Went to exchange a bad starter motor for a friends car the staff was awesome had the part in stock auto zone is good but you are rolling the dice on better to buy a new part not remanufactured you may have to do the same job twice within less than 6 months nothing against AutoZone I know they can get a bad batch of parts its not their fault its the distributor fault had many problems with free manufactured parts I know theyre cheaper than brand new but do you want to do the same job twice

Had a bad experience. Tried to get 2 rear hub bearings for my van. They had one in stock and said they could get the other one from a different store. Three days later they still didnt get it in. They claimed that the other store said they had one in stock but actually had none in stock. So they told me that they could get one direct from their distributor and it would be another two days. I ended up going to OReilly. Its sad that a auto parts store this big cant stock more than one bearing. Its even more sad that they dont know what they have in stock. Needless to say that auto zone completely failed me this time.

This is your typical Auto-zone Store. Shop here regularly. AutoZone in general has some check out process rethinking to do. It seems like their POS system is problematic. Always an issue when I’m there, maybe it’s just my luck. Maybe it’s operators error?

Both the women working were so helpful, (I needed help finding the right oil filter) she found it QUICK!! Wish I could mention names but I forgot. You know how it is. Anyways, please hire more people like them.

My daughter got a flat tire at the Kwik Trip next door to this AutoZone. The manager L stopped to help my daughter change her tire and taught her how to do it so she was able to put her new one on today! I don’t know what we would of done we live in hales corners and a tow truck would of been to expensive. She didn’t have to stop and help but she did. If we didn’t live so far I would be coming to this autozone. Very kind people

We bought headlights and when we were trying to put them in a manager came out on her break and saw us struggling and came over and installed both of them for us.

This store is always clean and organized, and there’s always someone willing to help. What sets this store apart is the level of intelligence, helpfulness and enthusiasm of those whom work here.We had an issue with our vehicle out of the blue last week. It has a couple issues my very auto-knowledgeable husband’s been repairing, but nothing earth shattering. But last week it started dying when we were at the nearby Costco and we limped it over to this AutoZone. After talking with Julian in the store, he came out to listen to the engine with my husband to troubleshoot the issue. The guy really knew his stuff, had great suggestions, and then said he wanted the other gentleman working there, Lee, for his opinion. So they tag-teamed it and Lee came out to have a listen. Another super smart and great guy. He had additional suggestions, all of which also made sense and just brightened my husband right up. He loves talking automotive with people that know their stuff, and both guys know their stuff. The issue we were having was incredibly weird, so we all agreed we were going to have to think on in a little and do some more research before proceeding.We were in the parking lot a few minutes alone. Suddenly Lee’s back outside at our driver’s side window. Even though he could’ve just been done with our issue, he instead went inside and looked on a forum we hadn’t come across, and said he was pretty certain he knew what the heck was going on. Sure enough, he was right. (And it really was a weird issue.) Julian came back out a final time to see and discuss it with my husband - he said he loves learning about new issues and solutions like this.Not only did both gentlemen go light years above and beyond, their level of respect for each other and us (including me, who knows about zero about cars) was so much more than what you’d ever expect anywhere. Not only that, their obvious love for what they do and their push to keep learning more was admirable. Thank you Julian and Lee for your help. We WILL be back.

Youre letting paying customers wait while youre answering phones. Im there to buy, phone callers are potential buyers. I get it but I will walk out and go to a different store ( not yours ) if most of youre workers are on the phone and theres buyers wasting their time in line

Kenny was awesome! I was running errands and needed a jump in a parking lot to get my car started. I assumed I needed a new battery. I took my van to Autozone. Kenny tested the battery to make sure that was the problem versus the starter. After I purchased the battery, he installed it free of charge. No cost for the testing either. Kenny was very courteous and friendly. I will definitely return to this store!

Employees are very helpful. My check engine light was on & they checked the codes for me free of charge. This is something that most garages will charge you $50 bucks to do.

Jake at this AutoZone went above and beyond by helping me select exactly the right product I needed for my car and then assisting me with details on installing it.I will definitely recommend this AutoZone to anyone and it is right off the freeway so its easy to find an access.

Mannnn when I say somebody mustve had a bad day there I mean it!! OKAY so I had a brand new box if brake shoes sitting in our basement with the receipt. We are moving and dont need it so I decided to return it for our money back. Honestly it was from 2012 soooo thats a stretch. But again it wasnt even open and I had the full receipt and everything. Took it back to the same location where I bought it. The men in there were SO rude to me. They had the biggest attitude. Telling me to keep the receipt and shoved it back into my face. They told me they cant do anything with it and couldnt help me out. I said what about store credit although I was really there to put it back onto my card. Then he got mad and tried it out ... The computer told him to give me a cash refund... So then he walked away from his register and told the other man to do it for me! Like I was such a burden or something. It wasnt just not anything I was the only one in there !! I was trying to work with them as much as possible but he just wasnt nice at all. He was the older one out of the two yet he acted like he was so inconvenienced as if he had better things to do! Honestly I cant stand employees with this attitude. The younger one didnt seem so happy to work with me either. But whatever. Not coming back here. Please work on customer service. I understand that it was old and I wouldve been okay if you were positive and tried to work with me if the refund wasnt an option. The way they handled it was very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. Wont work with you on anything, not interested in making the customer happy. They wont even do the things normal autozones do. Pitiful.

Came here for a battery test. Waited 15 min as there was only one person working the counter and he was with a customer when I arrived. No problem. After I had been waiting and another customer walked in, he finally asked for help at the counter. The woman who helped me was beyond rude and gave me nothing but attitude because she had to go outside in the cold. She also didnt know the battery was in the trunk of my car. Anywho, battery isnt charged all the way once she finally tests it but she says the alternator passes all the tests so it should be fine. My battery died literally the next day. Thanks AutoZone...

Whats worse than having an employee waiting on customers who is completely lost and cant operate the computer?Having a grouchy old man next to him who doesnt want to be there and shoes it plainly by crabbing at the customers.You got both at The Menomonee Falls Store. I have been shopping there for years. Even when I worked for Advanced Auto Parts. But no moreNot after being treated like I was the problem. There are plenty of other auto parts stores in Menomony Falls. Im sure I can find what I need elsewhere.
