Neal tire and Wayne Fox saved my vacation. I was on my way out of state when my tire totally like exploded. But thanks to Neal Tire and Auto Service I was able to get back on the road in no time at all.

We were just three hours into a long trip to Florida when we got a flat tire on the interstate. By luck of the google search, Neal’s came up as the place to go to get our tire fixed. They did not disappoint! They had us fixed up and back on the road again very quickly. They were kind and didn’t take advantage of our already travel-weary minds. We are so thankful for the honest, hardworking crew at Neal’s!

They did a great job like always. Had a tire with puncture. Managed to get car to Neal before it went flat. They had me back on the road in 40 minuets. Thank you!

These people are horrible at customer service. their tires are over priced in my opinion. also the man named gary treats his customers like they are stupid.

I was really happy with these guys. There was a price disagreement like a substantial price disagreement instead of arguing with me and fighting with me over it he dropped the price to a more reasonable price and I was very happy with that I may have paid a little more than expected but they were Fair I recommend them

I was misunderstood & mistreated by a self-righteous, judgmental, incompetent manager/salesman at Neal Tire. I highly recommend going to Darrins Tire & Auto Repair instead.

I bought two new tires and them put them on less than a year ago.I have my tires rotated every time I have my oil changed. My tread on both tires are down to 2 and there are threads showing.The mechanics at the dealership contacted Neal Tire for me and told them they would not honor my 50,000 mile tread warranty. Without ever seeing the tire and the mechanics telling them it’s not a mechanical issue, Neal Tire said they will not honor the warranty because it HAS to be a mechanical issue.Three mechanics have said it is NOT a mechanical issue.Why offer a warranty and not honor it?

I had a very good feeling today after my visit to Neals. Id had a slow air leak on my right front tire and having tp fill the tire every 3 days. They removed the offending item - a small screw and repairs were completed for a very reasonable price.

Used to like this place. Bought tires for both of my vehicles there. I then made the mistake of buying 2 tires for my camper there. They were weather cracked in less than a year and had only been driven twice. Called and spoke with Wayne who told me that wasnt unusual and asked me what kind of tire they were. When I told him he said, You must have an old camper. I asked him what that had to do with anything and he said that they didnt sell many of those tires. I asked him if they sold me old stock and he said no. Really? He wouldnt even offer me a discount on new tires and was a bit rude. I wont be going back there. Its a shame because the location was convenient. Might want to learn some customer service skills Wayne.

I enjoy dealing with the folks here. They are friendly and do excellent work. I have purchased several sets of tires from them and have had them repair tires, do oil changes etc. The last set of tires I got from them, I called on a Saturday morning and they got me in before noon! Thank you Neal Tire!

Great people, always performed regular maintenance fast and clean, always friendly and helpful. I even brought in my car for a check engine light for them to diagnose, they discovered it was an easy electrical/software fix and they didnt charge me. I couldnt recommend them more.

Neals was fabulous! We had a blown tire on a fifth wheel trailer which they replaced and made sure that we were safe to keep going (1000 more miles) The staff was very friendly and courteous. Extremely professional!! I highly recommend them!! We were so thankful for all of their hard work!

I wouldnt have even given the place a star at all if I didnt have to. Me and my girlfriend had an appointment to get our oil changed, tires rotated, and fluids filled yesterday. While we were driving to work we noticed the tires pulling every direction but straight, and our oil wasnt even fully filled. The alignment is completely thrown off, our fluids were not filled, and our oil (the main thing we needed done) was not filled. We went back in today and told the same guy we had talked to yesterday (our appointment day) and he was extremely rude and tried following us out the door yelling while we were in our car driving away. I do not recommend this Neal Tire for anything. Completely dissatisfied.

Fast friendly and very knowledgeable. Their a bit rough on aluminum rims when it comes to putting new rubber on, but as a guy who does his own auto repair, Id highly recommend for tires and alignment.

I went in to get rims 6 months ago and manager was not interested in helping. I bought a set of tires and rims, and when i asked how much to mount and balance, in front of 3 other customers he said i normally charge 25 but for those 50 a wheel because i know we are the only ones that can do it and he smiled really big. I went to tje neil tire in charleston and got great service, they did them for less than 30 per wheel. Go to charlestons store and ask for melvin they understand customer service.

I always get my oil changed there so I had them give me an estimate on rotors and brake pads for my Toyota Corolla...$425. Thats a negative. I bought the parts at the auto store for $100 took my friend and hour to change them...so they want $300+ for an hour of labor!!!! Goodbye!
