You know when you opt to be a UPS DROP OFF LOCATION and a customer comes into pick up a UPS PACKAGE it be REALLY GREAT if you actually looked for the package that said IT WAS DELIVERED instead of saying I dont know what to tell you its not here take it up with UPS and then I waste time calling UPS only for them to tell me yes it was definitely DELIVERED then waste more time to go back in and tell them yes it was delivered and can you please LOOK FOR IT and to get major DRAMA from the cashier JUNE that could care less about customer service and OH LOOK THERE YOU DO HAVE MY PACKAGE YOU JUST DIDNT BOTHER TO ACTUALLY LOOK FOR IT JUNE! DO YOU JOB BETTER JUNE! Dont worry I wont bother using CVS for UPS delivery anymore because this happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.Ill stick with WALGREENS FOR MY OTHER PHARMACY NEEDS AS WELL UNTIL MANAGEMENT KNOWS HOW TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF.

I like this store better then most drug stores. the pharmacy is a lot faster then the other big ones here in town, some of the people in the pharmacy could use some manners.

Most poorly stocked store Ive ever been too. I do Instacart and went in to shop over a $100 order. Left with $48 worth of merchandise. Third time out of 3 that this has been the situation. No help from the staff finding items either. Whats up with the ice cream freezer? For the last 2 months Ive instacarted, theres a huge block of ice coming down from the roof of the inside of the freezer and many of the ice cream containers are frozen together in a large block of ice. Ive quit doing CVS shops because my earnings take too much of a hit when out of stock items reduce them to a few bucks. I dont need the helps attitude either.

If I could give a lower than 1 star rating I would. I have never been treated so disrespectfully over the phone before. I was attempting to pay for my senior citizen Mother-in-laws prescription over the phone because I live 200 miles away. I was told it was fraud! It was theft! Are they crazy???? This is my card! When I inquired how my family member was supposed to get her prescription, I was told, and I quote I dont know - It isnt my problem! I want to complain to the insurance company that forces her to use CVS! All of the staff should be fired or at the very least have to take customer service training! I dont ever use this phrase, but I HATE this location!

Employees look you right in the face as you walk in the door with no welcoming. Walk right past you and not even spare a smile. The only nice one is the younger girl who works registers. No nametags are worn so I couldn’t tell you her name.

I have paid several times with my phone and now they wouldn’t let me. I was standing in line and the lady says “I can’t help you but I can help the gentleman behind you”. I then continue to talk to her while the pharmacist was yelling at me behind her. I simply state that I can’t pay any other way and the pharmacist says “well since we can’t help you here take your business to Walgreens”. Very disrespectful staff, I don’t recommend ever using this place for prescription meds. Never have I felt so disrespected in my life. Very disappointed in the customer service. I will be taking my business else where, & will be telling everyone I associate with that this is not the place to send your prescriptions.

Good selection, but dont take too long to decide on your Whiskey! Youll have an employee hovering around you and call for someone else to watch the cameras... Never before have I been stared at and blatantly harassed for being in a store for 10 minutes.

Insane how these pharmacists behave they treat people like garbage.... disgusting how they behave and treat people and get away with it!!! I made the pharmacists mad by saying a Cuss word (last I checked I’m an adult and yes it was in bad taste BUT I am allowed to say and feel however I want to especially with the situation I was dealing with!!) so she decided my $2.00 off cvs coupon didn’t match my cvs card And didn’t let me use it NO big deal so I pay for 1 of the 3 prescriptions that I was supposed to be picking up and my printer paper and walk out then I decided to go back in buy the same paper but not at her register and wouldn’t you just know that magically my card information suddenly matched my $2.00 off coupon!!!! PETTYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!! These pharmacists treat everyone that walks in there like druggies looking for a fix the only medication my mom needed was a box of shots to prevent blood clots being as she just had a 12.5 surgery and is supposed to be on them for 30 days!!! And I wasn’t even irritated at the pharmacists because it had nothing to do with her which I said 50 times it’s the insurance company that wasn’t letting me pick it up... some people just get soooo power hungry!!! The Pharmacists at CVS are PETTY!!!! They don’t deserve the 1 ⭐️ I had to give them to leave a review!!!! I shouldn’t of said a cuss word but maybe she should think about the irritation and circles we have had to go through with my moms insurance company to get her the care she needed... maybe try to think about why someone is needing medicine... maybe have some empathy for someone who is sick or taking care of a sick loved one!!! #getthesepeopleempathytraining!!

Their prices are ridiculous for things in store other than medication, Ive had rude staff experiences and such. Much prefer walgreens.

They are fast and courteous to a fault love tget

If you’re in the mood to have rude employees who lock the door before 10pm, this is the place!

This pharmacy has the worst workers they are beyond rude I transferred my stuff to Walgreens dont stand up for yourself you will be banned 😁 no one goes there for a happy meal either mental health and other horrible situations no compassion terrible bed side manner they never have all the medications either baby bye!
