The store hours are lies, dont waste your time and your $$ going, because you dont know if they will be open or not. Canceling all my services and subscriptions of any kinda with anything affiliated with GNC.

They say close at 8pm and thats not true. Saturday November 6th 2021 its 7:15pm and GNC is closed.

Store employees are not knowledgeable about the products they sell. However they are quick to try to upsell. Poor customer service. Ive always gone to this one because its close to my house. Now Ill just start going to the one thats on my way home from work. Better yet I may just start ordering online.

Store employees are not knowledgeable about the product that they sell or about their return policy, giving information that is totally inaccurate. When attempting to resolve through Customer Service on their website, one of the associates has taken up to 2 weeks to provide an unsatisfactory answer to my questions, refuses to answer simple questions and does not seem to understand her job functions in teh least bit (it is definitely not to argue with the customer and to be rude!). After many weeks of attempting to get an answer, I finally asked for contact information for her direct supervisor.... she was never heard from again after numerous requests. Nicoles incompetence has caused GNC to lose yet another customer... I guess this is why they are forced to shut down over 190 stores?!!

Poor customer service. Poor return policy. I purchased an ointment that came with a broken lid under packaging and the store manager gave me a hard time. He did not want to exchange the product.
