Sydney helped me with makeup before my son’s wedding. She was so incredibly helpful and professional; not pushy at all. She let me decide what I needed and guided me because I asked for the help. Never did she rush at me immediately asking what she could do for me. Instead she welcomed me, and let me know she was there to help if I needed it. It was such a pleasant experience. Sydney is an asset to Sephora and definitely needs a pat on the back for a job well done.

Im happy to see all the positive reviews, but Im actually shocked.. Sephora has a standard they hold up to and when theyve always succeeded at wonderful customer service you start to go there just so you can have that same experience. When I moved to Merritt Island in 2016 I was excited to go to something familiar.. however in the 4 years ive lived here I have never been greeted or offered help when I walk in..even when im the only customer.

I came here a few weeks ago for a new foundation and a nude lip and was helped by Samara. She took her time to shade match me and apply to make sure I was happy with the shade and finish of the foundation AND helped me find a perfect nude lipstick. In addition to that, she sent me home with samples of some skincare products to see if they’d help address the issues with my sensitive skin. She was so wonderful and made me feel good. I’ll definitely be back and I recommend her if you’re looking for makeup help like I was.

Best Sephora ever!! Samara helps me spend my money. She makes it fun and shows me how to apply makeup and use skin care properly. She is very knowledgeable!!! She knows me by name and is always happy to see me. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She makes me feel like I am one of her BFFs. I Never met a person who can multitask and still makes me feel like I an her only customer. The entire staff makes me feel like I am at home they are friendly and always complimentary. Thank you! This is the only place I will shop for skincare, make-up and fragrance.

Samara made my experience very pleasant. Although I didn’t give her any business, she made my return ( from different Sephora ) transaction very pleasant. Her and her supervisor are very customer service oriented. I’m anxious to book an appointment with her

I’ve been to this store twice in the last few months (and ordered about half a dzn times online) and even though it’s super convenient to order online, the level of service I receive from Belen is paralleled to none! She’s attentive and not pushy. Oh!! Her knowledge of each line blows my mind!! Well done, Sephora!

I stopped in tonight with a 3 year old in tow, looking like I just rolled out of bed with nothing but mascara on my face. I tested out the Fenty gloss and was looking for the Hourglass veil powder. (They don’t have Hourglass at this location) However the associate pointed me to something much better! It was like she knew exactly what I wanted to accomplish and got me straight to it. She also helped me locate another item quickly. I so appreciate that she did not judge me as unable/not serious about buying because of my appearance and the toddler tornado that was with me. I will for sure stop into to this location instead of making the further drive.

This particular location makes me not want to purchase from Sephora ever again. That’s a shame bc I spend quite a bit on makeup and skin care there. I simply wanted to return a product that didn’t work for me and the staff acted like it was such an inconvenience. There was an older woman working and a guy at the time. The older woman I’ve had an encourager with before when making a purchase and she was equally unpleasant. So you’d think if she was employed at Sephora for several months that she would know if her “corporate office” was open or not. She said she’d have to call the items in and the man working with her smirked and said, are they even open right now? She said oh I don’t know. They cut me off when I was talking and just acted rude. Basically they didn’t want to process my return which is ridiculous since Sephora claims you can return to any store.She said oh you can come back tomorrow. Um No I can’t because I work and I can’t make another 30 min trip to come back.Literally just returned an item there and exchanged one maybe 3 months ago but now their system just changed.... ok.If you can’t help people in that store location then why have one there at all.They need some serious customer service training and new employees that actually like their job. I’m not saying every staff member is terrible at this location but the 2 I had to deal with that evening were awful.

This stores Manager and staff is very rude & always out of stock on the bareminerals products. Again theyre out of my product on the floor but sometimes they can check and may have it. So I went to an associate, first one totally ignore me and helped another customer, so the only one left is the one at register which is the manager. I stand waiting patiently for assistance when shes done with another customer. She looks over at me and asked if I had a question. I replied while holding up the make up Im needing help. She pointed to the front of the store and says in a rude tone Im busy, you need to go over there and stand. She wore a nasty expression. I left and will never visit this store! I would have spent at least around$150 and for many years done business with Sephora but now Ill go to Ulta.

Wow. I have never been treated so poorly.And alot of the try me merchandise is missing. A newer attendant did assist my guest as much as she could.However the other 2 did not care to help at all and and were rude.I planned to purchase foundation and countour but was unable to recive the help I needed. Nor was I greeted.

I have always had a bad experience with this Sephora but I hate driving all the way to Melbourne or out to Orlando to go to Sephora. Both times I had gone to this location, the girl in there with the tattoos and light brown hair has been incredibly rude and I had to go up behind the register to ASK for her assistance in a color match. She gave me a foundation that was two shades too dark and made my skin ORANGE. I was so upset because it was the day I was leaving for vacation and the sample she tried on my skin was not the same shade as the foundation she sold me. She acted as though I was an inconvenience the whole time too. Horrible experience.

Ive visited this Sephora at least 20 times. Every time that I have been there, Ive felt ignored. Ive got money to spend, but when sales associates ignore me, I take my money elsewhere. Today, I spent $87 at Dillards instead of at Sephora. The clerks at this store asked if they could help younger customers around me, but never approached me.

Staff is not friendly at all and because of it...I have completely stopped shopping at Sephora all together. We now have a ULTA so between them and online....Sephora is a thing of the past!
