Extremely unhelpful and expensive. Yet not as expensive as UPS. If you need to ship anything go to the local post office. Their customer service people are very unhelpful and rather rude

Ive been waiting for an important package that has had no delivery date for almost two weeks. It finally showed up yesterday. I found it four hours after it was delivered on my front porch. After looking at my security camera footage the driver didn’t even come onto my porch he just threw it there from my front steps and then turned around and left. Didn’t even bother to knock on the door. Thanks a lot FedEx for carrying so much about the packages you deliver. The guy in the video needs some more training on how to treat other people property

I think fedex really needs people who know what they are doing because my package on the wrong truck 3 different times. And even though I called them many times and they still couldn’t get it on the right truck and when it finally hit my city it some how made it still to a truck that when to a different location 5 hours away, then fedex called me and say it will be back here next day and now it will not be here until Wednesday and not I will not be able to go home to see my kids and my wife for Christmas and know I have to wait to get my part installed because that is my package. Wow they sure know how to treat a vet that has been deployed for over a year and has not see his wife and kids. Very disappointed In fedex that can’t do anything right at all.

I love FedEx! The people were really cool and enjoyed my London FedEx story. We were playing overseas and expecting a shipment of strings, drum heads and supplies. They never arrived so we left the venue and were headed down the freeway. We noticed a FedEx truck headed the other way honking and flashing his lights. We pulled over to the side after he made a U turn on a large freeway. He caught up to us and said he saw the band logo on the bus. He told me that the plane was late due to weather and he did his best to deliver on time. I gave him 50 euros cash and have used FedEx ever since. That was a long time ago. Ive never been disappointed.

Left instructions for delivery and they were ignored twice.A package that was tracked to fed ex location sat there for four days because you hire employees who cant read. I mean I know its southern Oregon and all. But if you can obtain a drivers licence...then why cant you read shipping instructions. Thanks for answering your phones promtly. But no thanks to the false promises aka lies about delivering my package the next day. I live in the same hemisphere so I dont think there should be any confusion or different interpretation in regards to what next day delivery means. These guys are the kings of the quick delivery business. I also really like tracking option which tells me exactly when the package I sent was delivered and whom signed the acceptance. Our Government needs to hire some of the Fedex executives to run our postal system...

Real nice folks here. The airport seems a little out of the way, until you realize theres no traffic.

Usually get an important meds shipment at 10:30am...Waited all day for this shipment had an important Doctors appointment same day. Very disappointed in the service! Wish the company shipping the meds would use U.P.S. Way better service!

Great service

Ordered some car parts, the site messed up on my address. I fixed it right away. Well the package was in transit when the problem was fixed (which was only the apartment number). They had my parts to be delivered. Now I am waiting another three days. Wouldnt be a big deal if it wasnt the fact that its the only car we have for four adults (which three work) and I am disabled. The baby cant nor I even get to the doctor!

Who would have thought a place next to an airport terminal is easy to get to, but this is. Nice people, got things taken care of quickly.

I agree with Ted on the other review. I have had to order next day supplies for my business and on many occasions it took two or more days. It totally messed up my schedule and inconvenienced MANY people!!! I spoke with some folks who know and it seems management is pissy because some drivers were getting too much overtime so they have hired some alternative shipping companies who dont give a rusty rat roar if you get your order or not... Call and complain to management!

Was getting some papers ready to ship in my car with my windows closed and the manager came out to the parking lot and started asking me why i was in my car ... Very rude. Will never go here again
