Just bought the glass hookah amazing and I’ve been drooling over it for months

They are so friendly. I wanted to try a pre-roll and I wasn’t disappointed. I got the 7.99 pre-roll and it was worth it! They recommend what’s the best and give you an honest opinion about a product you’re curious about. Definitely a 10 out of 10 love the vibes when I walk in ☺️ 👍🏽

I literally just walked out of the place. Purchased Naked brand juice. I got back to my desk at work and cracked open the seal and lo and behold. The juice expired 6 months ago.I went back to the store after work and without a question the guy exchanged the juice for something else.A+ service. Very kind and helpful employees. Exceptional kratom selection and knowledgeable on their products. Ive been everywhere in town and this shop is above the rest....by far. Mike was exceptional with his customer service, I came in looking for a piece of glass with some pink accents on it, he gladly showed me all his selections and asked what i would be using it for so he could help me get the best piece for me. I picked one out and he immediately told me that he could probably do a discount due to the high priced item. Thanks mike for the great service and making me feel welcome in the shop. Also This is the only smoke shop that i go to, and will always be fine with driving out of my way to get to them. Them being opened until 11:50 is also a huge plus. Amazing selection and great prices!

Minute I walked in I was welcomed, got shown what I wanted and was impressed with how informative the manager was. The prices are very reasonable and I like to get what I want and I am out! Bought a vape for 22 dollars and in 1hr it didnt work and they wouldnt help me 2 vapes at 22 dollars a piece none worked 1he after I left thats 44 dollars and you wont help never go to this place

Large selection, lots of inventory. However, their kratom is so ridiculously overpriced, and not just compared to online prices. I tried a few of their brands, before finding other shops with better prices, and they are just so-so. Its nice to have them if you forgot to place an online order or other shops are closed which is why I do give them a couple stars. The Indian or Pakistani guy is helpful if you ask but doesnt bother you the whole time, which is nice.

Ive been a customer at this shop for quite a few months now and havent even thought about going back to any of the other head/smoke shops I used to frequent. This place has everything I need and offers it at better prices, plus the staff is by far the best in the area. I highly recommend for those who vape and/or consume some other popular alternative medicines.

Owner was very unpleasant. Came in looking for a coil and was treated to a lecture about how that doesnt make him any money, its only ten percent of what he does. Why do I need to be made to feel that I have somehow offended him by coming in to spend money? A smile and a sorry, we dont carry any of that anymore is too much to ask? Is my money not good enough? I get it if you dont want to carry vape products anymore, its a business decision. There really is no reason to be rude, especially when the customer was not rude to you.You dont believe me, check out his responses to any negative comments on this thread. Name calling? Really? Wow. Very unprofessional, very rude. Lots of head shops around that arent. I went two minutes up the road and got what I was looking for from two very helpful guys across the street from the bowling alley.This place is not friendly or professional, be warned.

This place is sort of a hit and miss. The guys that work there have always been super nice and helpful and really carry that place with their service. The shop itself, however, is a mixed bag of gas station hookah selections to top brand hookah selection, with everything being double the price youd pay online. I have come here often for my shisha needs, but would recommend shopping around (even online) for better prices, especially on the hookahs themselves.

They have a good selection of quality Kratom powder and capsules. The sticker prices are extremely over priced, especially when compared to other shops/online for the same product...Look into lowering/matching your prices and I’m sure you’ll bring in more customers!

Was looking for a specific specialty item the store clerk was new but found it for me to examine. Was a great personality and enjoyed the visit.

Love this place! Mike is awesome and does a really good job of letting you know that he will get to you as soon as possible when its busy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. All the haters must have been rude themselves to get any kind of rude behavior back because everytime I go in this store (weekly) I am always treated with the utmost kindness and courtesy. Iv been going to cloud nine for about 2-1/2 years now. I have a house in NY so I’m down in Melbourne maybe 1 time every 6 months for about 6 months, and when I leave and come back I’m always remembered and ALWAYS TREATED WITH CARE every time I walk in the door, the sticks and E cigs are at decent price, definitely cheaper then NY where I pay 13$ a pop vs 10, Mike recommended me a bidi stick, because they stopped selling EON stick and only had puffs, I unfortunately don’t like them do to only 5% nic instead of 6.2 or 6.8% nic. I have easily spent over 1000$ in tobacco and “tobacco” paraphernalia in this store in the last 2 years... I travel 15 mins from Eau Gallie passing 4-5 smoke shops every time just to go to cloud nine because that’s just how good the service is.... I’m assuming the people with the negative reviews just have no idea what they’re talking about or they expect gold to come inside everything they buy.... it’s life get over it and move on, no need to shame someone’s business all because “they don’t sell your coils” big deal. Move on... have a great day bye!!!... thank you cloud nine for always serving me and giving me great deals, here’s to many more in the future!

I come in after work (i do construction) the male owner i believe made me uncomfortable as to follow me around as if i was gonna steal something, every question i had he acted like i asked for a kidney when this stuff in non returnable....i would say to the owner be a little less judgemental, at the end of the day we deserve respect even if u dont care for our appearance.not every customers gonna be a 20 yr old girl with a charge card,we all deserve that respect...sonCould be a 4 star store if they did have 200% mark ups and more knowledgeable staff

I use to love this place, swore by it but I went to other smoke shops and cloud 9 is Definetly pricey, I would recommend Hammer head smoke shop, I went to 6 shops the other day looking for something and hammer head had all of them but at a lower price. Unfortunately I have lost my faith in this stores prices. I can not speak for their e liquid as I have never purchased it, but the pipes and water pipes, scales, grinders, that kind of stuff is over priced. They are friendly, nice, and open a lot more than other places but their prices are too high for me. I am willing to drive the extra distance to hammer head.

Stopped by there because I needed a lighter and I was just filling up at the gas station next door. OMG, drug paraphernalia on every wall and tweakers as far as the eye could see. Why do these places exist. As if we dont enough of a drug problem here.

Yall must be smoking too much weed. I went there, had great service, their liquid and the ability to mix is awesome, and I cant say anything about prices because I personally dont spend money to smoke. Its called a blunt, lovely liquid for my vape from here, and good friends. Stop being critics.

First, I was surprised they were open until midnight. Second, I was surprised they had some great juice inside. Being so far from home, I was worried I wouldnt find a good spot to fill my vape tank. Those worries subsided when I went in and saw a big, clean, fully stocked store.

Well it all depends on what kind of person you are if your a pot smoker its the place to be plus they got Vapes and hookahs and books and music so its a nice place highly recommend

Awesome container service ! I am on vacation, I ran out of juice so I came here to get Jam Monster. Well as soon as I got in my car and went to fill my juice, the lid popped off and poured my juice everywhere ! I went back and told Mike what happened and he gave me a brand new bottle :) thank you mike!

Bought my hookah tobacco here. The blond woman allowed me to sort through and smell all the tobacco untill I found what I wanted. She was very kind to me and never rude. The tobacco may be a LITTLE over priced, but its the closest place to me and with gas prices being what they are Ill take it!

Spent over 100$ on cbd products at cloud nine i was told that all the products were very potent from employee. I then ingested all 105$ of products in less then 5 min. There was no effects what so ever. I recommend staying away from any edible products these low life scammers have to offer

I purchased some kratom pills, the company who manufactured. Or distributed them doesnt exist...two different companies, two different kinds. It was not kratom, and if it was, they mixed something in it. We are use kratom daily and have for years. These products made us short of breathe, extreme cramping, stomach pain, and not a kratom buzz of any kind. Avoid this place like the plague for anything you consume. They should be shut down!!!

Ive been to the rockledge store many times and received great service, along with a nice selection, the Melbourne shop on the other hand is completely different, yes its bigger and has more product, but the service alone ranks this shop at below one star, the fat blonde lady that works there is extremely rude and horrible at customer service, the owners are clearly there for just hookah, which is fine enough but dont know much about any of the other products..so in conclusion if your in rockledge, stop by the one there, if your in Melbourne, there are plenty of other shops with much better service and carry much better brands of kratom, blue lotus, kava, and cbt ..and much cheaper on all other products but if you enjoy spending more money on pipes, herbs and everything else with bad service than cloud nine Melbourne is the place for you (again my experience was with the fat blonde lady, no idea on other employees besides an owner)

This place is a joke. Ive been going here for a while knowing that their stuff is cheap (which means its trash) I went in the other day and a lady sold me new EVOD VV adjustable voltage battery and it didnt work. So she shaped it out and it worked for two days. The coils you but for your ecigs or vapes are fake Chinese GARBAGE. I used to come back 3 times a week to get a new coil not being educated enough that they should last at least a couple weeks. This place shouldnt even deserve 1 star. A bunch of burn out idiots.

I was very disappointed. I went in to purchase OPMS Kratom and bought a 2 capsule pack of the gold extract. As soon as I opened the package I knew that the capsuled were fakes. The powder was a different color and was more granular than the real OPMS. Also the capsules did not have the purple OPMS logo on the capsules. Real OPMS capsuled should have a holographic stamp on the package and the purple logo stamped directly on the capsule. I will never shop there again. Who knows what other products are being counterfeited.
