front desk clerk wasn’t very helpful, unable to answer any basic questions we had on the vehicle. When she retrieved what must have been the car salesman, we couldn’t have been greeted with a more displeasing attitude. He acted as if we were inconveniencing him even though we were the only people there looking at cars. When we asked our basic questions, he cut us off and told us that this 2011 vehicle could be paid “only in cash, we will not do financing on this car”.. Never answered any of the other questions we asked. We just left. Unprofessional, sketchy and rude. I’m not sure about their repair shop but I’ll give you advice about their dealership: save yourself the time and effort and go to any other reputable dealer. You’ll have more luck elsewhere.

I KNEW about the issue and came in only to you for a seperate issue. I wouldnt have told you anything you didnt need to know. I will not be coming to you for help, who knows... The ONLY place I will take my car to for repairs! The owner, Sam, goes above and beyond and has fair prices and gets the repair done quickly. As a female, I dont have to worry about unnecessary repairs or being taken advantage of.

They lie about their vehicles for sale. For example, they had a 2015 Jeep on Craigslist that they claim no airbags were deployed. Using the VIN to search on Google and you’ll find the auction listing that clearly shows the deployed airbag.Sleazy, shady and sketchy all define Caspian Auto.They’ll probably remove the VIN from the Craigslist listing and proclaim innocence. ALWAYS double check what you’re really buying from anywhere!

After I got my vehicle checked, the check engine light came on and I called to figure out what happened, and if he could work with me. He continued to yell at me over the phone for a few minutes for even asking a thing. Anyways, would not recommend.

Purchased a Groupon oil change and went in this morning. I was told that the next for sure time would be in a week?? Ive partnered with automotive shops before and everyone knows you set the car to the side let the oil drain and Bam Bam. Horrible customer service and not sure why theyre running oil promotions on Groupon when they cant get to them 7 days later..

Sam is the only person i will take my vehicles to. 2 other shops told me several other issues were the cause of my problem, and when sam quoted me it was less than half of what the others had told me.
