Micheal the manager is a very good manager! I’ve been dealing with him for over 5 years! He’s a great person! Y’all better go see him for your moving needs and other needs! He’s amazing and I’m always pleased to see him!!

I wont go into detail but what an amazing experience I had with this team today. People like this with this much care are rare, please support this business, for me this experience was life altering and much deeper than a trailer hitch. Thank you all so much for this experience, I truly think this is why I came back home...just for this experience. Thank you, you all take care of each through all of this

Had a an appointment for a trailer hitch installation on the 4/20/21 at 9am...got here early at 8:40am...waited fo an hour finally someone comes out and says the reason for thd delay they cant find my trailer hitch the exact one i called the day before about that the guy on the phone said they had and it had arrived...i get here this morning now they cant find it and i had an appointment they knew i was coming why not have the trailer hitch ready...this place is a joke...the workers here are pitiful and not knowledgeable

I came and rented a truck after I told them what I needed they were happy to provide for me. I had to move things from my dads house to my place and it worked out great. No reservation needed. After I returned the truck I got a card to call and reserved ahead of time but this was 2 years ago hope the still the friendly bunch I met that day

I find out less than 24 hours before my reservation that they will not have the truck available that I reserved. Asked if there was a way they could possibly get the truck transferred over to the location so I could pick it up in the afternoon rather than the morning and was told that “they don’t want to do that.” Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced from uhaul at a corporate customer level down.

Super friendly staff and great selection of products!

I am very disappointed with my service at this location. My 15 foot truck was cancelled two days before my reservation via a voicemail. I had to call a district manager to be accommodated instead of this location offering me alternatives. After I secured a 20 foot truck, better than nothing but bigger than I needed, I was given a drop off spot 250 miles away from my drop off address. I didn’t even have enough miles on my contract to drive the 3 and a half hours to the return spot. I had to call the 1800 again and then speak to management who had to give me the number to traffic so I can get a drop off spot in my city. This was a horrifying experience.

I have never had a problem renting with uhaul until I worked with this place. I was assured by people working at this location twice that my rental was there at that store. I get a call in the late afternoon the day before my move and they tell me I have to drive an hour and a half away just to pick up my rental. Rent from penske instead if you get the chance.

Very fast service. We were using a car dolly to haul our sons car to mechanic and the guy behind the counter even suggested a place to take it. Glad he did it ended up working out fine.

Mike and staff was the best thing that happened to my wife, our 3 fur babies, and myself when our 2nd Uhaul truck broke down in Meridian. They went above and beyond our expectations for customer service! I hope Uhaul Corporate recognizes them for all they do because they truly deserve it!

I originally reserved my uhaul for pickup at the Front Street location in Meridian Mississippi. On Thursday August 17 at 8:10am. We arrived to pick up my truck which was reserved at 8am. The clerk at told me that my truck is not at that location, it was moved because they dont have a truck available (Im guessing the several 15 foot trucks in the lot were already reserved). He said he texted and emailed me this update. So we drove to the location to pick up my truck. Upon arrival we realize that the location does not open until 9am. I recheck my email and text and now realize that the address for pickup was changed but there was NOTHING in the email/text to ALERT ME TO A PICKUP LOCATION CHANGE. Also, the pickup time was still listed at 8am and was not updated to the new pickup location hours open. To my dismay, I had to provide the info all over again that I did when I set up the reservation online. Nor did the new location have the additional equipment that I needed to reserve, which is specifically why I reserved my truck at an actual Uhaul location so that I could have the flexibility of purchasing or renting additional supplies. Therefore, after completing the rental, we had to drive back to the Front Street location to get additional item. By this time, I am 1 1/2 hours behind on my move to Washington DC. I lost money paid to my movers.The clerk should have INDICATED CLEARLY IN THE SUBJECT LINE in the Uhaul email and text of a location change. Also, should have given a COURTESY CALL. Plus, verify whether the new location opening hours.Then I get a call from customer service who obviously only called to document that she called because she took no responsibility at all. Kept stating that they sent me an email and text. Yet, will not acknowledge that there was no notation to alert the customer about an address change for my reservation nor that the new location office did not open until an hour after the scheduled 8am time. I will not deal with lack of customer service and realized they had no intention of doing better next time, so I hung up.

The check in was thorough and the people I met were friendly. They seemed to be very busy, which is good.

Very nice staff and very well priced! Honda was going to charge me $604 for a wiring harness, and uhaul didnt it for a whopping$105 bucks!!!

U-Haul will not get our service any more. We made a 1000 mile move, reserving a 26 ft truck weeks in advance. The DAY BEFORE pickup, they called and informed us that they only had a 20ft truck. They also did not have all of the furniture covers and dollys that we reserved. We could not fit all of our belongings and had to leave furniture behind. They are unreliable and dont even deserve 1 star.
