What a nightmare! Ordered and paid 50% on 10/05/21for new kitchen appliances for a condo I am preparing to sell. Paid second half and was told they would be delivered Friday, 10/22/21. That morning I was called saying they screwed up and deliveries were not available to Sebastian on Fridays. Was told they would not be delivered till next Thursday 10/28/21. I said I wanted first delivery of day, so realtors photographer could take photos of condo. I missed a Delta flight that was nonrefundable so I could get appliances. After waiting all day in an empty condo, delivery came at 7:00p.m. Stove was missing and dishwasher was damaged! Promised they would be delivered first thing in the morning. 7:50am, Guy Ruscillo called and said delivery guys did not show up for work and I would not be getting my appliances until Saturday. If I do not get them tomorrow morning I will be charging back this order on my credit card. I will add manager Trace was unprofessional and rude!

I bought a new Whirlpool refrigerator a week ago and paid $2,700 brand new, they delivered outside the box no an inside the box like I was expected has some dents, I refused to take the refrigerator called the Manager, they offer me $100 credit or a new one, my mistake to accept the $100 credit and today I am still waiting for the right response, I see other reviews now with the same issues related with the $100 credit and its said quote call for your credit now one of the door not even close normal you have to closed well, i contacted Whirlpool for this, I open a case, first time getting appliance with this business,, even the way that they advertised their stuff getting you in the way to trust and delivery in a way like we the consumer arent important or care about when you buy merchandise even you spent more in other appliances like a range and a microwave the same day and also to mention not wear mask when delivery not showing respect to customers. Very disappointed.

Where so I start… from start to finish the BEST experience I’ve had hands down anywhere. This isn’t my first appliance purchase and won’t be my last! Responsive, understanding, and solving issues that frankly weren’t theirs to correct and did for us! Brought out a brand new dishwasher in two days, after we got a lemon from kitchen aid. They didn’t make us wait to get right back to us and solve the problem. Without their professionalism and understanding I would have been out of a dishwasher for months waiting on the kitchen aid warranty company to finally fix it! The BEST experience with delivery and the delivery and installation people! So professional, funny, and kind!

Got the runaround for many months as to why the refrigerator wasn’t available even though the delivery date was 2/16. All they got was excuse after excuse for 6 months. When asked what they would do to compensate the situation, they got a BIG “sorry.” 🤷‍♂️ I suspect since my in-laws are senior citizens Appliance Direct feels they can just push them around without repercussion.In today’s retail environment this kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. There are many options to purchase appliances these days. My hope is that either they are compensated a 10% refund for their trouble or that I can prevent this from happening to someone else.#BuyerBeware

Our GE microwave failed. It was part of a 20 year old microwave-over-oven appliance, so we had to replace the whole thing. Our repairman recommended Appliance Direct, so we went there. They had an exact replacement size-wise. It was a scratch and dent Whirlpool, but the only scratch and dent was a tiny bend in one corner that was only visible if you already knew it was there. The price was discounted many hundreds of dollars, the sales staff was very low key, helpful, and pleasant, and the installation crew arrived to-the-minute, and were likewise competent, friendly, and helpful. Our new appliance works great!

Came down from Oho to help my 83 year old mother with somethings. She mention her 13 year Refrigerator is acting up. She always bought her appliance from Appliance direct so we went there. Trace was great at showing us new in the box as well as out of the ones. I wanted to get one and have it installed before I leave. It was arranged to be here on Wednesday. I was suppose to get a call in the morning with approx. time. I had not heard anything so at 9am I called the store but no-one answered the phone. I called back at 10am. The person on the phone looked up my order and told me I was on the list for the 2nd pickups for the day and It will be here in the afternoon. I called back at noon and was told by the assistant manager that we were not on the afternoon list and will not be getting our Refrigerator. I was told they called in the morning and no-one answered the phone. We had some heated words because I called to check my order, I was told it will be delivered this afternoon(so I personally confirmed I would be waiting for it at that point in time) and because I did not talk to the Assistant Manager we were not on the list due to the no answer call in the morning (which turned out to because the last 2 numbers on the order got flipped but even so I called in to confirmed). I told him I want to take care of this before I leave and can you have them drive the 10 miles to deliver in at the end of the day. I was told rudely they deliveries are done for the day. This made no sense since I been tole many times they were making afternoon deliveries and it is noon. I call the Store Manager Trace. He made a call and told me they would deliver it today. Then I get a call a few hours later and was told they will not deliver today. Now my 83 year old mother has to handle this on her own.

I have had to buy numerous appliances from appliance direct and they have always been extremely helpful courteous and a delighted deal with. Managing vacation rentals they have the best prices and if not had any problems with any of the appliances I have purchased over the years. Highly recommend them.

We recently purchased a washer and dryer from Appliance Direct and they will not turn on. I called and explained our situation and asked if we could exchange them or have someone from their shop come and take a look. They stated since they didnt deliver the appliances, there wasnt anything they could do to help. We now have to wait 2 weeks for an appliance repair company to come out and fix them.

We picked out a refrigerator on Wednesday and when they called this morning and texted pictures it was not the same refrigerator. I went up there and still wound up with the refrigerator, but the manager Trace was able to fix our issues. I recently purchased a new fridge from Appliance Direct and discovered it did not work after plugging it in at home. Freezer and fridge wouldn’t come up to temp and the water dispenser and ice machine weren’t functioning.Contacted them about it and they arranged for some techs from a third party service to come do maintenance on the fridge. After weeks of waiting on parts and two separate visits from technicians I still have a broken fridge two months later.Appliance Direct has been very difficult to contact during this time and is still stringing me along about fixing this problem. Stay far away their customer service is atrocious.

Even got it delivered in 5 days!(with a Holiday in that time frame). I have never been so disappointed in my buying experience then with them the doors on the refrigerator open the wrong way. I have been trying to get them to change them for two weeks. They never even answer the phone. I finally contacted the delivery people to see what they could do. I still haven’t heard anything. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Appliance Direct at Melbourne had a large selection of appliances. We were looking for a refrigerator and many other places had no, low, or delayed supply for stainless steel refrigerators. While we were open to nonstainless versus a lengthy period of no fridge, we were able to find a nice whirlpool that was brand new, still in the box, for $900 less than Lowes/Home Depot. It was also great to be able to pick a day further out for delivery where we believed we would be in our home as we kept getting delayed. All the workers greeted us as we walked around the store. Darren was great at helping us out! Already recommended some friends and family to check them out, especially with everything going on.

Appliance Direct is the best place to get appliances at the very best prices! This is always the first place I go whenever I’m in need. The service is top notch! Very honest and helpful employees and sales staff. I 100% recommend going to Trace if he is available. I always tell my friends and family how much he has helped me over time. Plus, the store is usually stocked well in order to get whatever you need the same day if not that week.

We would not purchase from Appliance Direct again. First issue: Picked out Washer/Dryer set that had a few scratches on it. When delivered it was scratched from head to toe. When we called to address the issue, the customer service was disappointing and we were told there was nothing they would do about it. So we are stuck ordering new parts from other appliance stores to aid in the look of the appliances (we would of NEVER bought them all scratched up... a few tiny scratches to get them right away, yes)Second issue: When delivered, the dryer wasn’t set up because the dryer vent was not the same size as the dryer (normal issue as they aren’t standard, but it’s a small ring that makes them fit). Again, told us it’s our problem to go to Lowe’s, get the part and set it up. Once we got the part, set it up, there is no heat coming from the dryer. Called Appliance Direct, said we have to call Samsung ourselves and have it addressed. Well we are going on a month now with our “New” washer and dryer and still can’t use it.Take away: Just go somewhere else and get appliances, even if they take longer to be in stock and delivered!!!

Just bought all new appliances for my new home. The builder suggested Home depot because they would give a package deal. I picked everything out and an employee printed the SKU numbers for everything to give to the builder. The builder went to purchase everything the next day and most appliances were either unavailable or out of stock. They did not offer any package deal.Buying from Appliance Direct saved me over$600. Versus Home Depot, and the appliances were in stock. All brand new in the box. And a package deal. This is the third time shopping at appliance direct and saving money! I was immediately greeted by a very friendly gentleman whose name is Guy Ruscillo. When leaving I noticed a washing machine like I had seen in Lowe’s at a much lower price so ended up buying it too.With all the shortages and delays due to COVID, I left feeling relieved that I found everything I needed and would actually have them in my home in just a couple days and very happy that I saved money with their great prices! Customer service was top notch!!My appliances were delivered three days after my purchase so I waited to include the delivery experience in this review. Coastal Delivery is the delivery company used by Appliance Direct. They called early the morning of delivery and provided the 3-4 hr. delivery window. The driver calls about 30 min prior to inform you that they are in route to you. The two delivery guys were Mason and Marquise and they were very polite, quick and careful unpacking and getting the 3 appliances in their proper place which requires extra work removing and replacing the door handles on the refrigerator. I really liked the fact that they checked to make sure the refrigerator and washing machine were working properly and took all the packing materials with them leaving no trash behind.

Not the best experience, but the best prices; however, I was sold a dishwasher that I was told had a SS lining on the door to reduce sound...after installed (buy my own plumber) found that in fact it was plastic and not SS(looked SS) so I can hear it — is not a quiet wash, etc. AND the company that delivers for them tells me they are neither plumbers or electricians and could not install my dishwasher🤷‍♀️. And the filter for my fridge — I was told what to purchase by my salesman, he was kind enough to looked it up on the internet and showed me exactly what to purchase at Lowe’s...this was not correct....so basically I had to hire my dishwasher installation and exchange my filter. AND I had to call before they refunded my installation cost or I believe I would not have seen the refund.

They were nice at first gave me a price on refrigerator that’s been in the store for at least four years the price was 1300 didn’t make it that week call back next week the price went up to 1500 he said The cost went up when it was sitting there for five years I tried to talk with him the manager but he didn’t wanna talk about it he said it is what it is take it or leave it so I realy needed a fridge that holds my wooden panels so I bought it.when I got home it was missing pieces. Prices higher than i thought. Cheapest dishwasher i found $377.00. Off brand. It will cost over $135 to deliver and install. (LESS THAN 5 MILES) Plus $20 install kit. First time looking so not sure yet.

The sales people were anxious to take my money, but when I had issues, they were very uninterested is speaking with me. They did not inform me of their “absolutely no return policy” until I returned and asked if I could return it for an upgrade. I then asked for a written copy of their policy and was informed it was not in writing. I find that rather unbelievable and highly unprofessional. I made a hasty decision in my purchase. That was not their fault. Their attitude upon my questioning about options was rude. I will not purchase from them again.

I bought a Samsung washer and dryer, front load, in the beginning of February. I did not move into my new home until the end of February so I didn’t try the dryer until then. It gave me an error code of DC, which I later found out has to do with the door not locking. I also noticed a wire hanging down inside the dryer. I called appliance direct when I discovered the issue and they said someone will call me in a day or so. It’s been 10 days now and multiple calls with no resolution. They are farming me off on a servicing company through the extended warranty but they can’t come out for 2 1/2 weeks. I called Appliance direct again and the corporate manager said someone will cal me. The run around is horrible here. I have been in sales and service my entire career. This place is not worth saving the few hundred I saved in dollars since I’m paying for it in time and hassle. Buyer beware.

I have purchased many appliances and spent $1000s at Appliance Direct over the last 15 years since Im a property manager and manage about 90 rental properties in Brevard County. On August 25th, I purchased & paid for brand new 28 Stainless Steel Whirlpool Refrigerator for a property that I manage. The refrigerator was delivered on August 28th, the occupant who is an older lady received the refrigerator and told me that day that the refrigerator has a dent in the middle of the freezer door. So, I called & stopped by Appliance Direct that day asking what can be done. I was told the door can be replaced or we can receive a $100.00 refund. I asked that the door to be replaced and the store manager agreed to replace the door. I was told that someone will be out there to replace the door the next day on August 29th but when they called on Saturday to confirm with the occupant they told her that she could receive a $100.00 refund which she said ok not understanding whats going on. The week of August 31st she also told me that it was missing shelf rail which I wasn’t too concerned about.Between Aug 28 & Sept 22 I have called & stopped by Appliance Direct 8 times requesting a new refrigerator door. I paid for the refrigerator but since the old lady that lives in the property said she would take the $100.00 credit, there was nothing that the salespeople can do. I was told on Sept 22 that I can go buy a new refrigerator door which cost around $400-500 because they could no longer replace the door because too much time has gone by even though I have been asking for a new door since Aug 28th when the refrigerator was delivered. When I search Whirlpool website a new door cost $700 & $42 door rail. All I have been asking for is a new freezer door!

Very friendly staff gave dimensions of refrigerators space and pointed me to the ones that would fit had numerous choices so was not limited by 1 or 2. They took out old fridge and put it in the new one. Definitely worth the money.

If I could rate this class I would. Went to buy a washing Machine period of the sales been were just sitting Talking to each other. There were no other customers. The service was abysmal. They acted as if you were interrupting them. When interaction did finally happened the salesman acted as if he was inconvenienced and was doing you a favor. I would not recommend this organization Whatsoever. The products they offered with the same as anywhere else at even a more expensive price plus they cured for delivery when competitors such as Best Buy lowes home depot do Not ! The sales staff were great took time to answer all my questions. The delivery staff I can’t say the same. When we explained this was new construction and I needed them to be as careful as possible the y basically said we can’t guarantee that. The did not center or level the stove my builder had to do it . I am really happy with the appliances but some customer service training for the delivery team is needed

Ive been using appliance direct for several years and have never been unhappy. When the left my dish washer and range...whirlpool, I was less than happy. My range is off balance and I will have to get someone to balance.My Samsung dryer, on th other hand seems to be perfect.

Found a great Maytag washer dryer combo, much lower price than the big box stores. Lots of units were in stock and delivery was prompt, my only complaint is that appliance direct salespeople need to check and see what type of washer/dryer is being replaced because if it is a stacked unit, two delivery people are needed. So that caused a minor hiccup with our delivery but we got some great appliances with extended warranties at great prices and I will be happy to use Appliance Direct again.

Our fridge quit on us Sunday evening, and after looking at a few units we were able to get a new whirlpool delivered midday Wednesday after ordering Tuesday. Friendly helpful staff and delivery guys were very courteous and considerate to ensure everything was installed and positioned just right. Also the pricing was literally several hundred dollars less than big box hardware and appliance stores. Unfortunately made the mistake buying new refrigerator from Appliance Direct. Had 2 months not keeping correct temperature. Called told me had to call warantee. Did my claim for repair they tell me 2 and half weeks ? That seems a bit unacceptable.Called Appliance Direct back they really had not interest in it and helping at all. I said what is your return policy salesman said once you use it it is yours then Thank you bye Then hung upI really like supporting small business locally but this is a prime example of bad customer service.Even from the beginning serting up delivery was a hassle as they sub contract out and claim they have no control.

What I was looking for and the price range. He directed me to the washer of my dreams. He’s the best. Its definitely not what it used to be. There is a small selection of appliances to choose from. There was a time when the selection was plentiful, now its just meh.

I had a great experience with Appliance Direct. They had everything in stock and ready to deliver. The installation went great. I would definitely recommend them.

I was looking for a recently discontinued range and found it at Appliance Direct! I messaged them on their website and immediately heard back from Trace! He sent several photos and answered all my questions promptly. When I arrived at the store, he informed me about all of the features, the warranty and the delivery process. No high pressure sales. Appliance Direct is great! We went and picked out a new washer and dryer and Trace was super helpful and answered all my questions and helped us picked the right models. I called the Appliance Direct on Osceola Pkwy and they told me to watch a utube video to learn how to operate the Washer and no help from the store on Osceola ParkwayI was also charged 80.00 Cash for delivery and nothing was accepted but Cash.I paid it What else could I do.Now no one will help me with this Washer thats not working properly I was told to email Maytag warranty Company direcy.

I went there a few weeks ago looking for an entire kitchen appliance package. When I walked through the door two guys were chatting behind the counter. I asked them if they had cook tops, they replied no we would have to order them. My wife and I continued to browse the store to look at the other planned purchases and we found two cook tops. At this point the two guys continued to chat and not assist us. We decided to leave since there was zero customer service. Horrible customer service... I ended up going elsewhere spending 8k.

My daughter bought a brand new refrigerator towards the end of Nov. 2020. In the box NOT the Scratch and Dent. The larger bin of the door the white trim to reinforce the clear part is off the clear plastic. To make a long story short. The manager claims he ordered it, I even got an email the bin will arrive Jan. 19, 2021. I waited a WK past that date to make sure it arrived nothing yet. We spent a lot of money there almost $2900.00 between the fridge and washer. Here we are almost the end of Feb. 2021 and its 3 months gone by. I might have to get in touch with BBB and Consumer Protection agency.

Gor husleted into buying a Rerfigerator that was too small. I called back and asked if I could trade up to a larger size after less than a week old at my house. And I,was told they dont take used Refigetators. I wont be going back there again
