There simply isn’t a price on working with someone you know and trust. In these crazy times Andrew C. is a breath of fresh air. Kind, patient, and straightforward with just the right amount of humor to get you through - I can’t recommend seeing him at Classic Hyundai enough. I am THRILLED with my new Tucson and feel very good about the purchase. The experience at Classic was great from start to finish - the dealership is homey somehow - small and cozy with great vibes. Had a great experience with Classic Hyundai, my salesperson Eric Lynch and his GM Norvell Todd went out of their way to help me get a car that is extremely hard to find, they kept me up to date on the production of the car through the transit from the factory to the dealership. The purchase itself was fine, but weeks after I had my car inspected only to find out I had rusted brakes and worn rotors that needed replaced. I attempted to contact my sales associate about three times over the course of roughly two weeks with no response or callback.

This is the third car Ive purchased from Classic Hyundai, and I keep going back because I always have a great experience--love the cars, and the staff at Classic could not be more helpful. Just worked with Vivien on my most recent purchase (just drove it home 15 minutes ago!) and she was terrific--she listened to what I wanted, was sensitive to my budget, and prepared lots of great options for me to consider (although sadly a couple of them flew off the lot before I could have a look!)

Absolutely stellar experience at this dealership so far. The sales manager (Rob) and the gentleman that assisted me by guiding me to the best vehicle I have ever owned and couldnt be happier with (Eric) couldnt have been better. Went to 5 dealerships before ending up at Classic and was looking to purchase a certified used vehicle that was sporty, fun to drive, and had a somewhat unique body style. I was actually leaning more towards hatchbacks. The previous dealers acted like they were literally allergic to money. When I finally made it to this dealership it was like taking a breath of fresh air FINALLY. Once I test drove my Kona with Ultimate trim, the turbo engine made this subcompact crossover/SUV (in my opinion a lifted hatchback) thats fun to drive, has AWD for Northeast Ohio winters, has a moon roof and gets great gas mileage for those summer road trips, and has more safety features than you can shake a stick at. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this auto dealer to anyone that wants to purchase not just a Hyundai...but a quality vehicle from a trustworthy dealer.

Ive brought this car in sevetal timea. Dealer who aold vwhicle to me witnessed the issue yet, it still doea not exist apparently. Has asked ME to do the work to fix an issue on a brand new car i have not made a payment on yet. Typical Mentor service. No matter what you spend, new or old product, youre going to get screwed by the seller. Will never purchase from classic or Hyundai again. The service sucks.

Ive purchased 3 cars from classic auto group. 1st one got lemon lawed. 2nd one broke down 2 weeks after I got it. 3rd was brand new and only purchased there 10 yrs after the 2nd obecause of convenience. The location of the dealership made it easier to get it at Classic The salesman was great. Finance was....yeah nah. Service 2 weeks into the purchase as normal and its a brand new car. Service is the normal. They dont care, arent concerned, and probably dont know how to repair the issue.Seems par for the course for Classic Auto Group, complete with scratched up and dented loaner that smells like cigarette smokeNo fun to purchase here. Not at all. Filled with regret and worry now.

He was very patient, polite, and knows his inventory. Tomorrow and Im able to do all my running around while my car is in the shop. I love hyundai as a car but not all dealership have all the needs to make car repair convenient. I recently purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from Classic Hyundai in Mentor and was overall impressed with the car buying process. Classic made it fast, easy and overall a positive experience! I had gone in twice to test drive vehicles. Eric Lynch made both times enjoyable and really demonstrated his knowledge of the vehicles I was test driving. The entire test drive he talked about the features and even made me test drive the cars longer to get a better feel for the cars. What I really liked about Eric’s approach was that he asked where I was at in the car buying process and I never felt pressured into making a purchase. As the weeks went by, Eric checked in on my car buying process and was always respectful. When it finally came down to buying the car I was able to text Eric and see if they had what I wanted in inventory. He was quick and followed through when he said he would, which I really liked. I let him know that we’d be coming in after work and he had everything set up for me. Even when we needed a few minutes to talk things over, Eric stepped away and got me some more information about APR that made the car buying/negotiating process that much easier. After we had made a deal, the process was even faster. Everything was done digitally and it took no time at all to get through the entire process in less than 2 hrs of us walking in the door. I am so happy with my 2020 Hyundai Sante Fe! Thank you to the Classic Hyundai team and especially Eric Lynch! I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a car. He’s respectful, down to earth, knowledgeable about the vehicles and not your typical pushy car salesman.

I had my car breakdown on the side of the highway - I called up the service department and was given a shuttle immediately to the dealership. This was fantastic as I was stuck on the side of a busy highway with nobody to pick me up. I cant speak for the sales department, however Matt from the service department is phenomenal! Hes very prompt with updating of your vehicles repair status, and has a wealth of knowledge for any questions I had. He helped me get approval for the replacement of my engine, along with negotiating prices of repairs with Hyundai on my behalf. This has made my whole ordeal very stress free for me because I know they have my best interests in mind.

Edit- The dealership manager reached out to me personally and rectified the situation and made better on a frustrating experience.________________________________________________________________________I didnt want to have to leave a bad review as I have bought cars from Classic auto group in the past and had the best car buying experiences, but the this was by far my worst of any car purchase. My salesman was newer so I am not sure if I can blame him too much (when we asked a question he didnt know, he went to find the answer and he was very kind, however I expected much better from his sales manager Kyle. I originally went in to look at a CX-5 at Classic Mazda and was told they couldnt find the car anywhere, but had a very similar one. Brought it out and it was $1000 more. The car they couldnt find was certified which comes with a better warranty and great interest rate (some of my reasons for looking at it). Throughout the entire buying process of the more expensive vehicle, they had me under the impression it was certified. When Kyle came back to me, my approval for 4.9%, I asked why it was not approved for the certified rate of 2.9%. He said it was due to my credit score not being above 750, total lie. I have bought certified in the past with a much lower score. I absolutely cannot stand when someone makes something up because they do not know the answer. or they are just lying. after signing much paperwork and getting to the finance manager, it was only THEN when discussing warranty I find out that this car isnt even certified! THAT, not my credit, was why my interest rate was not 2.9% .This car also happened to be right next to Mazda at Classic Hyundai (they basically share a parking lot) and I didnt know this at the time, but only the certified car dealership can sell their car, so Mazda can only sell Mazda certified. Is this why the secret of the car not being certified, because you might not have sold it. I try to be an informed buyer, but we cannot possibly know everything. I had already signed so much I couldnt even get up the nerve to walkout. I truly like the car I got and and am ok with what I ended up paying for it, but did end up with a higher interest rate and basically no warranty. The not caring about being honest or just not caring about your customers is what got me. Classic was always my first stop for buying on a car, not anymore...

They are all very courteous, professional, quick to get me in when I have an issue, and are thorough with my car care. Theyre facilities are well maintained and comfortable which is important when you are waiting. I also felt very safe waiting during this pandemic. They provided masks if needed, hand sanitizers, and cleaned frequently.

Very very bad experience there just a few days ago my taillights blub melted into the sockets I was told I have to buy the whole taillight system for 288 dollars which reminds me the car is brought from this lot on Tyler Blvd in mentor Ohio me being me I done my own research and guess what Hyundai of Bedford was upfront real with me all which costed me 48 dollars plus tax you dont have to buy the whole unit watch out where you shop.

When I finally said yes, their rate was higher than my pre-approval!!! Also, make sure you check the paper work because my verbal agreement was not the same final written paperwork. I was very pleased with the services provided by this dealership, and with my new Elantra. The car has many features of a high end vehicle - without the high end vehicle price tag! The service department couldnt have been more efficient. I was able to get a next day appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. There was a bit of a wait, but it wasnt excessive, and the staff kept me informed of the progress they were making. Ive owned a lot of different vehicles, and had them serviced at different dealer ships. You can put them all together and they would not compare to the service that you get at Classic Hyundai, not to mention how comfortable the waiting room is. Coffee, water and fresh fruit. They make you fill like a you are somebody not just a number. I would like to take my hat off to Mark at the service desk. He went out of his way to make me satisfied with my service that was performed, everything was plainly explained to me as to what was going to be performed. I wanted some accessories add to my Santa Fe, they had to be ordered, (door guards and window wind deflectors) he kept me informed as to when the would be in. When the door guards were installed, they were not quite right, not that they installers did anything wrong. I did have some nicks on my door, that is why they did not look perfect. Mark showed them to me and said if I liked them he would not charge me the installation charge. I was not happy and neither was he. Mark said that he would reorder them and have their body shop install them. This time they came out perfect, I was really happy. Most other dealerships you would have to argue with them to make it right. Classic Hyundai you have a customer for life. Thank you.

Simply AMAZING! If you need a top of the line salesman who is low key,Classy and goes above and beyond go see Michael Lentine ! Wow from the first email to the wave goodbye just everything you ask for in a salesman. Made me feel like Great took his time i was just not a number. and Trust me this was not all an act this guy is great . The place is world class clean very nice safe great pick of cars tons of suv trims. The cost of the cars or suv are just right takes the pain out of getting a car. All the cars and suvs are great but the Tuscon woooow I love it

I really appreciate the service departments attention to detail. they rotated my tires and informed me of needing rear brakes. The price came in lower than quoted and they completed all the work while I waited. Really gives me piece of mind when driving my auto.
