Very nice Bed Bath and Beyond. Friendly customer service, well stocked and an overall great experience. We found what we needed and was on our way. This location is off of I95 in the Avenue outdoor mall area. Plenty of parking when we went on a weekday morning.

Pretty sure one of the employees stole my ray bans. The store was nearly empty and I sat them down on the counter when I went to pay. Forgot to pick them up when I left checkout (where I left them, in clear view and within reach of the person working). I exit the store and immediately noticed they weren’t in my hand. I turn back around and walk inside, lady at the counter was clueless. Of course I left my name and number but I knew they were gone. And I’m 99% sure it was a member of the staff.

Lots of clearance available in different departments. I like the quality of items here. Their ironing boards dont have the dangerous sliding rod mechanism but rather the locking ratchet on the bottom si they wont collapse unexpectedly. Have to deduct one star because the womens bathroom really needs to be remodeled and at least one of the toilets doesnt flush correctly. Employees were great though... whenever we passed one, we were asked if we needed help finding something.

Need a new supervisor or lead.. I felt so sad for two employees who were behind the counter tonight. I stopped in to buy an air fryer for my wife and as I was walking into the store I hear the Supervisor telling the two adult ladies that she does pay them to have conversations behind the counter. What?? I did not know I ran into the owner or major stockholder of Bed Bath and Beyond. I sure this was incredibly motivating to these two adults... Not even kids .. All three of them were in the +40 crowd. RESPECT... I went to Kohls to do my shopping... June 9th, 2021 at 8:30.. Corporate you can figure this one out. I dont think this person represents your core values or vision. Yes customers do notice. Note that all my experiences at this store have been good prior to today...

Great store. First time in a BB&B. A Very helpful young lady helped me. My item was an on-line item. She ordered it for me. I paid for it there and it shipped Free to my house. I will definitely shop there again.

I just checked out with Valerie, and I brought the wrong coupon (I didnt bring the 20% off coupon). But it was obviously a mailed coupon that goes to my house regularly. I asked if she could go ahead and give me the 20%, but she told me no, but that I could come back and return it if I wanted. Not very friendly.

Great products but holy cow management seem to have no respect for their co workers and customers. There’s a time and place for everything. Management needs to be and do better.... I would much rather drive the extra miles to not feel uncomfortable with conversations between team members and management.

Always helpful and when the last item we wanted had been sold that morning they checked other stores, to no avail. Then offered to order it on line and have it shipped to our house.

I went in to Christmas Shop and the store was clean. The staff was attentive and the line moved at a decent speed.

I can always get my coffee filters there and my choice of variety coffee pods in large packages. Great sales on items when they have sales and the ability to use multiple coupons. Great towels and sheets. Seems like candles are always on sale. And now that fall is here even better. Clean bathrooms. The aisles are clear to get thru and little squares off to the side that you can turn into to look at things and get out of the way. Ample parking. Staff is helpful. Great quality products.

I bought a mattress topper. I got a very good deal on it. I cant wait to sleep on it.

How can you go wrong at BBB? Their coupons dont expire!!! The staff is ALWAYS kind & helpful & there are more gadgets than you can imagine for house & home!! Their clearance items are pretty decent, but the end of summer & ALL major holidays? You can get great bargains & STILL use the coupons. For me? Some of their prices are not in my budget, but youre sure to find some good items.Btw? The BBB in Melbourne is beginning to phase out price tags on individual items. Dont know if this is for all stores. No worries though they will still have the tags attached to the shelf for individual items in that grouping.

Have shopped BB&B in other locations which were enjoyable, but from the moment I walked in to this location I was greeted with joy and enthusiasm. The young lady at the register greeted me with a hardy hello. As I moved through the store I met a young man who asked how I was doing and if he could help. When I thanked him and asked how he was he informed me he wasfantastic. These people helped me have a better day. Thanks.

Like to stop in from time to time to see what they have...never disappointed..found a great rug for my bathroom...and my friend I was with did too...plus some other goodies.

You can find deals here. But, you have to look. Some items seem overly expensive. So, the deals depend on what you are looking for.

The day I was there they had no open checkouts. Everyone had to checkout at customer service. I was purchasing items so I had to wait in line with those people doing adjustments and returning items. Dont know if this is something new. Its getting annoying having to use self service checkouts or waiting in long lines because some stores only have one cashier or no open checkouts. The atmosphere is pleasant and the employees generally helpful. Their merchandise is a little on the expensive side so dont know why they cant hire more people up front.

Caters to Upper Middle Class shoppers as is reflected in their prices. But as they are conveniently located within that market, they should be fine. Let it be noted that they carry not one single item whose exact copy can be purchased for less online. In a hurry? Expendable income? Go for it. Otherwise, another brick and mortar store trying to cover the rent in a pricey locale, plus staff...etc. You pay for that also.

Looking for an unusual item. The staff person escorted me right to my purchase. He did far better than its on aisle 5. Saved me a lot of time.

I found some beautiful things. I will say the store could be more organized I could barely get around with stuff all over the floor and cashier was snobby and took forever ringing me up and halfway thru ringing up my items she left to go help a customer find something. If I didnt love what I was trying to buy I would have just left.

Because of their return policy its one of the best places to buy anything of quality. If for any reason you are not happy you can return it. Even if I can find an item cheaper somewhere else if Im expecting to have it any amount of time Ill pay more to get it from here.

Its rather crowded, almost as if they tried to cram everything in (even though its a pretty big size), and not my favorite store. They do sell the best hangers out of any place I know - It might sound weird but Im pick about my hangers. It can be challenging to Maneuver around people, and the employees can be judgement for no reason.

Im shocked at how poorly I was just treated. My Dyson animal 2 vacuum I bought a few months ago from here stopped working. I called the store so I could see if they could find my order, if I could get a replacement, if I was under warranty and if they even had any in stock. A woman answered the phone and as I got about ten seconds in to asking her these questions she cut me off to tell me she was putting me on hold. A couple minutes later she comes back and just goes hello? I said hi I was trying to find out if my Dyson that stopped working..... she cut me off and goes, come in and we can check for it on your credit card, okay? . I said okay I was with my husband at the time I bought it and Im not sure if it..... was cut off again and told yeah we can check your credit card when you come in, okay? so I just said uhh okay. And she hung up. Im Handicap and so had to have my teenage daughter load up the vacuum and accessories for me. We drove 25 minutes to the store, unloaded the vacuum and get to the counter to be asked, is it over 90 days? I said Im not sure its probably a little longer than that but I just called and was told to bring it in. Kiersten then called a manager who goes yeah sorry our policy changed do you know who you spoke to on the phone? unfortunately In between her abrupt answer and putting me on hold then cutting me off, I didnt get her name. So he said there was nothing he could do other than give me dysons number. So my daughter loaded the vacuum back up in our car.This was the worst phone manners and customer service I have ever experienced. Especially for buying a 500 vacuum a few months ago from them. Shame on you guys.
