I’m slacking on my review, I’ve been meaning to do this when we bought our sectional in February! Awesome customer service & delivery. The owners delivered it to our house last minute which was so kind! We’re also still in love with our couch! A year or so ago we also bought a bed set & mattress here which we still use & love as well! Will be back soon to hopefully find a matching recliner to the couch we got!

I walked in about 5 minutes or less before closing but the staff was super friendly and answered all my questions and werent rushing me. I ended up getting a king size mattress set from them at a great price. I highly recommend this business. I will definitely shop there again. Im so grateful to the staff for staying a little past closing time. I hate being one of those people that come in so close to closing time but this was a real mattress emergency 😂

I worked with Yvonne on a couch and loveseat set I wanted. I explained I was also waiting on a dining table that was delayed again from a big name store. She asked to see a picture of it and knew right away they had it in stock in the back. I had both sets of furniture the next day setup and all garbage removed. Everyone was incredibly friendly and I will definitely be back for more furniture! I highly recommend visiting them rather than the big name stores.

We purchased the sectional and the mattress there and have been really happy with the service. Yvonne stayed late to help us because i had to get my kids from daycare and rushed back to the store. Dont let these guys tell you that they wont pull your credit. They did a hard pull on my fiances credit, after they looked us both in the face qnd told us they wouldnt pull credit at all.Lies.

They have furniture of every category. CHEAP. GOOD. GREAT. I was blown away by how easy the process was....walked in... bought furniture.....done. All the ladies working there were very kind and knowledgeable. I will be back many times over.

We really loved this place the moment we set foot in the door. Affordable prices, good products and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was really surprised at the customer service experience that we are still having. We loved a gray sofa they had in stock but needed a different orientation. We asked them to order it and paid in full. They said it would take 4-6 weeks. When it was delivered it was oriented like the floor model...the one they had in stock?! So they had to take it away and reorder. It looks like the person who rung us up ordered the wrong couch but didn’t admit the error. No one really said sorry and instead the person helping us sort of acted like we had made the mistake or changed our minds. We took the high road and said okay we will wait for another 4-6 weeks. We just want the sectional. The guy helping us said he wasn’t sure how long it would take and then a call one day, they received it and confirmed over the phone left chase with right bump chase. Then, AGAIN, they delivered the same couch with wrong orientation. They again had to take it away. This is 13 weeks later and still no couch and no phone call to offer assistance or a solution. At this point, sad to say, I really can’t recommend going here. If you do I recommend that you only buy what they have in stock and never pay in full before they have it on site and you’ve confirmed the order was placed properly. Sorry guys..no bueno!

I shopped 15 different furniture stores. I went to the large furniture store off the freeway (RC Willy). On that particular day, I was rushing around because I just moved into my house. I was wearing sweats and had hair pulled up, I guess I looked like I could not afford furniture, because I was completely ignored. I just kept thinking to myself, I have a 4-bedroom 2 living room house to furnish and I can not get any attention.Granted I am from Alaska and I am also very frugal, but I want some bang for my buck. I found other furniture stores overpriced for the quality of furniture.I walked into Meridian home furnishing, don’t expect the flashy floor room, expect a family run business. They are amazing. I was looking around the floor and the salesperson was so helpful. When another couple walked in she said “excuse me while I help this couple, we run on a very short staff so we can pass on the discounts to you.” She was so professional and “Honest.” This family run business helped me furnish my whole house. Every room. Some of the furniture on the floor room, was not what I was looking for, I wanted a little better quality, so they helped me shop through catalogs to buy inexpensive, quality furniture.I absolutely love my bar stools – we picked out restaurant quality.My power sectional couch is simply amazing!!!I simply love my bedroom furniture and also picked out an adjustable base – It is very similar to really expensive Tempur-Pedic I bought in Alaska.If you want quality and to support a locally run business, spend the time at this store. They will not steer you wrong.

We purchased a bedroom set from Meridian Home Furnishings for our master bedroom. The furniture is beautiful and the service was great. When we picked up our order and got it home we found one piece had a gouge in it. We returned to the store and the staff helped us get a new piece (they happened to have it in stock), and even took all of the cardboard left over from the furniture for us. We are happy to recommend them as a place for quality furniture that doesnt cost an arm and a leg!

I bought a mattress from Meridian Home Furnishings about a month ago. Due to the rona, Fedex has been awful. We got delayed, but to no fault of MHF ( Im to last to type that over and over). We got our Sapphire Sleep 14 mattress yesterday. Seriously, I have never slept on a more comfortable mattress. Im a big dude, so finding a good fit for me is hard to come by. I am happy with my purchase, and it was worth the wait. Thank you Kelly for the customer service. I know its a tough time, but give these guys the benefit of the doubt, these people are good people. Thank you all at MHF, you won a lifetime customer.

Loved the prices we saw. Love the very warm staff. Not happy that none of the staff were wearing masks.Are you treating peoples respritory systems too because that is where the virus comes from? And what about your delivery drivers not wearing masks? Are they carrying your cleaner in their lungs with them? I will never set foot in your store again due to your lack of effort to control this virus and your lame excuse. There are other good choices and they are using masks in their stores. They welcome my money.

They do have a pretty good selection of furniture for being a discount furniture type place. I was pretty disappointed with the prices though. Ive seen different ads from them on social media, and the prices they tell people in their Facebook comments seem inexpensive. We looked at every single recliner in the store, and they are priced about the same as RC Willey. For now I will continue looking for a decent recliner with a decent price!

Was super helpful, and the delivery guys were great. We had recently cancelled an order from Ashley furniture after getting the run around on when the order will be in (2 months and counting), plus they were going to charge us $300 to deliver. We walked in here, found what we wanted in less than a half hour, and we had it at our house in 2 days. You guys are great! Check them out - you wont be disappointed.

My wife and I have gotten 3 couches from here the last couple years, and all 3 of them either had problems with the frame or recliners within about 3-9 months from when we purchased them. We purchased a couch set about 9 months ago and the recliners are already sticking and one barley comes down when you recline it, not super happy about paying almost 4 grand (300$ a month payments) for 2 couches that cant even make it a year before falling apart..

Bad place to buy furniture. At first they are nice but once they know they got a sale from you, they are not ! Bought a kitchen table and chipped right away, I call and asked if it had a warranty the lady there said to just go buy a marker and paint where its chipping. Really? The couches we bought also the middle console ripped took them forever to come fix. I had written a bad review but the lady there told me that if I dont take down the bad review my furniture would not be delivered.

I visited yesterday to buy a couch for our living room, as we just moved and had nothing to sit on. The prices were absolutely amazing and we were able to take the couch home that day. We also got a really cute coffee table at a great price. I have never been able to have the luxury of buying brand new furniture, since it is usually way too expensive. This store made it totally realistic and I didnt feel like I was breaking the bank. I will be returning here any time I need something for the house. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I cant say enough positive things about my experience!

Kelly was who helped me. My daughter was Turing 14 and has one leg due to two battles with cancer. Therefore her back and hips are always sore. So for her birthday she wanted a new bed, I was on a tight budget and almost couldnt get her what she deserved until Kelly literally took the price down for us dramatically. I left in tears of joy. We just bought a couch from Kelly and her team after searching around the valley. Great quality and service. We can in the morning and then came back later and they remembered exactly what we were interested in. And to top it off, they delivered the couch within an hour of purchasing it! Needed a mattress. Showed up...told them what I needed. They walked me over to the mattresses told me the costs and I decided quickly. No pressure...no upsale. Just here is what we have. I paid...drove back to the back where they loaded up the mattress for me and I was on the road. Whole experience was less than 10 minutes. If you need furnishings go here. My girlfriend and I bought a bed from here recently when they were having a sale. Very happy with our purchase. The staff there were very helpful and didnt seem pushy at all. We made a down payment on our bed and paid the rest of it off at a later time. I never felt like I was getting screwed out of our money and the entire process was clearly explained to us. Prices were good, the furniture was good, and the service was excellent. The owner gave us a few discounts for buying in bulk and when they brought the couch we told them there was a tare so they replaced it the very next day. I liked that they were quick!

I bought furniture for my entire house from here back in 2014, waited OVER 1 month for our couch to get here was told its on the truck will be here Friday.... was offered end tables to make up for it, never picked them up just didnt have time, needless to say 6 years later new location bigger store thought we would try it again as I was needing a new mattress, well waste of time and 3 trips to boise to pick up mattress that is still on the truck the worst part is was told it was on truck 2 diffrent times drove 45 min To pick up and I wasnt on the truck, over and over There is no way its a coincidence. If your not in a hurry to get your stuff this place shouldnt be a problem.

They have a good selection of beds and mattresses, and matching dressers for decent prices. We didnt end up buying anything when we went because they didnt have a small enough piece for the area we were trying to fill, but Im going to go back when my next need arises! Very responsive employees as well, very willing to help.

My sales associate was incredibly busy and seemed overwhelmed....what shouldve been a quick transaction took close to an hour. She also neglected to tell me there was a $50 charge to apply for financing. I didn’t realize it until I actually looked at the receipt. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

Ripoff artists!They sell only via craigslist by appointment only. They advertise cheap sub-$1000 specials, while using pictures of $4000 products to misrepresent what is being offered and then run the bait and switch when you show up.Biggest con-artists in the valley! We after finding out that the manufacturer of the (Pegasus) model of leather sectional we were ordering from her has never been manufactured of actual leather; (We went to the manufacturers website to check and found that Parker House sectionals are listed as Dacron wrap with imitation leather) we cancelled our verbal order and they immediately took our money directly from my credit card after I called to cancel.Fortunately I have a time-stamped recording of the cancellation...Update: We confronted Kelly & Trent Harris today with their falsehoods and the fact that we had a conversation with their supplier Parker House, and with the District Attorneys office. Once we shared with them the fact that given the facts: The District Attorneys office shared our concerns about the existence of illegal conduct in this case. We were given a full and complete refund.It helps to record your calls with them. A lesson for Meridian Home Furnishings: Nobody can take your integrity away from you; you have to give it away willingly... If you had only been honest with us from the start, none of this would have been necessary.

BEST DISCOUNT FURNITURE STORE IN THE VALLEY... SERIOUSLY. My wife and I have spent the last week searching and browsing furniture stores retail, discount, consign, online, and more across the valley. When we walked in first thing we noticed (with 3 bouncing children) were the toys they had for the kids to ride around. Our 3 little ones went right for them and were entertained our whole time in the store. The family run staff were excellent with the kids, knowledgeable on their furniture, very friendly and NOT pushy (ive been in sales 12 years and dont like salesman breathing down my neck). We picked up a GREAT PRICED Dining Table, Sectional Sofa, Ottoman, and End Table and they will lay-away for free since we are building a house and it wont be done for a couple more weeks.Their selction is great and they have many desireable styles and colors available.PLEASE check these guys out before purchasing anywhere else. We have already recommended multiple people to Meridian Home Furnishings since we left this morning.We will be buying all of our new furniture in the future through them...

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I was lied to at this place and I am extremely unimpressed. What Meridian Home Furnishings DOES NOT TELL YOU is the financing company that they use to help you finance your furniture is really a Leasing Company!!! The minute you give them your number to start the financing application you have Unknowingly signed the “leasing contract” In other words if you don’t pay off your furniture in full in the first 90 days you are stuck in a 3rd party contract with a leasing agency which automatically takes your money till the furniture is paid off through the 3rd party (and the price of the furniture more than doubles!) The $800 mattress I thought I was buying through Meridian Home Furnishings turned into a $2,000 mattress!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Went there looking for a basic matress, they let their doors open for us even after closing time, went there and ended getting a bunch of furniture. Excellent quality, excellent price, staff are great, I will keep coming for my furniture needs.

Bought a new mattress for our teenage son. Felt like we got a good deal. We didnt realize and it wasnt clearly stated to us that the price included the box spring that we didnt need or that all sales were final so we couldnt even get a refund even though the box spring never left their warehouse.
